The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. I had a wonderful experience staying at Urban Hotel Bishkek. The location is incredibly strategic, right in the center of Bishkek, making it very convenient to get around the city. The rooms are highly comfortable and cozy, offering great value for money with their affordable rates. A big highlight for me was the breakfast. The menu is quite varied and provides the perfect, hearty fuel needed for a full day of physical activities. Special thanks to the receptionist, Абина! She was immensely helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. It was truly a pleasure meeting and chatting with her. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek!

i think for hostel that price over 200rb but dorm room is not worth it The room is spacious, the dining table is good, the kitchen is there c s service is also good what is not good is the staff cleaning services are very arrogant Pas saya masak mie instan staff cleaning services marah2 ngedumel dan kayaknya dia gak suka kita masak Even though it was a facility that was built another one that is most unworth it is that the mattress is very bad,once sitting on it,it is immediately bumped The mattress is very unreasonable because as long as we move, it will make a sound (snickering) Most of the local guests are not in a manner. - It's enough to come here.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

Pros: Friendly staff. Very decent breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. Cons: The air conditioning only heats or cools, depending on the time of year. Even if it's 23°C (73°F) and sunny in February (like this year), the air conditioning still blows hot air, but fortunately, you can open the window. Also, there's a constant stench in the bathroom, as if they forgot to install water traps on the drains. Overall, the bathroom was finished by some incompetent people—you could cut your foot on the crookedly installed tiles in the shower.

We love the hotel as it is right in the citycentre. Therr is a mini market and fastfood restaurant just next to the hotel. There is free water refill both cold and hot. And there is free flow of coffee and tea. The receptionist is very helpful. She arranged for our private car transfer from Bishkek direct to our hotel in Almaty. Recommended!

First time to be in here , even the equipment or facilities not really perfect but still i hd a comfortable place to sleep heh

The room was clean and hygienic, and the owner was very nice. They solved the meal problem; the dishes were cooked very well.
