"The front desk service was excellent. Xiaolingtong (staff member's name or nickname) was very enthusiastic and helped me a lot during my stay, taking great care of me. The room was really good, and the bed was very soft. The location is superb, with plenty of food options downstairs. It was great, and we'll definitely be back next time!"

"Take some time to find this service apartment location, their check-in counter is at level 6 and there is nothing no sign to leads the ways up. Do take note there are 3 Tower -A, B, C and unit number are the same. If you asking friends to visit you MUST advise the Tower. The room we booked they claimed for 8 people, i believe they are referring beds not the room area. This unit has 1 toilet, 2 rooms with queen size and another 2 queen size bed occupied the hall and 3ft table, 2 chairs. Their very small kitchen allows 1 person to go in and there is a stove BUT no utensils and cutlery. **Look at the ceiling patches here n there. So if each of us bought 26-28 inches size luggage. How to clamp is the room!! Good point you can consider, It is so convenient on transportation by bus or trains and food."

"Loved staying at the Muji Hotel in Shenzhen. It is literally like living inside the store, the location is super convenient. The whole place has a massive minimalist vibe with tons of warm wood and clean lines. The room details were the best part — slippers, free Muji snacks, a wireless charger, and a cool wall-mounted CD player. The lavender essential oil is a lovely touch as well!"

"The surrounding amenities are excellent. Joy City Shopping Mall is right next door, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The room was meticulously cleaned, with even the corners spotless. "The location of this apartment is truly a plus point. It’s right next to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, making it convenient to walk to Dafo Temple and various historical sites. The service provided is very heartwarming; the housekeeper sent a location and check-in instructions in advance, and was patient in guiding online regarding equipment issues during the night. The room facilities are well-equipped, with a small refrigerator for storing beverages and fruits, a sanitizing cabinet for easy dishwashing, and well-maintained household appliances. The hygiene is impeccable; the entire apartment has undergone thorough cleaning, the bedding is clean and fluffy, the bathroom is free of standing water and hair, and every corner has been wiped down. It’s quiet and tidy. If I were to visit Guangzhou again, I would definitely choose this place."

"Amazing veiw and cozy room. Actually i dont like high and new but it gave me comfortable feelings. And clean. Perfect and so cheap i feel so sorry to enjoy in this room.... I know they r people service for me th3y even never speaks english. But i can feel their kindness. They r complete all my requests through wechat. I feel very thank you the cleaning lady who gave me water even i didnt ask. I feel greatful and sad to leave here. Chinese people r sooooo nice to me 🥲"
