"The room was clean and spacious enough to fit our checked luggage, even for a family of three, it didn't feel cramped. The hotel breakfast area is small, but thankfully the variety is quite good, and you can definitely get a full meal. They also offer complimentary drinks in the afternoon. On our first day, a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member checked us in and explained everything thoroughly, even finding a three-prong adapter for me. Communication was seamless and very efficient. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Naha bus station, making transportation easy, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it offers good value for money."

"1. Location: Approximately a 3-minute walk from Asahibashi Station (don't refer to Google Maps, just take the elevator from the tram stop and walk along the riverbank). There's a trendy bar downstairs; the soundproofing is excellent, completely quiet. The back entrance of the Roynet Hotel is opposite. 2. Surroundings: There's a Lawson, 7-Eleven, and Daikoku Drugstore right at the corner. Many izakayas (Japanese pubs) are also nearby, so you don't need to go all the way to Kokusai-dori to find food if you arrive late. Popular restaurants are also within easy walking distance. There's also a department store and car rental company next to Asahibashi Station, saving you commuting time and making it suitable for short trips (there's also cheap 24-hour parking nearby). 3. Facilities: Since it only opened in 2025, everything is new and fully equipped, with lighting and remote controls—comparable to a hotel. Separate bathroom and toilet. There's also plenty of space to pack luggage. If you need toiletries, you can get them on the first floor (towels, disposable personal items, and trash bags). The Wi-Fi is strong. There's a microwave, but unfortunately, no cutlery or plates are provided. 4. Check-in Procedure: As it's an unmanned hotel, you need to provide your passport first before receiving your room number and password on the day of check-in. It's recommended to take a picture and save it on your phone beforehand. 5. Cleanliness: Visually acceptable; not much dust, no mold in the sink or bathroom, and the toilet ventilation and bidet are good. 6. Quietness: Aside from the occasional whooshing sound from a biker's exhaust pipe, there's not much other noise. The room's orientation on the floor also minimizes disturbance from neighbors (and you rarely encounter them, probably because everyone values ​​peace and privacy). 7. The downsides are the relatively small bed, the weak hairdryer, and the need to dispose of your own trash upon check-out, which might cause mistakes for tourists. Also, the Wi-Fi doesn't have a password; you can connect from the first floor, raising security concerns. (The photos were taken at check-out; the actual tidiness upon check-in was even better!)"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean and the service was friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy and the hotel offered a wide range of amenities to choose from. Breakfast was available, though I missed it after sleeping in late everyday. One standout feature was the laundry facilities, both a washing machine and dryer were available and you could conveniently track their status and remaining time directly from the TV in your room. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, spotless and even offered a nice view of the surrounding area. The location was excellent, quiet yet convenient with plenty of small restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. There’s a 7-Eleven just across the street and a Lawson right at the corner of the same hotel building. It’s only about a 5–10 minute walk to the nearest Monorail station and you can easily reach many popular spots on foot. The ferry terminal is also within walking distance, making it simple to catch boats to the Okinawa islands and something I highly recommend. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, convenience and great service. I’d happily stay here again if I return to Naha."

"It's just a weird stay. Overall good, but the service especially is inconsistent - the younger staff had the worst Gen Z stare I've ever come across (coming from a Gen Z myself), just stared blankly at customers with no greetings, and overall seemed very confused on what they needed to do. I think they needed some training. The older staff on the other hand are quite nice and efficient. Also confused on the amenities provided - stayed for 4 nights; the first 2 nights had no water in room so I just bought from the hotel's own vending machine - but on the 3rd night they started providing bottled water in room. This goes back to the untrained front desk staff - they gave no explanation on what's provided and what's not. This overall limbo and confusion lasts until check out - when I handed the room key back they just stood like O_O. Nothing said - not ”ok, check out done” or even ”finish”. I had to be the one to ask - so is that all? No other charges? Please please train your front desk. (Also didn't manage to take any particular in room photo - nothing too memorable from the stay)"

"The hotel is just one stop away from Naha Airport (TK2) and a 7-8 minute walk. Be warned, there's a big hill, so it can be a bit challenging with luggage, but fine if it's not raining. The closest Yui Rail station is Kenchō-mae, about an 11-minute walk. The 3rd floor is the smoking floor, with all other floors being non-smoking. If you book late, you might only get a smoking room. I stayed in rooms 1113 and 435 – 11th floor definitely offers better views and is quieter, so I recommend booking there. I didn't think the breakfast was worth it; the buffet lunch, which starts at 11:30 AM, is better value and tastier. There's no welcome drink in the lobby, nor a public bath or hot spring. They do offer free luggage storage. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is a better schedule than traditional Japanese hotels – highly recommend! "Taking a taxi from Naha Airport cost about 1000 yen. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided toiletries for the kids. We stayed in the new building, which was super convenient to get to: after checking in, you just turn right, then right again after you see Lawson, and it's a two or three-minute walk. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is very handy, and it's an easy walk to the mall and Kokusai-dori. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Okinawa."
