Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel offered a 10-star experience! The ocean-themed lobby has an incredible ambiance, and the room was spacious, spotless, and featured very comfortable bedding. The hotel's water park was a huge hit with the kids—they had an absolute blast. There is a complimentary shuttle bus directly to Ocean Kingdom, making getting around extremely convenient. The staff were warm and polite, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices with stunning ocean views, and we could even watch the fireworks. It's the top choice for a family vacation, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Chimelong!

Had a wonderful two-night, three-day stay at the hotel. First, I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and our butler, Sini, was very thoughtful, providing ample warm reminders and responding super quickly. Other staff members we encountered also responded and resolved issues very promptly. The overall feeling the hotel gave was attentive and professional. The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained and nicely laid out. I heard it was fully booked one of the nights, but aside from the buffet breakfast being a bit crowded, it never felt overly busy. The hotel has a great resort vibe. It's a shame that with kids, there were many beautiful spots where we couldn't take good photos. Buffet Breakfast: Rich and fresh. Freshly squeezed juices, Cantonese-style freshly made rice noodle rolls, Cantonese congee, chicken feet, Southeast Asian curry rice noodles, etc. You can even mix your own fresh fruit juices. Buffet Dinner: Included in the Trip.com package. The drinks selection was extensive, with several beers, white and red wines, and even the option to mix your own cocktails. There were several types of shrimp and crab, not just one, plus grilled mini lobsters, oysters, scallops, abalone, and lamb racks. Everything I wanted was there, very satisfying. A commendable point is how quickly food was replenished; we rarely had to wait. The beach is clean and exclusive to the hotel, so it's not crowded. Besides the main pool, there's also a swim-up lane connected to the rooms, which was a joy for kids who love water. Over the three days, we switched between the beach and pool constantly, and my child didn't want to leave. If we come for a family holiday again, we'll definitely return here.

The bedding was soft and comfortable, the mattress had just the right firmness, and combined with excellent soundproofing, the nights were quiet and undisturbed, ensuring a superb sleep. The room had great natural light and views, and was equipped with smart, convenient features, making it both cozy and stylish. The hotel's public areas were elegant, and the lobby was clean and grand, with a great ambiance. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, hot foods, pastries, fruits, and beverages. The ingredients were fresh, the taste authentic, satisfying different palates – it was a reassuring and fulfilling meal. Facilities like the gym and lounge areas were well-equipped and maintained, providing an excellent experience. The dim sum restaurant on the first floor was also very good; it seemed newly opened, and the dishes weren't expensive. I tried it and found it very affordable and delicious; I'll definitely go again next time. The most commendable aspect was the hotel's service. All staff members were polite and enthusiastic, greeting guests proactively, responding promptly to requests, and handling issues meticulously and efficiently. The service was thoughtful without being intrusive, truly making guests feel at home. From housekeeping to the restaurant and front desk, the service attitude was impeccable, reflecting professionalism everywhere. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making it very easy for sightseeing, business, or travel. The surrounding amenities are also comprehensive. Overall, the hardware facilities are high-end, hygiene management is strict, the service is meticulous and warm, and it offers great value for money, fully meeting five-star standards. Whether for business trips, family vacations, or holiday travel, this hotel is an excellent choice. This stay exceeded my expectations and left a very good impression. The hotel's beach is uncrowded and clean, with clear waters, and it's super close to walk from the room to the beach. My child went digging in the sand two or three times every day. The infinity pool is also beautiful, and there's a small lawn next to the pool where you can practice golf. My child also took the shuttle bus to the main building every day to play video games. The kids' club in the main building is relatively small and more suitable for toddlers. The service from the club butler, concierge, restaurant staff, and housekeeping was excellent and well-trained. The only area I think could be improved is the food and beverage in the executive lounge. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it tastes good – more of a quality over quantity type (though it was exactly the same every day for the three days we stayed...). The afternoon tea and happy hour were barely better than nothing. Overall, it's still a very suitable hotel for a family staycation.

As it was our first time visiting Chimelong, she thoughtfully arranged shuttle bus transfers to and from the park, making our travel very convenient. During our stay, one of our companions had to leave early, leaving us with extra breakfast vouchers. Thanks to Shirley Li's proactive coordination, she managed to transfer the remaining vouchers for use at other dining outlets, ensuring our expenses weren't wasted. Closer to check-out, she even took the initiative to arrange for a bellhop to help us with our luggage in the room and carry it to our car. Her service was meticulous, thorough, reliable, and hassle-free. The hotel's location is superb, making it very easy to get to and from the park. The evening circus show was also spectacular and highly recommended.

We recently brought the whole family on a trip to Chimelong and chose to stay at the Penguin Hotel. The hotel is very close to the Ocean Kingdom, making it super convenient to walk there. Driving here was also hassle-free with plenty of parking spaces. The entrance and exit lanes are smooth and well-managed. The lobby is spacious with great natural lighting, and adorable penguin themes are everywhere, giving it a strong resort vibe. Check-in and check-out were quite efficient. The staff were polite, friendly, and very patient in answering questions. The guest room is of a decent size, and the themed decor is a big hit with kids. The mattress had a medium firmness, the pillows offered good support, and the bedding looked clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains worked exceptionally well, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi signal was stable, and both the minibar fridge and wardrobe functioned properly. The floors were spotless, and the bathroom featured a great wet-and-dry separation design. Hot water came out quickly with good water pressure, toiletries were fully stocked, and the towels and bath towels were clean and fresh. The Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant is unique—you can watch live penguins while dining. The hotel also features a kids' play area and very practical self-service laundry facilities. The public hallways and lobby were well-maintained and clean. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for family trips, and we had a wonderful vacation experience.

The air conditioning provides cooling without being overly chilly, the whole-house network runs stably, and the curtains offer excellent blackout capabilities. The front desk also had roasted sweet potatoes and popcorn for the kids, and parking at the hotel is free. For breakfast, there's a lovely selection with a 'nine-compartment' tray, steamed buns, shaomai, fruit, noodles, and soy milk – it’s clear they put a lot of thought into it. The front desk lady even gave us an extra breakfast. I also left something behind, and they kindly reminded me to go back and get it. If I come back to Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.
