The environment downstairs is really good, it's very clean within the complex. The room itself is well-equipped, quite spacious, and the hygiene is also pretty good. I felt very comfortable staying here alone. 😊

GGuest UserWe specifically chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for our family trip and were extremely satisfied! 👍👍👍 The hotel is conveniently located near Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship, with complimentary shuttle buses available. You also have the option to take the hotel's boat for an extra fee, both experiences are great. 👍 We booked a twin room, which was very spacious and came with a balcony. The room was well-equipped, bright, and airy, with thoughtful touches like kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and a small stool. The balcony offered an open view of the park, and we could even hear the distant sound of waves at night, which the kids absolutely loved. The water park is a paradise for children, with a lazy river, water slides, and a wave pool all well-maintained. There were lifeguards constantly patrolling, making us feel very secure. Breakfast at the Dolphin Restaurant offered a wide variety of food, and the cutlery was well-stocked with cute little spoons and bowls for kids, which made us feel more at ease about their meals. The service was also excellent. The hotel grounds also feature a dolphin pool and a flamingo area. It was our first time getting so close to dolphins for photos, and they turned out amazing. The hotel's overall cleanliness was high, and the staff were very responsive. Both check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. 👍👍👍

DDalaohujiushiwo[Location] Excellent. It's convenient to go south to Sun & Moon Bay, even Fisher Girl and Love Post Office, and north to Zhongda Tangjia. If you don't want to drive or take a taxi, you can also ride shared bikes with back seats, usually found right outside the hotel entrance. There's also a beach nearby where you can dig for small seafood. [Facilities] The room is quite large, clean, and tidy, with a nice view from the balcony (though our room's sea view doesn't include Sun & Moon Bay). There are two beaches for digging in the sand. The outdoor pool is very picturesque. There's no indoor heated pool. The gym is good, but the kids' club is a bit small. [Activities] During the May Day holiday, there were activities in the morning, afternoon, and evening, but we only participated in the morning ones. On the first day, it was canvas bag painting, and on the second day, straw art crafts. My child had a lot of fun. The staff were very patient and nice. On May 5th, a big brother (didn't catch his name) taught us how to make fish, and a big sister and big brother (Ken) taught us how to make grasshoppers. The kids were small and not very good at it, but they patiently taught them hand-in-hand. Thumbs up! The hotel should reward them 🍗. [Dining] There were many breakfast staff and the service was very good, but the overall buffet breakfast was quite average, especially the hot dishes, which were very limited. It felt like apart from the bread being better than similar hotels, the choices in other main categories were a bit weak. Hope they can improve.

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our queen room was very spacious, and the bedding was changed daily, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable. Whenever we needed assistance, the staff were always quick to help and extremely accommodating. They were especially helpful when we needed directions or transportation, always making sure taxis were arranged for us and that we knew exactly where we were going. The level of service was truly outstanding, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. I can’t wait to come back again. A special thank you to Mai and May, who kindly helped my mum and me order takeaway when we couldn’t understand the Chinese app. Your hospitality meant so much to us. Thank you as well to the bellman who helped carry our shopping upstairs and to the gentleman who kindly opened our taxi door — every member of the team was so lovely and attentive. My mum and I were visiting during a stressful trip while buying things for my wedding, but your kindness and support made the experience much easier and far more enjoyable. GGuest UserCalice from Guest Relations was incredibly helpful. They arranged a room upgrade and guaranteed connecting rooms for us in advance, even organizing a special birthday setup. They followed up in real-time after check-in and surprised us with a cake. Their service was thoughtful, convenient, and truly dedicated. The room itself was huge and spacious, with a beautiful design and a lovely terrace – excellent value for money. The housekeeping staff were also very welcoming, and the turndown service was meticulous. The sea view was stunning, and I appreciated that there was staff dedicated to cleaning the hotel's sea area and maintaining the beach. The facilities were comprehensive.

GGuest UserOur stay was great! We booked two rooms, one of which was a family room. The rooms were spacious and bright, and came fully equipped with amenities for children. We had two balconies with an open view, and we even got to see a wedding taking place on the lawn that day. Getting to the water park was incredibly convenient; we just put on our swimsuits and bathrobes, walked a few steps, and we were there. After we were done playing, we could just head straight back to the hotel to shower, which was super convenient for parents with kids. Taking the shuttle bus to the safari park was also very easy. The White Tiger Restaurant was pretty good too. It had two sections: one where you could see white tigers and another where you could watch flamingos. Dining while watching animals was a unique experience, especially for the kids. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A two-day, one-night trip felt a bit rushed; a three-day, two-night stay would be better for a more relaxed experience. We'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic; you're right at Ocean Kingdom as soon as you step out, and it's just a few minutes' walk directly to the park entrance. This saved us from having to rush early in the morning or travel back and forth, which was a huge time-saver and stress-reducer when traveling with kids. There are adorable penguins in the lobby at all times, keeping the little ones excited and happy throughout our stay – the atmosphere was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Toiletries and children's amenities were all thoughtfully provided, showcasing great attention to detail. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and they responded promptly to any issues. The hotel offers a wide range of dining options, and the buffet restaurant even lets you dine while watching penguins, adding a wonderful sense of occasion. Overall, the environment is full of childlike wonder and perfectly suited for families. It's convenient for travel and offers a top-notch experience. We'll definitely stay at the Penguin Hotel again on our next trip to Chimelong – highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and bright, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated with many unique Thai ornaments. They even provided thoughtful little touches like steam eye masks and earplugs. There's a water park with live music, bubble rain, and an amazing atmosphere. Plus, the small floating boats and other children's play facilities in the water park are free to use. There's also a ball pit castle, an Oscar cinema, or you can take a stroll on the beach downstairs and watch fireworks. There's something for everyone, whether you want to be active or relax, so you'll never be bored. It's a great place for a relaxing vacation and family fun.

GGuest UserHad a great time here this weekend. Everything was included in the price. Seems pricey when booking but actually good value when everything is included. The beach area, the indoor water park, the hot springs and the lake activities - all were unlimited during our stay. The staff were very nice and friendly. We met Jimmy (fluent English) at check in who made it his mission to give us his WeChat in order for us to be able to have someone that can help with translation. It made the trip extra convenient. Buffet breakfast and dinner was great with a mix of food. We will definitely return when the outdoor water park returns. 😁

The lobby is also grand, clearly a well-established five-star hotel built when the real estate market was booming... But the downsides are just as significant: the food is absolutely, horrendously bad! They clearly put no effort into it! How can a Guangdong hotel serve such uninspired breakfast and lounge food? I stayed for 5 days, and the breakfast and lounge offerings never changed. The lounge even served plain white rice to fob people off... Seriously? People are booking your suites with real money during the May Day holiday, and this is how you cut costs?? Do you think your business is too good? Food is part of your service, and you're serving guests such terrible food? Even if the lounge main dishes are uninspired, the fruit and desserts are even worse... I'm truly fed up. Also, the air conditioning in the suite wasn't very cold. On top of that, I had 'Do Not Disturb' on while taking a nap and was woken up by a call from housekeeping. ***I finally fell asleep, and I had 'Do Not Disturb' on, yet they still called me?? How are they trained...? When the higher-end rooms are fully booked, they're still thinking about how to cut costs, completely disregarding the experience of guests who pay good money for suites. This kind of hotel management is truly speechless. The software (management) doesn't live up to the hotel's excellent hardware and the good service attitude of the frontline staff. I probably won't choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai :(

GGuest UserZhuhai Chimelong Circus Hotel – such a wonderfully happy experience, I just had to write about it. Maybe it can even serve as a little guide. Haha, I was so happy I wanted to record all my feelings. First, let's talk about choosing a hotel. As a first-timer to Chimelong, I compared three hotels within walking distance that I found on Xiaohongshu. I discovered the Circus Hotel offered the best value for money. Since I have an elderly relative who uses a wheelchair and we were only staying for two days, the Circus Hotel's 2-day, 1-night package, which included unlimited entry to both 'Ocean Kingdom' and 'Adventure Park' (Spaceship Park), was even cheaper. So, I decisively chose the Circus Hotel. You can book in advance for excellent value! Next, my check-in experience was super convenient and incredibly wheelchair-friendly! We booked a twin room, which was across the parking lot and directly faced the 'Ocean Kingdom' whale shark fireworks. I never imagined watching the fireworks from the hotel could be so beautiful! It was an absolute surprise! The hotel facilities are also excellent. I absolutely loved the theme concept; there were lots of kids, and adults enjoyed themselves just as much. The staff's care was superb; every staff member was incredibly friendly. We could store our luggage, which didn't interrupt our fun at all! There are also self-service lunch and breakfast options, and food delivery isn't an issue. In short, I would definitely choose the Circus Hotel again next time. The complimentary travel photos were also gorgeous. It was pouring rain when I went, but the photographer was super professional, truly turning 'rotten into magical' and capturing memorable photos. Over the two days, we visited the 'Ocean Kingdom' whale shark exhibit, white whale show, penguin exhibit, and 5D cinema, as well as 'Adventure Park's' Bermuda, deep-sea submarine, and all the animal decorations on the first floor. It was pure bliss! A little tip: the Circus Hotel is very close to Ocean Kingdom. They offer a shuttle bus to Adventure Park, but honestly, walking through the parking lot to Adventure Park feels about the same distance as Ocean Kingdom. Haha, meaning they're both very close! I hope everyone has a great time!
