This is a great value sleeper bus. It's very comfortable, the driver doesn't drive fast, and there are two restroom breaks. The bus is clean. If you get motion sickness, I recommend sleeping on the lower deck; the upper deck is more prone to motion sickness. It was a good experience and saved me a lot on hotel costs. However, there are no showers at the bus stop.

The bus itself is great. Super comfortable. The bookung process was not so simple, after booking had to contact them on whatsapp to make arrangements. The pick up process at Noi Bai airport was a bit confusing since the bus was late and arrived to a parking lot nearby, not to the pillar 1 at the terminal. But overall worked well for me.

I would like to commend Trang for her excellent personal service. She helped me adjust my pickup schedule very quickly and was always polite and patient. Thanks to her assistance, my trip was smooth and worry-free. I highly recommend this tourist bus as it is very comfortable and well-equipped with a TV, charging points, Wi-Fi, and a free shuttle service. Initially, I planned to choose two people per bed, but thanks to Trang for sharing photos and providing a clear explanation, I decided to choose one person per bed instead. It turned out to be very comfortable.

I really liked this company's service! I needed a ride from Sapa to the airport. They contacted us promptly, met us at the hotel, and took us to the bus by minibus. There were plenty of stops along the way, allowing us to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat.

The seat/ bed is confortable. But there is no pick up from hotel to bus's office and no free sending to the destination hotel as described in the advertisement.


