This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is easy to find, and parking is convenient. The room was larger than expected, and the minimalist decor was perfect for photos. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable; as someone who's particular about hygiene, I was extremely satisfied and have to give it a great review! Usually, I'm quite picky about hotel cleanliness, but this time I couldn't find a single flaw. You could tell the sheets and duvet covers were freshly changed, and there were no water stains or hair in the bathroom corners. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the blackout curtains were superb, allowing me to sleep until I woke up naturally. You can really feel the owner's dedication. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, full marks for efficiency. It's excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This hotel had been on my 'favorites' list for a while, so my expectations were quite high. After my stay, I'm a bit disappointed. **Facilities:** The hotel has a gym, kids' room, and entertainment room. The kids' room is quite basic and unsupervised. The entertainment room, with billiards and table tennis, is decent. The gym was empty, and the equipment was new; the changing rooms were excellent. The cocktails at the lobby bar were pretty average, but the live singer was good. The breakfast buffet had limited variety and the taste was just okay. The Chinese restaurant offers group deals, and the food was acceptable, but nothing special. Honestly, there aren't many good dining options nearby, so you're mostly stuck with the hotel's. **Hygiene:** The room environment was fine and quite spacious. Be careful with mosquitoes – don't leave the door open easily. When they provided children's toiletries, there was no mouthwash cup. I hope they can include one in the future, as glass cups are quite dangerous for kids. **Environment:** Overall, the hotel's environment is very comfortable and great for photos. **Service:** The service isn't quite up to par. Staff members aren't very enthusiastic when they see guests. The shuttle bus driver was great and very nice. Generally, the staff members I encountered weren't very friendly. For a hotel in this price range, I feel the service awareness is a bit lacking. **Dongfengyun Characteristic Town Tickets & Sightseeing Car Tickets:** This saved us some money, and the shuttle bus drops you right at the scenic spot entrance, which is very convenient. **5 Digitally Retouched Travel Photos (requires advance booking):** The photographer was very nice, and the photos were ready quickly. He also provided good 'emotional value' (meaning he was good at making us feel comfortable and happy during the shoot).

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making it super convenient to get around, especially being so close to Shuhe Ancient Town. The hotel itself has a beautiful Naxi style, and the room designs are full of ethnic character. The decor is thoughtfully arranged and everything is spotlessly clean. We booked a 'snow view' room, which was spacious and comfortable, and relaxing on the balcony was pure bliss. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, including a gym, a swimming pool, and even a spa. They also offer a variety of activities, like feeding animals or tea tasting. Even though it rained during our stay, it added a unique charm to the atmosphere. Christin at the front desk was very attentive and kindly asked about our stay experience. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and fresh, with no unpleasant smell at all. The location is excellent, just go downstairs and turn left, and you’ll reach the 老街 within a few minutes. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Switched from Gaozhuang to Sunac, and the comfort level was a huge upgrade. Someone contacted me the day before check-in to ask about room preferences, and after we arrived, Victoria arranged everything perfectly – she's an amazing concierge! I didn't try breakfast so I can't comment, but the hotel's Chinese restaurant is definitely worth trying; none of the dishes we ordered disappointed. I heard the weekend dinner buffet is also great, but my daughter isn't a fan of seafood so we didn't try it. For those who like it, go for it! The hotel's photo shoot service is also pretty good.

I highly recommend the Yunxi Haitang · Rizhao Jinshan Panoramic Sky Garden Hotel. The location is excellent, making transportation and exploring nearby attractions incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is clean and elegant, with a great ambiance. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and beautifully furnished, ensuring a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the panoramic view from the sky garden, offering a direct and stunning view of the magnificent Rizhao Jinshan (Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight), which is incredibly therapeutic. The owner is warm, generous, and provides attentive and thoughtful service, truly making you feel welcome. My stay here was absolutely perfect, and the value for money is outstanding. For anyone traveling to this area, this hotel is definitely the top choice. I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here.

Facilities: This new hotel has great facilities! Cleanliness: The staff are very friendly and the cleaning is meticulous. Environment: The location is very convenient! It's easy to get anywhere, and there are plenty of food options right outside. It's also very close to the 'Starlight' (Xingguang) area! The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were very enthusiastic! They even reminded us to go for afternoon tea, but we were having so much fun we missed it. 😄 Next time I visit, I'll definitely try it.

The concierge arranged everything quite well for us. We stayed on the 4th floor, which was convenient for going out through the side exit. It was super easy to hail a taxi from there. There aren't many dining options nearby, but the hotel offers a 5-photo scenic travel photoshoot.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around for shopping and finding food. It's right next to Cuihu Lake, so you can go for a morning stroll! The front desk staff were warm and professional, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, and were polite and gentle throughout. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable.

So glad I chose this hotel! Liruide Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from Cuihu Park (unlike many other hotels that claim to be near but are much further). There are also countless excellent restaurants and shops nearby, offering plenty of choices. The hotel itself is superb. Being on a high floor, the Sky Bar and restaurant on the 19th floor offer panoramic views of Cuihu Park and the beautiful cityscape of Kunming. If you book a lake view room, you can enjoy the stunning views of Cuihu Lake right from your room, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel's decor, with its strong contrast of classic black, red, and grey, feels modern, stylish, and tasteful from the moment you step into the lobby. I especially loved the ”ENJOY IT” neon signs in the lobby and restaurant; indeed, you can truly enjoy all the beauty Liruide has to offer. My room, though not large, was incredibly comfortable. The bedding ensured a good night's sleep. It was spotlessly clean, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water, draining super fast (many hotels struggle with drainage, but Liruide nailed this detail). The smart toilet was a nice bonus. While breakfast wasn't lavish, it featured local Yunnan specialties and was more than sufficient. A freshly made rice noodle roll with a generous topping of braised meat was the perfect way to start a day full of energy. What truly touched me was the friendly and thoughtful staff. After checking out, I had a video conference in the lobby, and a staff member specially lowered the lobby music volume for me and kindly brought a bottle of water. A huge thank you to Mr. Curry at the front desk for his meticulous service. Your kind and warm attention made us feel as comfortable and wonderful as if we were home, which is a rare treat for those of us constantly on the go. Oh, and the rose petal shortbread offered at check-in was absolutely delicious! The rich rose fragrance bloomed in my mouth with just the right touch of sweetness – unforgettable. For parking, you can drive onto the sidewalk, inform the front desk, and a staff member will immediately valet park your car. After a two-day stay, my experience was simply perfect. The next time I'm in Kunming for business, I'll definitely book here in advance to enjoy it all again.
