"Spending time at the Siwa Oasis was an unforgettable experience, and the hotel gave us great surprises. Apart from not receiving Wi-Fi signal in the room and experiencing a brief power outage during our stay (though those who know Siwa understand that this is completely normal and due to local conditions and infrastructure, which is completely understandable), every other aspect of the experience was perfect! What touched us the most was the hotel owner, who is incredibly awesome! He is extremely warm and responsible, always actively and promptly helping us communicate and resolve any needs or minor issues we have, making us feel very at ease."

"Despite the mixed reviews online, I decided to stay here mainly for the Mediterranean views and the hotel's location. It's situated in a beachside amusement area, about a 17-minute walk from the city center. The nearby restaurants generally have lower ratings and are mostly ice cream shops. Many trendy spots are in the city center, requiring a taxi, or you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the beach in the evening. The hotel facilities are just adequate; the room has a hairdryer, a drying rack, and the hotel boasts its own beach and swimming areas. The service is excellent; the staff are very patient and helpful with any issues, and I'd particularly like to commend Ms. Mahytab. The scenery is absolutely stunning – the 'Matrouh Blue' lives up to its reputation. Waking up to that brilliant blue every day really boosts your mood! P.S. You can even catch the Mediterranean sunrise from your window."

"The hotel's interior is stunning, with a classic, old-money style garden that has a lot of character. The service is also excellent, warm and friendly. "The hotel itself is nice, with a tent in the common area. The rooms are average for a three-star hotel, but a highlight is the balcony overlooking the courtyard, offering opportunities to stargaze. There's a barbecue area on the lawn, presumably for evening activities, but we didn't catch it. Breakfast is mediocre, mostly cold bread, with coffee, milk, and fried eggs. The hotel is about a ten-minute drive from town, but its remote location also makes it quiet at night. The hotel receptionists are friendly and polite, speak excellent English, and are happy to answer any travel-related questions. The hotel's Wi-Fi is decent. Overall, it's a good hotel, and there are many Chinese tourists. My biggest regret is that I only stayed one night at the AZAD Siwa hotel and switched to a Booking.com-booked hotel in Soléi Old Town in Siwa town center. The hotel owner was incredibly unscrupulous; I booked the last room, and was taken to a completely unmarked guesthouse far from the hotel, with terrible conditions, and refused to refund or acknowledge the situation. Please be aware that even the best places in Siwa can have problems; when traveling, keep your eyes open to avoid ruining your experience."

Staff service attitude is very enthusiastic and friendly, I forgot to inform the front desk staff need two beds, after entering the room, the staff immediately called the front desk to notify the change, he sent us directly to the new room, another staff gave us the room card, very high responsiveness, saved a lot of time. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel. The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate. The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination. As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good. The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests. Only some shops are missing. The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.

Hotel Marina 1 – an absolutely wonderful place to stay! We stayed here recently and were truly impressed. First of all, I have to highlight the impeccable cleanliness – our room was spotless every single day, with fresh towels and meticulous housekeeping. The whole hotel feels so cozy and welcoming, making it a real home away from home. A huge shout-out to the kitchen team – the food is outstanding! Breakfasts are an absolute delight: incredibly tasty, hearty, and wonderfully varied. Every morning there was a great selection, so even the pickiest eaters would find something to enjoy. The only minor downside was some nighttime noise, but it's totally understandable – the FIFA World Cup is currently taking place, and there were big-screen live match broadcasts outside that went on until the early morning hours. For football fans, it's actually a huge bonus! And honestly, it didn't ruin our experience at all. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, delicious food, and spotless cleanliness!

Overall way a lovely relaxing stay. The resort is generally clean and well maintained. The rooms we booked were spacious and have a nice view on the beach. The breakfast is good but the quality and the cooking could be better. The beach is not large but there were always spots available. The water is calm and warm (in September) as it is an artificial bay not the open sea water making it very suitable for families with small kids. This is a plus since the many days the mediterranean can be high and unswimmable. The sea bed has some black sand underneath with faul odour but generally it is covered and not directly noticeable. The main downside is the location. It is about 30 minutes drive from the city center, with virtually no services around. One has to order either a taxi or have a car to move around. But there are delivery services if you need food if you ask the reception, as it might require an arabic speaker. Lastly, the staff are very friendly and were always eager to help.

Negatives: • My reservation did not appear in their system, and they seemed surprised that I had booked through Trip. • I had to wait for more than an hour. • Honestly, I was hoping that when Ms. Sarah requested a chalet near the pool and water games, it would be a warm welcome, but unfortunately, my request was not fulfilled. • Children under 12 stay for free. • The hotel’s activities are weak, but there are water games for children. • The beach is beautiful. • The hotel’s location is far from the main attractions. • Suitable for a stay of only two to three days.

Good luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite. My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.

Spending time at the Siwa Oasis was an unforgettable experience, and the hotel gave us great surprises. Apart from not receiving Wi-Fi signal in the room and experiencing a brief power outage during our stay (though those who know Siwa understand that this is completely normal and due to local conditions and infrastructure, which is completely understandable), every other aspect of the experience was perfect! What touched us the most was the hotel owner, who is incredibly awesome! He is extremely warm and responsible, always actively and promptly helping us communicate and resolve any needs or minor issues we have, making us feel very at ease.

My stay at this hotel started in a wrong way but turned out into a unique experience. I had some problems when I arrived because of some misunderstandings but Amani, the manager managed it very well and I had a very pleasant experience. She is very good at deal with her customers and make them feel welcome.  The place is magical, very beautiful and with an awesome design. You can just chill in the garden. I had dinner with her and some friends in the desert, they cooked everything with the fire, was an unforgettable experience. I wish I could stay more. I highly recommend it. The place will make you feel relaxed and slow down a little bit. 😊

The hotel liked, the staff is good, goes on concessions . But the only one cannot resolve the issue with entry to the KPP, 20 minutes waited when I was approved, showing my reservation. It was not pleasant of course. And so, as for food and accommodation 10/10

Because it is the off-season for tourism, the surrounding shops are not open. Fortunately, there is food in the hotel. The service is pretty good. You can order food and it will be delivered to your door. The sea in the hotel is also very beautiful.
