"This is a wonderful place, a delightful atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, so many thoughtful little touches, silence, beauty, a delicious breakfast, a wonderful aroma, Italian toiletries in the shower, and Boris at reception simply made our day! He greeted us with a warm and welcoming welcome, checked us in, and suggested a delicious place for dinner. There are hammocks, swings, pleasant music, and a delightful atmosphere. We initially considered the Rooms Hotel, but we've never regretted our choice. We simply went to the Rooms Hotel for coffee after checkout and then had breakfast back at the hotel. This hotel left the warmest impression of our trip to Georgia!"

"Stayed at Axien Hotel for a short day stay and it was suitable for a one day visit in Kazbegi. The room was simple and basic, not fancy, but fine for a short stay. The balcony door had a small issue, which the owner said will be fixed for our next stay. No complimentary water bottles, so bring your own. The owner was very kind and helpful. Overall, a decent option for a short stay."

"При бронировании был всего один отзыв и то негативный, при этом оценка отеля - 8,9. очень переживала, что будет несоответствие. Оказалось зря) Это конечно не гостиница, а гостевой 3-х этажный дом. Хозяйка живет в этом же доме. За 30 лари готовит завтраки - блинчики, яичница, огурцы, помидоры, сыр , нарезка (колбаса), сосиски. Номер конечно маленький, нет кондиционера. Но нам это не мешало. В горах ночью прохладно, спокойно открывали окно на ночь. Уютный балкончик. В ванной есть все необходимое - гель для душа, шампунь, зубная щетка с пастой. Красивый с вид из отеля на горы. Рядом частный дом с коровником, утром просыпались под мычание)) Парковка вдоль улицы. До центра поселка минут 10 пешком. Не пожалели, что выбрали эооо вариант."

"Fantastic location with breathtaking views all around, even pictures don't give them justice, you have to see this in person! Host was very accommodating and helped us a lot during our stay. Restaurant in this cottage was also wonderful, food was very good and had the home made vibe, and the views in the restaurant were also fantastic of course. This is the best place to just relax and enjoy the nature as it's located at the edge of the town near the mountains and it takes some time to walk there, but it's absolutely worth it! You can do some cow/horsewatching at your own pace. Everything is quiet other than birds signing every now and then, it's just so peaceful in general. Beds were comfy and all amenities were working and clean. Overall I'd highly recommend this place if you want to run away from the city and forget its problems 🦅🌸⛰"

"The service was excellent!!! We brought red wine but didn't have a corkscrew, and the staff at the cottage went out of their way to buy one and gave it to us for free. Although it was raining, the cottage was warm and cozy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The location is great, with its own lawn and outdoor relaxation area—a very comfortable environment. There's also a communal kitchen available, which was very convenient for heating up our own milk and biscuits in the morning."

"We booked 2 cabins and they were gorgeous. A few things were missing like towels but they were brought after which were fine. Would be great if they could provide extra toilet roll, kitchen towels and floor mat. The bathroom floor was wet as there was no shower curtain. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our stay and wished it was better weather. The surrounding was peaceful and beautiful."
