"The hotel left an overwhelmingly positive impression. From the moment we checked in, everything was incredibly smooth: the staff greeted us warmly, processed our documents quickly, and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. It's clear that the staff genuinely strive to make guests' stays pleasant, rather than just going through the motions. The room was very cozy, clean, and well-equipped. Everything we needed was there: a comfortable bed, clean linen, towels, air conditioning, good lighting, and ample space for our belongings. We were particularly pleased with the quality of the cleaning – the room was always a pleasure to be in, with no unpleasant odors or cleanliness issues whatsoever. I must also highlight the hotel's atmosphere. Despite being quite modern, it doesn't feel like a soulless, large complex. On the contrary, everything looks neat, calm, and thoughtfully designed. After a busy day, it was always a pleasure to return to the room and simply relax. The location was also a big plus. It was quite convenient to get to the main places we wanted to visit, and there were shops, cafes, and other essential amenities nearby. This meant we didn't have to waste much time on daily errands. The staff deserves special thanks. All employees were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Questions were answered quickly, without irritation or excessive formality. This kind of attitude truly significantly impacts the overall impression of a vacation. I also appreciated the value for money. For the price we paid, we received much more than we expected. The hotel is excellent for both short trips and longer stays. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. This is precisely one of those cases where reality perfectly matches expectations, and some aspects even pleasantly surprise you. If I find myself in this city again, I will undoubtedly consider this hotel first. I can confidently recommend it to other travelers – for its cleanliness, comfort, good location, pleasant staff, and overall quality of service. Thank you to all the staff for an excellent stay!"

"A beautiful, ultra-modern green oasis in Phuket. This is a luxurious complex consisting of three buildings. There are rooms to suit every taste, all tastefully decorated with an emphasis on ecology. There's an abundance of wonderful greenery, making it feel as if the buildings are constructed around or within a park. Parking spaces, coffee vending machines, and a 7/11 are available. On the rooftop of one building, there's an excellent pool with a great view, complete with showers, toilets, and changing rooms. Another building's rooftop hosts a large restaurant. An aerial walkway connects the buildings. Everything is adorned with lush greenery and illuminations, making it very cozy and beautiful. The complex also features a yoga studio, fitness center, billiards, table tennis, and co-working spaces. Pet-friendly, it even has a designated pet relief area. At reception, I was greeted by a delightful young man who managed to explain everything clearly, even though I don't speak the language. A true professional. Housekeeping is efficient, and you can dispose of trash yourself in designated areas on each floor. Everything is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. The complex is a little bit out of the center, but for some, that's more of an advantage. I'd love to return here next time."

"The hotel is centrally located, next to Big C and near Central Plaza. There are also shops in front of the hotel, like a small market, making it convenient to find something to eat right there in the morning. The atmosphere inside is pleasant and lush with many trees. There is ample parking for guests, and security guards are on duty. The rooms are spacious, but may seem a little old. In the shower area, there's no place to put soap and shampoo; you have to put them on the floor and bend down to pick them up. The air conditioner in the bedroom is quite noisy all night. The bedside telephone is not actually working. Only one pillow is provided, but you can request more from the hotel. A hairdryer is available to borrow, but you have to contact the counter staff; it's not provided in the room. We booked a room with two single beds, but the hotel provided a single king-size bed instead. However, after contacting staff, the room was changed later. I would like to suggest that staff check customer booking details more carefully to ensure they are correct and complete."

"We booked during peak season when decent options at a reasonable price were hard to come by. So, I'm rating it from a value-for-money perspective. Location-wise, it's certainly not beachfront, and I knew that when booking, so I'm giving it a huge plus. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, 4 minutes to 7/11, and there are fruit stalls, various shops, currency exchange, pharmacies, cafes, and massage places nearby. The downside – the hotel is right on a busy road, and with open windows, it's very noisy. But if you close the windows, it's quite tolerable. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in and were checked in immediately, though this really depends on room availability. If rooms are free, they always accommodate you without a problem. When checking out, we informed them we needed an extra hour to an hour and a half, and again, there were no issues. No one asked for any extra payments. As for the stay itself, Our room was on the top floor – no elevators, so be prepared to carry your luggage up yourself. I didn't make it to the pool, so I can't comment. But the room windows overlooked the inner courtyard – it was constantly cleaned, and the water was clear. There were only 4 sun loungers for the entire pool. The room itself was definitely old, but overall, for the price, it was acceptable. More issues with the bathroom – the water pressure was extremely weak. It wasn't a huge problem, but it was annoying. The biggest drawback was the terrible sewage smell from the pipes in the bathroom. They seemed to do something about it periodically, but it only lasted for about a day. Housekeeping was very poor, almost non-existent. We left tips, and then they would clean something (towel animals don't count as cleaning). Shampoo/gel/soap were provided, but very basic, just enough to have something. A hairdryer was available, but bring your own; you won't regret it. The bed/pillows/bedding were all fine. Towels were changed, I think, once every 4 days. There were no shelves in the wardrobe, and only about 5 hangers, so it was quite challenging to organize clothes. The room had a kettle, a fridge, and daily water/coffee/tea. Overall, the hotel does have a good location, but it definitely needs renovations and an update of the rooms and plumbing, at the very least."

"The reception is constantly deserted! NEVER! If you need to ask something, get a towel, or anything at all, you have to run around looking for staff to call the receptionists, and 90% of the time, there's absolutely no one! The same thing happened during check-in! There was simply no one around! Cleanliness: When we arrived, the pool was a murky green color, definitely not inviting for a swim. The shower was covered in water stains, which I mentioned. They promised to scrub everything clean but ended up just wiping it! This is just typical limescale, which other hotels somehow manage to remove! There was also dust in the room. The cleaning was superficial; they swept the floor but didn't wash it, so walking barefoot felt disgusting. As many others have mentioned, there's a stinky stream behind the hotel, which significantly spoils the stay. Because of it, even sitting by the pool on the sun loungers is unpleasant. I'll just say a bit about how disappointed we were with the hotel. Before this, we stayed at a different hotel in northern Phuket, came to Karon to meet friends for four days, and desperately wanted to leave, but the hotel didn't entertain any negotiations. Yes, they're not obligated to refund, but sometimes it happens, and in different countries, a compromise can usually be found to avoid spoiling guests' holidays and worsening their impression of the hotel. Here, it seemed they didn't care. Breakfast: It was à la carte at the hotel restaurant, and generally not bad. I'll attach photos. There was also an additional table with cupcakes, fruit, juice, and water. The air conditioning in the room hums and works like a reactor, blowing very strongly regardless of the temperature. There's no remote, so you constantly have to run to turn it on/off. There are no slippers or bathrobes in the room, and of course, no toothbrushes either. There are cotton swabs, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and shower caps. The mirrors in the room are also dirty, covered in splashes, and no one cleans them. We're okay with older rooms in Thailand; they have their charm. But old doesn't mean dirty. We've stayed in dozens of hotels in Thailand, on various islands, in remote areas where new, modern rooms aren't always available, yet the hotels were perfectly clean, with excellent, uninterrupted service. Yes, the hotel is almost on the beach, and yes, everything you need is nearby: shops, fruit, clothes. If you're someone who doesn't care where you sleep, this is a great option. If cleanliness and service are important to you, don't waste your time and money."

"I liked the apartment very much, it was more spacious than the rest of the like here. The division into the zones - kitchen, living room and bedroom is very convenient. Very clean and fresh. The windows go out to the yard, very quiet, no noise."

"We had a lovely stay here and didn't feel the need to leave the hotel at all, to have a nice and relaxing time of doing nothing except spending time in the pools. The pools do close pretty early though. Food options are pretty decent at the hotel, but I had some seabass one evening that made me violently ill - this sort of ruined it a bit for me. I'll probably be going back here in the future. I'll also, most likely, be skipping seafood at the hotel."
