Highly, highly recommend! This was by far the best and newest hotel I stayed in during my Italy trip, especially considering the price point. It just opened in 2025. When I booked it, I was a bit worried that having both hotel rooms and a hostel might be a bit chaotic, but that wasn't the case at all! The hotel lobby is bright and modern, and the whole place is super clean. My hotel room even had a balcony on a separate floor. The staff even left a welcome card, which was a lovely surprise! Plus, the hotel provides complimentary bottled water.

The Hotel is easy to find and very near from the Napoli Centrale train station and Napoli Piazza Garibaldi metro station. The room was neat, air conditioning was cold, toilet was clean and spacious. The location is very convenient. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful.

Salvatore gave a lot of useful information about staying and about the villa itself. The villa has an interesting history over 300 years. Let you not be frightened by the scratched walls and stairs. Inside these rooms is very clean, pleasant and modern. The room was spacious for 3 people and had a balcony. From unpleasant moments: at night noise is due to cars passing under the windows. And very cool in the room. We took extra blankets. The heater was 19 degrees, but it worked exactly 30 seconds and it was off. The temperature in the room was strong but below 19 degrees.
