I booked this hotel because I had an early flight. The front desk service was good, and they offer airport shuttle reservations, departing every hour on the hour. The room itself was decent, but there was a loud noise, either from the air conditioning unit or something else, which kept me from sleeping well. Other than that, everything else was fine.

We had an excellent stay at Youli Hotel. The location is very good as it is just few minutes away from everywhere we want to go in Shanghai. It is also very near to the Metro Station. Basically the location is 10 out 10! For muslims, u can easily walk to GuanGuanJi Halal Restaurant and Halal Hot Pot from the hotel. Below is also a Family Mart and across the stress there is Luckin. The staffs are also very helpful and courteous. I would like to applaud all of them for the excellent customer service. We can easily contacy them via WeChat for all our needs. Well done YouLi Hotel!! I will definitely come back to stay if am in Shanghai and will also recommend Youli Hotel to my friends!

Everything great, had low expectations when coming here but the single room was really fine, clean, no smell, no issues with the sound (I could hear people in the hallway but rarely and not bothering. Helpful and English-speaking reception desk. Let us keep the lugage for extra few hours. Location also convenient, a few steps away from the People's Square.

Just listen carefully from me... Please you must check all the towel , bed sheet before you use... My experience in this hotel is very very terrible there is a human **** in the towel ... Very traumatic until now remember this things.... I also feel that they dont doing their job as a housekeeping , my pillow , my bed sheet they don't change it .. only put the pillow in the place.. I already tell the hotel and they just say sorry and blaa...bla...bla... , give me merchandise. Please re consider to stay in this hotel .... And for you guys please check the towel before you use it this affect to anywhere anyplace hotel that you stay..

The overall environment is clean and comfortable, the room decor is cozy, and the hygiene is exceptionally well-maintained with all necessary amenities provided. I stayed here for one night because I had an early morning flight. The biggest virtue, and honestly the only real reason to choose it, is the location: it's literally attached to the Shanghai airport terminal. It's a building connected to the complex, giving you access to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. You can tell there's a very high turnover of travelers who just crash here for a few hours—whether due to layovers, missed flights, or early departures like ours. As for the room, it's basic, leaning towards ”just enough.” The bed is on the firmer side, but the shower worked fine and the hot water was reliable. Don't expect any frills or premium touches; it's a place to shut your eyes and that's about it. One plus is that from the hotel, you have direct access to the airport's shops and food courts, which are open 24 hours. That means you can go down and grab a snack or dinner without having to step outside, which is really convenient. Getting there is hassle-free too—you can arrive by metro, taxi, or the Maglev train with no problem. Bottom line: I don't want to say it's amazing, but I'm not trying to trash it either. It's a functional hotel for a night's sleep when your top priority is being close to the airport. For that purpose, it does exactly what it says on the tin—nothing more, nothing less.

My foreign friend and I came to Shanghai to visit the Bund, and this Jinglai Light Luxury hotel was truly the perfect choice! Its location is unbeatable – right outside is Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and the Bund attractions are within walking distance via the subway, saving a ton of commuting time. Yu Garden and Chenghuang Temple are just a short taxi ride away (minimum fare), making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining without any detours. Coming back to the hotel late at night after shopping was a breeze. As for hygiene, the room was meticulously cleaned. The pure white bed linen and duvet covers felt clean and comfortable, giving us peace of mind. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. They proactively gave us a recommended route for experiencing the Bund's night view, and check-in was done in just two minutes. We had two large suitcases, and they kindly helped us carry them to the elevator on the second floor. They even offered recommendations for affordable local Shanghainese restaurants nearby. Free luggage storage and bottled water were available at the front desk anytime, and our requests were met very quickly. The facilities were complete and functional. Overall, the value for money in the core area of East Nanjing Road was excellent. I'll definitely book this place again next time I bring foreign friends to Shanghai. The attitude was gentle and the orange soft candy was sent. The details were super intimate. The hotel also has its own exclusive parking lot. Parking is particularly convenient. There is no need to worry about traveling by car. This is really a big plus. The river view suite booked has a great view. The window is directly full of river view atmosphere. The room is well lit and cleaned. The whole house is intelligently controlled. The takeaway robot can be delivered directly to the door of the room. The bathroom is dry and wet. The washing and care are also good. The orange smell is very comfortable to sleep on. The sound insulation is also online. It is suitable for self-driving trips or business trips. room is very clean. Love that. AC was not working so I was changed to another room. Had a very good night sleep. Memory foam pillow was awesome! Staff were all friendly and people oriented. Big plus. Walking distance to Shanghai bookstore and The Bund.

Booked this hotel specifically for Disney and the experience exceeded expectations. The room is clean and tidy, there is no dead corner of hygiene, and it is very comfortable to stay. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes to satisfy different tastes. The most thoughtful thing is that there is a free shuttle bus from Disney, so you don't have to worry about planning your own journey. The surrounding facilities are mature, it is very convenient to eat and take a taxi, and the location is excellent. Highly recommended for a family or group trip. This hotel is a great choice for a Disney trip. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the attention to detail is exceptional. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, just right for a good start.
