It's about a 12-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from the busiest street. The facilities aren't brand new, but they are quite clean and tidy. The front desk staff were very welcoming when I checked in and even upgraded my room. If you plan to stay, I recommend booking in advance, as they often sell out on weekends.

An absolutely fantastic hotel, you could even say you'd stay here just for it. The Hong Kong-style Chinese restaurant next door is practically perfect, except for the strong smell of cooking oil. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Clear directions and a convenient location made check-in smooth and stress-free, especially after a long journey. The surrounding area was also quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, from the rooms to the common areas, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation offers great comfort, convenience, and value. We would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The hotel is right by Lake Te Anau, just across the road, offering stunning lake views as soon as you step out. Parking is convenient, and the room size is medium, perfectly adequate and clean for a tourist stay. There's no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage upstairs was a bit strenuous. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of food, and the restaurant is nice. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the Chinese restaurants in town, which is reasonably convenient.

Please inform customers before you change the rooms for them. I had booked mine for the bath, then you gave me a different room on arrival, not even explaining why you had to change the rooms. So I had to see staff at the reception again after checking to sort it out. In the end, i got the room with the bath.I am sorry to say that your place smelt musty that is not right for accommodation for the health and safety reasons. I have also found mould in the bathroom you might want to look at. Hope all gets sorted soon. Thanks. Best.

Although the individual sites are a bit small, the facilities are great, complete with a garden featuring lettuce and even a pizza oven! It's a shame we couldn't fully enjoy the sauna. It takes time to heat up, especially if no one used it in the previous slot. I recommend checking if it's already on from the previous session next time.

We love how spacious this motel is. It perfectly fitted the six of us and it’s sparkling clean. The host is very friendly and nice too. We were given two bottles of fresh milk too.

The motel is located directly in front of the lake, it offers a great view from the rooms. There are also deck chairs and tables where you can have your meals there while looking at the lake. Room is very clean and spacious. I will definitely come back again.

Wonder stay! The room is very clean and the staff is super friendly! This is a family run hotel, and they are nice people. The location is perfect-short walk to the lake and away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and town. We got good sleep in Aden .
