I had just reached the hotel entrance when a front desk staff member immediately stood up, smiled, and greeted me, helping me carry my luggage and smoothly processing the check-in procedure without making me wait even a single minute. Even more thoughtful was that, during the waiting period for the formalities, the front desk staff specially prepared a glass of refreshing hibiscus tea for me. Drinking it in the hot weather instantly alleviated the discomfort from the journey. Once inside the room, I was very satisfied with the overall conditions. The room was spacious enough to avoid any sense of confinement, the decoration style was simple and elegant, although not overly luxurious, it was still cozy, and every corner was meticulously cleaned, making the stay extremely comfortable.

Check-in was super fast, and she handled everything smoothly and politely. I wasn't sure about local dining spots or transportation, and she effortlessly recommended some affordable restaurants nearby and convenient transport options, without being pushy at all. Later, when I had a small question about the room, she responded quickly and resolved it perfectly. The hotel itself was clean and tidy throughout, but it was the staff's attentive service that made my stay so comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.

This hotel absolutely deserves five stars! ✅ Location: Super convenient, right near Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square, and really close to the subway, making it easy to get around and go shopping. ✅ View: The high-floor room offered an incredible view, overlooking the Chengdu cityscape. The night view was absolutely stunning. ✅ Hygiene: The room was spotless. The bedding and bathroom were very clean, making for a really comfortable stay. ✅ Facilities: The in-room washer-dryer combo was incredibly practical and super friendly for travelers. ✅ Service: The staff were all very helpful and responded quickly to any requests. My stay experience was fantastic! Staying here in Chengdu was definitely a hit, no regrets! I've already recommended it to my friends!

The interior of the wardrobe of this hotel is clean and dry, without any dust and musty smell, and it can be kept in good condition even if it is closed for a long time. The wardrobe is equipped with a sufficient number of hangers, the material is strong, and there will be no deformation or fracture. The hanger is also covered with a dust cover to effectively prevent dust from attaching to the clothes. The partitions and hanging bars inside the wardrobe are clean and there are no stains left. After putting clothes in the closet, there is no need to worry about being dirty by dust. This clean and tidy storage environment makes me more at ease and convenient when sorting my luggage.

We had a wonderful stay. The host kindly upgraded us to a bigger room which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and spacious enough to accommodate my family. The host was also very responsive; replies were super quick while there’s minor issue we faced was resolved efficiently which we really appreciated that. Another plus point is the convenience store located right at the lobby and there are plenty of local eateries nearby, making it very easy to find food. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay.
