"This monastery hotel was absolutely the hidden gem of our Italian trip! It's located near Siena, but only accessible by car or private transfer. We didn't see any other Chinese guests when we checked in that evening, but there were plenty of people around, and even a jazz concert, which created a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend booking the Trip.com Deluxe Suite. My travel companion booked a standard double room, and perhaps because it was a busy night, the soundproofing wasn't great. There was constant noise until midnight, which made it hard to sleep. However, the suite seems to be in a separate, independent area, and we didn't see anyone else staying there that day. We arrived in the evening and took a leisurely stroll around the monastery, admiring the ancient architecture bathed in the beautiful glow of the sunset. When we returned to our room, the evening sky was at its most vibrant with brilliant colors. Through the window, we were treated to the iconic pastoral scenery of Tuscany. Although the hotel is a former ancient monastery, it perfectly blends the old with the new, and this is wonderfully evident in the rooms. The furniture has a charming vintage feel, yet the cleanliness is impeccable, and the bathroom is spacious. The most pleasant surprise was the air conditioning – it's not a wall-mounted unit blowing directly at you. Instead, it's like a heater, built into a wooden cabinet by the window, with upward airflow, and the cooling effect was excellent. The hotel only offers dinner and breakfast. The breakfast room is small and simple, but the quality of the food is very high. I distinctly remember three brightly colored juices: green apple, blood orange, and another ACE mixed fruit juice – all delicious! This was also my first time seeing a machine that makes corn tortillas, and paired with natural honey, it was absolutely divine! All the food was delicious, but the sausages and small round cakes filled with condensed milk were definitely the highlights. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be the lack of an elevator. If your luggage is too heavy, climbing the stairs can be challenging. However, we asked the front desk for help, and a server from the restaurant came to assist us. All in all, I highly recommend coming here to experience the true essence of Tuscany!"

"The most wonderful impressions of the whole family! Fabulous location. Fully justifies the name Park Hotel. Service and employees are tactful and friendly. A separate very pleasant impression on the whole family was made by the cuisine of the restaurants. Service was also at a high level. "The room facilities are good, but I feel that the service can't keep up with the five-star hotel. Maybe it's because my language is not very good. On the day of leaving the store, we paid the city tax and asked for water. I didn’t give it, but I didn’t have water for two days. Italian hotels should be available daily. Finally, I left the store and found that I lost a piece of clothes. I clearly remember that it was hung behind the bathroom door, but the hotel insisted that it was not. I suspect that because it was a luxury class, it was taken away by the waiter. If the hotel management staff really wanted to help find it, I thought it could be found. Anyway, it costs more than 7,000 for two days. That's it. Anyway, if you are serious, you still have to contact customer service for you if you have a problem with Trip.com . Trip.com communication is more effective than your own communication!"

"Entrance is hard to find. It’s not alongside the river. The room is very spacious, cleanliness upon checkin was great. I wished they have tissues in the room. I recommend not to eat anything in the hotel room as I noticed it easily attracts ants and you wouldn’t want to deal with it…. Breakfast was average but the pastries were delicious and also the latte art when you order coffee."

"This is a very old hot spring hotel, not luxurious, most of the customers are locals; the room is large, the facilities are relatively old, but the European-style bed with curtains and very old wooden windows (with wooden shutters) are very European, and the bathroom facilities feel like they are still in the 70s and 80s; it is worth mentioning that the piano room where breakfast is located has a royal and aristocratic atmosphere when taking photos, super 👍"

"Stayed a week at the social hub Florence. Room is clean and spacious. I particularly appreciate the strong water pressure in the shower (disappointed by many in Europe previously). Staff were SUPERB!!! Great selection at breakfast buffet too. Hotel is rather conveniently located (12 minutes walk from SMN train station, got bus / train stops right downstairs). Would most definitely stay there again if I am in Florence."

"A lovely hotel in a perfect location. It's right in the middle, between the old and new parts of the city, with everything within walking distance. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The only downsides were that the air conditioning was very noisy and the hotel itself was quite thin-walled. But apart from that, we had a great stay."
