The hotel is ina good location for the airport and the shared taxi stand. The buffet breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free airport shuttle is not as good as it sounds. It only goes 3 times a day.

I was injured on the plane and arrived at the hotel in a wheelchair. He gave me as much support as possible, such as changing rooms and responding to emergency response in the middle of the night. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The household was done every day, but it left to desire: hair in the shower, forgotten to renew some hygiene products despite their use the evening, and dust on the hair during the entire stay without being cleaned one - What? The reception service was provided with shoes and slippers to access the spa. The shoes were received only two days later, despite several relaunches, which shows a lack of reactivity. The breakfast was correct and varied enough to start the day. However, every morning it was necessary to wait about 25 minutes to get a simple orange juice pressed in addition. The hot and private pool is a very positive point, but the jacuzzi was in trouble during the whole stay, which is a pity. The location of the hotel is pleasant, with many restaurants and shops at the foot of the hotel, making the stay even more practical and sympathetic

I had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

The room is well-regulated, the traffic is quite convenient, the sea is super close, and there are local restaurants on the side. It is not very convenient to eat Chinese food. Need to call, or tram.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

The waiter service is slow and does not take the initiative to clean the room. Others are fine.

The hotel is about half an hour's drive from the city. But the hotel is good, located on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, you can walk to the beach through the hotel lawn. The hotel facilities are very good and the service is good. recommend.
