"Had a really pleasant stay here in early August! The hotel was very clean and beautifully designed. The room was also clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax. The staff were very helpful, nice, and friendly throughout our stay. There are only two facilities — a swimming pool and a gym — but that actually makes the hotel feel more peaceful and less crowded. With only 22 rooms, it was very quiet and comfortable, which I really enjoyed. The breakfast selection was a little limited, but overall, it was still a great stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay! Would definitely come back again. 😊"

"I stayed here for a solo 2-day, 1-night trip. I love the Bali vibe, and the moment I saw it on a travel site, I knew this was the place and booked it. The interior definitely exuded that Balinese atmosphere, which was lovely. What I particularly liked was the spacious bathtub. With cushions to support your back and a ceiling about 3 meters high, it was a very open and relaxing space where I could unwind. Also, after check-out, they held my bag for me, and while I was killing time, the reception staff offered me lemongrass water. I was so touched by their thoughtfulness. Thank you! On the other hand, there were a few disappointing points. There was a leak in the bathroom, poor TV connection, no conditioner in the bathroom, and no salt or pepper on the dining table during breakfast (I think it would be more efficient if they confirmed the room number with guests, then seated them, confirmed their order, and then prepared the food). The reception area was hot, and because it's outdoors, there were inevitably insects that sometimes landed on the food. Some of these issues were promptly addressed by the maintenance team, and they even prepared two types of breakfast for me. The location, being a bit away from the city center, was quiet and peaceful, which was nice."

"My booking confirmation stated a 2 PM check-in, but when we arrived at the front desk, we were told the room wasn't ready and we'd have to wait until 3 PM. Fine, we waited until 3 PM, paid the RM 20 deposit, and went to the room, only to find it hadn't been cleaned yet 🫠. We informed the front desk, and they immediately arranged for a different room (the front desk staff were friendly to customers). The room we got had older facilities (but still functional). The power supply was a bit quirky; inserting the card didn't seem to make a difference (you had to manually flip a switch to tell if there was power or not 🥲). The light on the vanity mirror didn't work when turned on. (The hairdryer was cleverly hidden in a drawer!) 🤣 The TV reception wasn't strong; it was quite snowy and only had 2-3 channels (thankfully, 8TV was one of them). There was a window with a slight view of the outside, and the king-sized bed was very large (as we chose the king-size option). The sheets, pillows, and mattress softness were acceptable. The air conditioning was cold enough but a bit noisy. The mini-bar area was well-equipped with a kettle, two cups, tea bags, coffee, two bottles of mineral water, and a mini-fridge 👍, which was very convenient and great. The toilet and shower: It would be better if this could be separated into wet and dry areas, as the toilet and shower are right next to each other. When you shower, even with the curtain drawn, the water still flows to the area next to the toilet, leaving the entire floor wet. You have to be careful not to slip 💢. The drain had a slight odor, but the water pressure in both the shower and sink was good, with hot and cold water available, and a large mirror above the sink. The inconvenient part was that there was no shelf or holder for soap, shower gel, or shampoo in the shower area, so you had to walk to the sink to grab them 🫠. This definitely needs improvement. The room space: It's suitable for two people to move around, quite large and spacious, not cramped at all. Amenities provided were thoughtful: a mini-fridge, kettle, desk, wardrobe, shoe cabinet, hairdryer, and two trash cans (one in the bathroom and one in the room). Toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, and even a bag for dirty laundry were provided. Regarding cleanliness, I found it acceptable. I always bring my own disinfectant and disposable sheets because I'm paranoid about unclean beds (it gives me peace of mind). One more thing to note: if you have valuables, remember to keep them secure. Even though I didn't request cleaning, they came in to tidy up, change fresh towels, trash bags, sheets, and replenish mineral water. (Perhaps daily cleaning is included in their service; I'm not sure, as I stayed for three days). Parking: The hotel has its own private parking lot right in front of the hotel, but spaces are limited, first-come, first-served. If you go out for dinner or sightseeing and return too late, there won won't be many spots left. (I always made sure to return before 7 PM and usually only found 1-2 spots left) 😂"

"Guys, please stay at this hotel. It's beautiful and super cheap! There's aircon AND a fan! I absolutely love it! Overall 9.5/10. The lift was broken when I went, but the staff were so kind and helped carry my bags and food!"

Despite my last-minute booking and late check-in, the staff was friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth. Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and a reasonable price. "I only stayed one day in Ipoh as a stopover. This hotel isn't in the city center, and it's not particularly close to the train station either. However, there are some other small shops within the same building, which makes for a decent collection. The environment is pretty good; it has an industrial design, but it doesn't look run-down. The room was small, but it matched the price. The first room we were given had a connecting door to the next room, so we asked to switch, and the front desk lady cheerfully changed it for us. There's a gym with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and some strength training equipment. Not many people seemed to use the gym, but the environment was nice and air-conditioned. I worked out for an hour and felt great afterwards."
