Cipo Zhongwei Holiday Homestay

Stayed 1 night late August. 24kms and ¥40 taxi ride from ZhongweiNan fast train station. The area used to be a farm on a bend of the Yellow River. There are numerous accommodation areas, all looking similar. Apparently, one person owns all, and rents out clusters to various entities. Ours had a restaurant, but it wasn't open. For dinner and included breakfast, we went to the first restaurant on the right as you enter through the security gate from the carpark. Peaceful part of the world. Facility had a nice little pool, but water was too cold. Too dangerous to swim in the river. As you face the river, we walked right to a glamping area and had a cold beer. There is a petting zoo type deal on the way. To the left, you eventually climb up to a mini version of the great wall. Keep walking, for a side track to the river, or up to a little pavilion after crossing a road. + points, well set up, peaceful and secure. - points, zero English and most frustrating experience I've had in China even with apps both ways. We all travel with a price to quality/experience ratio. In this instance, far too high, and I wouldn't be back or recommend this place

The hotel is located about 20 minutes away from the Zhongwei south station. You’ll need a cab for this area and is 30-40 minutes to city of Zhongwei. Not much f&b options available around the area except for Riva (which is average) Breakfast experience is bad. Could be better with more options. The breakfast is at Riva. There were only 1 choice of white bread. Eggs - hard boiled eggs. No eggs station. There were noodle stations. Fruits was also very basic only watermelon and rock melon. More seasonal fruits is better. The hotel is quiet - the swimming pool could be better in operating mode. Even you can’t swim and just for picture, would be nice to soak. Bathroom amenity should be replaced on daily basis. A fan of the Le Labo amenities. If you’re going for dinner, suggest book in advance or you’ll need to take a 40 mins trip to the city for dinner. Light meals can be ordered. The bakery is nice and love the apple cinnamon rolls, they also offer breakfast but only breads, daily freshly pressed juices and coffee. For the rate that you’re paying - it’s really just for the location and unique experience. There’s also pottery classes available.

Such a beautiful property reminding me of Morocco. Pool is a miss tho - too small or too many leaves

西坡民宿給此次旅行畫下了一個圓滿的句號，首先是管家小櫻非常温和熱情，服務態度特別好，其他酒店人員也都很好。房間的檔次自然是不必説，五星配置，最喜歡的是整體的環境。有自己的麪包房，還有一條通往黃河邊的獨享小道，周圍都是蘆葦盪。杏子樹也是結滿了果實“花褪殘紅青杏小。燕子飛時，綠水人家繞。”旁邊就是明長城，真可謂黃河之畔，黃土為牆，藍天為幕，塞上江南。下次來，一定要在這裏多住幾天🩷

太喜歡黃河宿集了，整個民宿合集每家的建築都融入當地特點，又充滿設計感，每個轉角都有驚喜的可以拍攝的構圖，春天杏花開了非常美。西坡的設計很有內涵，木門是老物件，大廳裏擺件包含了當地特色的日用品，有駝鈴和駱駝肺酒壺，很開眼。牆壁的每扇窗都是一個好看的畫框。房間很大，小孩跑得很歡，兩米大床也不擔心小孩子滾落。謝謝管家瑤瑤，服務很貼心，對孩子很好，小朋友最喜歡在大廳喝八寶茶。希望下次還有機會來玩

從黃河宿集營業以來，就幫身邊朋友、領導預訂多次。 終於在不知道開了多少年以後的這個週末，打卡成功了。   預訂的西坡，也對旁邊幾個民宿有大致的瞭解。 西坡是把頭第一家，位置好，不易迷路。 有通往黃河邊的棧道，晚上可以篝火，民宿內附加值+++。 每個房間都有獨立小院及院前空間，私密性良好。 總的來説，西坡地理位置、院內配套都更好一些。   整個宿集服務水平都是在線的。 出行接送、專屬管家。 我們的管家是瑤瑤，整體服務ok，還會幫忙做些分內外的事情。   宿集的餐食也都ok。 烘焙坊的肉醬空心粉、深夜食堂的燒烤、牛肉黃麪。 還有饗客的早餐、西坡的麪包，味道都都都不錯。   度過了一個較為自由的週末，期待有機會再來，可以休閑的住個一週以上。
