Hilton Zhongshan Downtown

Great location. Super helpful staff. Simple check in and accommodated all our requests. Although old, everything still works wonderfully. Worth paying a little bit more to stay here.

Very good stay, everything is clean and working, staff are friendly and helpful, recommended hotel for the city of Zhong Shan. Tons of restaurants, bakery, retail ,behind and beside the hotel so you would never have any problems finding something you like.

Swimming pool is nice, great for swimming laps. The hotel is connected to a mall. The restaurant is good.

Feedback for Hilton Zhongshan ***************************** Good day Sir/Mdm, I have an excellent and enjoyable 15th Wedding Anniversary stay in Executive Suite (King- bed) at Hilton Zhongshan from 1 Dec-2 Dec. Services provided by the staffs were outstanding. Everything was smooth from check in, during stay and check out. I would like to compliment the following staffs for their wonderful service provided by them. Names are shown indicated as below; I definitely will come back here to celebrate our wedding anniversary at this hotel again next year. Great services and breakfast with a wide variety of food and beverages. Last but the the least, the upgraded room was spacious, good amenities and excellent view!

I Arrived hotel around 5pm to check in and both rooms not ready for check in and not finished cleaning.I and my family had to wait 20min at counter and no compensation received. Rooms were not adjacent to each other even i requested. The staff were polite but not getting rooms ready are not acceptable.

Remember to request for the welcome drink. We went to the lounge in the late night around 9pm (btw it is open until 1am) to enjoy our drink and there a Filipino band performing. A nice way to end the night after a tiring day out.
