Traveling in Xi'an with my family, our flight was rescheduled to an early morning departure, so we booked an airport hotel directly to make the morning less rushed. After reading fellow travelers' reviews, which turned out to be incredibly accurate, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel – it exceeded our expectations! The high ratings are truly well-deserved. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and they even thoughtfully provided a late-night snack. The room was very stylish, exactly my preferred aesthetic. In the morning, the front desk staff meticulously called each room to give a wake-up call, and the hotel arranged a shuttle bus to the airport at fixed times. Breakfast was plentiful and started at 6:30 AM – hats off to the kitchen staff! The value for money is outstanding. Every honest review serves as an excellent guide for future guests and also helps shape the hotel's operational focus.

Straight up the best hotel that I have stayed in China. The location is perfect right next to the Muslim quarter where you can walk around and get different types of food. It's also close to three different really amazing restaurants that we tried. We're able to get two beds for my wife and my 10 year old son. As for the hotel amenities, it's really amazing. Excellent showers, Strong water pressure. Great breakfast food, made it easy for us to get food early in the morning before we go on tours. They even had takeaway boxes. Also the AC was excellent. And the room had voice control to close blinds and TV. Free washer and dryer made it really easy for us to get our laundry done. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Honestly, what else do you want? I've traveled extensively in the US and have never had this kind of service. Here's a picture of how close we are to the drum Tower.

I brought my mom along for this trip, and we booked this guesthouse online without much prior research, as we usually stay in hotels. I must say, it turned out to be excellent value for money! The owner mentioned it wasn't too busy, so they kindly upgraded our room for free. The room was very clean, had a beautiful view, and all the facilities were great. Showering was a breeze with plenty of hot water, and the internet speed was fast. Even though the weather wasn't great and our vacation time was limited, we still managed to go hiking. The owner even waited for us at the bus station when we arrived, which was incredibly thoughtful. He drove us to the guesthouse. In the mornings, we tried not to disturb anyone and left early. The guesthouse is also very close to the scenic spots.

This guesthouse stay was an absolute delightful surprise during our trip! The entire house has underfloor heating, and for those who get cold easily, there's also an AC with heating – the owner even encouraged us to use it freely, haha. The bedding was spotless, which was very reassuring. During our two-night stay, even without asking, the room was meticulously tidied, and disposable amenities and bottled water were replenished. The spacious room made us feel incredibly comfortable, the soundproofing was good, and all the facilities were new, including a smart toilet. The cute bear pillow in the middle of the family room was also adorable, showing how thoughtfully decorated the place is. And the service was exceptional! Not only did they offer free pickup and drop-off from the station, but the owner was incredibly patient before our arrival, explaining the mountain routes, answering all our questions without getting annoyed, helping us analyze the best paths, and offering many effective suggestions. They even proactively drove us to pick up grip gloves for the mountain. Knowing there was snow, they provided each of us with ice cleats (which we could return for a 30 yuan refund if unused) to ensure our safety and save us a lot of effort. They have their own small restaurant downstairs, which was super convenient, and the food was delicious. The owner thoughtfully recommended local specialties. We tried the longevity vegetable egg pancake and stir-fried pork with mountain bamboo shoots, both very authentic and clean. It tasted like home-cooked meals, full of warmth. Originally, porridge wasn't on the menu, but someone in our family had an upset stomach, and when we asked if they could make some millet porridge, the owner immediately agreed – it was really wonderful. The barley tea was also homemade, and my family liked it so much that we even bought some from the owner to take with us. Futhermore, the guesthouse's location is excellent. It takes less than 10 minutes for the owner to drive you to the visitor center, and you can also walk there in just over 10 minutes. The owner also told us there was a lake near the visitor center where we could see the blooming begonia flowers, and indeed, when we strolled over, it was beautiful. Our entire trip was very enjoyable. Such guesthouse owners, with their sincerity and dedication, made our journey full of warmth and感动. Five-star reviews aren't enough to express our gratitude!

Hotel staff was super nice and went the extra mile to make our trip special. Having a washer and dryer that could be used for free made the next leg of the trip so much easier. And at this location and price point, I’d definitely recommend this to anyone visit Xi An.

We appreciated the location of this hotel by the south wall, where it was a lot quieter, and had the charms of small cafes and shops, small lanes and alleyways to explore and the hustle and bustle of local life such as morning market, food food options, craft beer and coffee places within a stone's throw away. Was also just a short walk from the subway to get to places beyond the wall. The hotel itself is simply very charming. The design, interior decor and services provided is very well thought out. Service staff was courteous, we appreciated the welcome tra, lovely morning breakfast spread and nightly warm soup at bedtime, communicated to us daily via WeChat. The room itself was perfectly designed. We were on the second floor, just by the tree tops, and we had the platform room. We loved the division of spaces, and spent many moments just seated by the bay window, watching and listening to the birds chirping away. There is also a lovely rooftop area. There is a mosquito or two about, which is addressed quickly with the plug in mosquito repellent provided, and despite requests not to smoke, there appears to be guests who do. Not the fault of the hotel. We were glad we didn't pack our days in Xian, cause just staying in the room itself is such a treat. Our friend tried the restaurant and room service, and raved about it. It is simply one of those spaces you are happy to come back to and just hang out at. Highly recommended if you would like a quieter space to retreat to and love exploring books and alleys.

After my college entrance exam, I came to Xi'an for a trip. First off, the location here is incredibly convenient. The Bell Tower is right downstairs, and the Muslim Quarter and Wei Jia Liang Pi are also nearby. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helped us get an upgrade. Our original room didn't have a window, but the upgraded one had a perfect view of the Bell Tower. My friend and I are both quite particular about bathrooms, and the one here had a separate wet and dry area, and even a smart toilet. The shower pressure was great and very comfortable. The hotel has two floors, and our floor was really fragrant and quiet. The air conditioning in the hotel was also fantastic; the temperature was comfortable, and the airflow was strong. The cleaning lady was also lovely; for our 3-night stay, she came in every day to clean, change trash bags, and restock used items. When we checked out with all our luggage, the front desk lady even helped us put everything into a large bag and asked if we wanted to take two bottles of water with us. The service was absolutely impeccable and very warm. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was genuinely excellent. The only minor drawback is that food delivery can't come directly to the room; you have to go downstairs to the delivery lockers to pick it up yourself. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose this place again.

The newly opened hotel is well-decorated, clean, and offers great value for money. The staff are very welcoming. It's conveniently located near Confucius Temple, the snack street, and Yulin Ancient City, making it easy to explore. I frequently travel to Yulin for business and was extremely satisfied with my stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

What really stood out was the thoughtful assistance with my travel plans. Before checking out, I had a lot of luggage to store and was in a hurry to catch my train. The front desk staff not only stored all my bags securely and free of charge but also proactively helped me check train schedules, plan the quickest route, and even called a taxi for me, reminding me of the boarding time. The entire process was efficient and incredibly helpful, solving a major headache for me. The staff's service attitude was superb; they were genuinely friendly and sincere. Whether it was guiding me during check-in, answering questions, or providing extra help, they were always dedicated and went above and beyond. There was no aggressive upselling, just genuinely attentive and thoughtful service, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. It's truly worth staying at!

The service was enthusiastic, the hygiene was impeccable, and the facilities were complete. They have a parking lot and a self-service laundry room which was very convenient. My takeout order was a bit cold, and the front desk attendant warmly helped me heat it up and even had a robot deliver it to my room. I was very satisfied with this stay.
