"Our stay at Cozy Place Apartments couldn’t have been more perfect. We can’t thank Julie and Paul enough, they went above and beyond. The apartment was immaculately clean, the choice of snacks and breakfast were amazing and the bed was so comfortable. We also used Tony’s Taxi, (whose number is in the kitchen!) and he was just a pure gentleman. Check in was straight forward and close to the centre. Cozy Place Apartments deserves more than a 10* rating. This will be our only choice for future trips to Liverpool. Thank you SO much."

"This was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. The lobby has a lot of character in keeping with the Titanic theme and the pictures of the rooms had the same theme. We arrived at our room (fourth floor #46) located on a dark hallway that was being painted. The room was large and also had some plush features like the curtains, furniture, chandelier and wallpaper. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was very hot, with no ventilation and one small fan. The desk clerk offered to bring a second fan when we requested a hair dryer, but the second fan never arrived. The windows could not be opened even a crack ”due to safety reasons”. The room was sweltering and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the carpet was very dirty, there was mold on the wall above the bathtub and the sink, the lights beside the beds needed to be replaced, and the towel rack was missing from the wall. There was a small kitchen which was nice, but it was missing the basics (glassware, silverware, plates) and one of the drawers was missing its front. In short, the room was in bad shape and we are very surprised they would host anyone in that room. In the lobby, there was a young man sitting at the Concierge desk and when we asked him for directions, he said he was security and had no idea. He could not have been less interested and barely looked up from his phone. Apparently, the rooftop bar is nice, but we did not go there. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and are pretty easy going when it comes to our expectations. This hotel has so much potential, but the experience was a huge disappointment and we would not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone stay there."

"The hotel is very clean, the location is great 11 minutes walk to Liverpool Lime Train Station and 17 minutes walk to M and S Bank Arena/Albert Dock where i was attending event. Customer service was great. I was on the 5th floor and no liftl, so alot of walking up the stairs, others have also mentioned that in their reviews. Other than that it's a great place to stay."

"I had a great stay at Kabannas Hotel in Liverpool and would definitely recommend it. The location was phenomenal right in the centre, with everything within easy walking distance, which made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel had a great atmosphere, and the bar was a real highlight with a lively but relaxed vibe. The staff were all lovely and very helpful throughout my stay. The self check-in was also super easy and made arrival completely hassle-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made it a great place to come back to after a day out. Overall, a fantastic, convenient stay in the heart of Liverpool."

"The six-bed female room is very large, with a bathroom and shower room, which is very convenient. However, there is little traffic on the roadside, which is acceptable. The locker in the room is quite large, remember to bring your own lock."
