All of the staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed the complimentary oranges—they were delicious. The TV was large and it was a Samsung TV, so the picture quality was excellent. The hair dryer was high quality, so there was no need to bring my own. The gym was very spacious and well equipped with a wide variety of exercise machines, making it great to use. The swimming pool was nice as well, but since there were quite a lot of people, it didn’t feel very relaxing or private. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet, so I slept well. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, centrally located, clean, and quiet despite its central position. The beds are super comfortable. Shopping centers and shops are nearby, and transport links are excellent. The pool, sauna, and steam bath are top-notch. Breakfast is perfect. All in all, it's better than expected compared to other 5-star hotels. Would happily stay again! 😊👍

The location is really good, close to the metro, bus stop, mall, parks and a lot of restaurants and stores. You can walk to the city center easily. For the football lovers, it is also close to the stadium. The rooftop is nice, drinks have good price. The pool, infortunately, is not heated so we could not use during our stay. Only the bed was not what we expected as we booked for a king bed and got two twin beds. Other than that, no complaints. Worth the money!

I booked the hotel, cause I had previously stayed in it overnight to go to the airport. Was given two single beds and fell off one whilst sleeping. So i specifically booked for a king size bed on this trip, only to arrive and be told they had single beds made into a double bed. I ended up settling for the room that smelt better and bed seemed more sturdy, Intial floor I was on smelled like sewage, same with the room. Previously stayed in the other golden tulip, so I kept comparing experiences. Breakfast was just there, hot meals options were limited in some days and others you had to order off a small list of options. Because of language barrier, I engaged mostly on need led basis, but still all the times I walked passed the reception I Just kept getting akwards stares from the receptionist, no hello, just long awkward stares, I get that from random people on the street, but I didn’t expect that in a place where I am paying to stay. The only good encounters were from the housekeepers.

Although it states 5-star, some floors of the hotel are actually 4-star standard. I booked specifically for a 5-star experience, but ended up on a 4-star floor, which I find unacceptable. The room is quite spacious, and the facilities are good apart from being a bit old. However, the lighting in the room is incredibly dim; there's no bright overhead light. Breakfast was quite rich. I particularly liked that the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub.

Had an excellent stay at InterContinental Warsaw by IHG. The location is fantastic—right in the city center with easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transport. The room was spacious, modern, and very well-maintained, with stunning views of the Warsaw skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all amenities were top quality. Everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights was the swimming pool and spa area on the upper floors—great facilities with an amazing view, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide selection and high-quality options. Staff were professional, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the stay. Overall, a luxurious and memorable experience—highly recommended when visiting Warsaw!

The stay at the hotel was very positive. The room and bathroom were inevitably clean, which immediately rolled into the eyes. I also appreciate the silence and general comfort that allowed for a full relaxation. The mattress was comfortable and provided a great sleep, although from my perspective the pillows could be a little more comfortable. The restaurant menu could be more widely available, e.g. a website or a Facebook page.

My parents were scheduled to arrive in Warsaw on the 19th, with their flight landing at 07:30 AM. As my father holds a Classic membership, we fully understood that early check-in would not be guaranteed. To ensure their comfort after a red-eye flight, we proactively booked an additional night (18th–19th) so they could check in early and avoid waiting until the standard check-in time of 15:00. Despite this, when they arrived at the hotel around 09:30 AM, they were informed that the booking had been marked as a no-show. This was particularly concerning, as the late arrival had been communicated in advance and an online check-in had also been completed. The manner in which this situation was handled was disappointing, with the staff conveying that accommodating them was a favour rather than a service already paid for. After a prolonged wait, they were eventually assigned a twin-bed room, which did not meet expectations. They were also informed that the hotel was sold out and were then offered a “solution” in the form of a paid upgrade to a presidential suite. I would like to emphasise that an additional night was booked specifically to ensure a seamless early arrival experience after a long journey. It is therefore extremely disappointing that, despite this, my parents faced inconvenience and were treated in this manner.

Hotel is just across the airport, perfect location. The room was not fully prepared for the guests of two while the reservation was done in advance .When arriving at night and needing to wait an hour to get towels, isn’t best experience. Appreciate the help of the receptionist who in the end took care of everything.
