"The hotel is in the perfect location, right on the Arno. I scored a room with a view of the river, with the Ponte Vecchio bridge to the right and Ponte Santa Trinità to the left. I could walk to all the museums and the Duomo and the train station. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and the coffee strong. This was my first visit to Florence, and it was marvelous! I'll be back."

"I originally booked a Junior Suite and left a message on Ctrip saying I wanted the red room, but after arriving at the hotel, the red room was occupied by someone else. The front desk staff of the hotel said they did not receive my message, so friends who want to stay in the red room still have to call the hotel to confirm. After communicating with the hotel, I added a royal suite for 100 euros. The room is very large, with the window facing the cathedral, and there are murals in the bedroom and living room. The location of this hotel is very good, right next to the cathedral, and most of the attractions can be walked to. The service is also good. But the overall facilities are average, and the breakfast is not very rich. When you return to the hotel at night, you need to get the key for the driver to open the door downstairs, just experience it"

"Ótimo hotel, fica numa região próxima (20 minutos de carro) de Florença! Quarto ótimo com aquecedor central banheiro grande e chuveiro quente e com ótima pressão! Café da manhã muito bom. Espaço ótimo e atendimento sempre pronto a ajudar. Único ponto que não foi 100% foi o restaurante a noite com poucas opções e sabor um pouco sem graça da refeição. Voltaríamos com certeza."

"The hotel has a good location. Internet is terrible. The staff are friendly. The bad thing is they allow pets in all rooms. I have severe allergies and when I found out they let pets in all rooms I had no time to cancel. I was itchy in the night. As animals in the bed could have fleas and fur or dander which is an allergy. I do not understand letting dogs and cats sleep in the bed and on pillows. Animals are not bathed like people. they drool and who knows may urinate in the room."

"This hotel is really new and has a cool concept, especially some of the taglines, which really made me want to stay here. They have 'Angel Rooms' and 'Devil Rooms,' and the Angel Rooms are perfect for Chinese guests, haha. Remember to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste. All the rooms come with a safe, which is super convenient, and the service is excellent, with staff speaking great English. The location is incredibly convenient for visiting the Duomo, and there's a convenience store right outside the door."

"Overall, absolutely fantastic with an unbeatable location. Just a heads-up on the soundproofing and corridor design. We had a wonderful time celebrating our honeymoon at the Rivoli Boutique Hotel in Florence! First off, I have to praise their service – the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, always happy to help with any request. The biggest surprise was that the hotel, knowing it was our honeymoon, thoughtfully upgraded us to a deluxe room for free. That truly earned them major bonus points! The hotel's location is also superb. It's less than a 10-minute walk from the train station, which was a huge relief for us with heavy luggage, as the route is short and flat. The street where the hotel is located felt very safe at night, and there are many restaurants with different styles right downstairs, so finding food was never an issue. Breakfast was pretty good too, and both the rooms and public areas were spotlessly clean and felt newly renovated. However, there are a few minor points for improvement I'd like to mention. We stayed on the second floor, and while there's an elevator, the buttons seemed a bit temperamental – sometimes it took a long time to respond, and it occasionally skipped our floor entirely. Also, the corridor after exiting the elevator is quite narrow, and to reach some rooms, you even have to go up and down two steps. This could be a bit awkward if you have heavy luggage. What bothered us the most was actually the poor soundproofing in the room. The electronic sound from the door lock was very loud when operated, and it seemed like the vibration damping wasn't great because whenever the neighboring room closed their door, we'd feel a significant vibration and hear a loud noise. We were even woken up by neighboring doors opening and closing at 7 AM. Furthermore, the walls between rooms seemed quite thin, as we could clearly hear conversations and objects being moved next door. Aside from the soundproofing and the luggage handling routes, the hotel's service, cleanliness, and location are truly exceptional. If you're not sensitive to noise, this is definitely a perfect place to stay!"

"My first impression was that the room was very dark. It was ok in the daytime when you open the windows but when the curtains are drawn it feels like a bar , with a bed end bar like table and very small lights on the ceiling. That made charging your phone not that easy as sockets were down below and room was dark.The room size is good and my room ha d a garden view. But there was no tea bag/ coffee/ water in the room . You could ask for some amenities ( eg slippers) but the worst impression I had with this hotel was when I asked for a tea bag ( which is normally provided in most hotels) the reception referred me to a ‘manger’ of restaurants who said I had to pay for a tea bag ( I assume he took it to be hot tea in room, but I gave my own hot water boiler and all I need is a tea bag)"

"This hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The scenery is stunning, and our room offered an incredible view with a very high ceiling that let in beautiful natural light. I particularly loved the thoughtful design: having a private terrace was a wonderful touch, and falling asleep while gazing at the stars from the bed was magical. Watching the river flow by was so peaceful. The fully equipped kitchen was very convenient, but my absolute favorite spot was the sofa—I truly cherished the time spent there. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were diligent, sincere, and kind-hearted. Even the breakfast was perfectly suited to my taste. I love Florence, but what I loved most were the people here. I sincerely hope this place can always remain as it is now—a true sanctuary in the world."

"The hotel environment is great, the restaurant is delicious, and the staff are very welcoming. There was a small blood stain on the duvet cover, though. The hotel is a bit far from the Old Town scenic area, and you need to transfer to a public bus after getting off the hotel shuttle. However, the public buses in Florence are truly awful."
