"The location was fantastic, right near the station! There's a SEIYU supermarket as soon as you get off at Tokorozawa Station, which is very convenient. The staff at the front desk were very polite during check-in, the room was clean, and while there were bath towels and face towels, I think hand towels would have been even better. At breakfast the next day, they kindly showed me how to serve the rice, and I was able to enjoy a delicious meal. This is definitely a hotel I'd like to stay at again."

"I stayed at the Omiya Pione Land Hotel the night before taking the first Shinkansen train. The front desk had a wide variety of amenities available, which was convenient as I could freely choose what I needed. Although the guest rooms don't have automatic locks, they can be securely locked from the inside, so I felt safe during my stay. The rooms were beautifully renovated and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were all kind, making for a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the entertainment district with many restaurants, so finding food is not a problem. It's also close to Omiya Station, making it a very convenient hotel for those taking the first Shinkansen train. I would recommend it for business trips, vacations, and overnight stays before concerts or other events."

I even had to cancel my planned dinner, making for a terrible start to my stay. The room itself was clean and satisfactory, which makes the poor service all the more regrettable."

"It's a new hotel so it was clean. It was more spacious and comfortable than other business hotels in Tokyo. The room had a shower booth, but there was also a large public bath where I could soothe the fatigue of my long journey. Although it is close to Shinrin-Koen Station, there are few restaurants nearby, so it would be best to buy dinner at the convenience store in front of the station or eat it around Higashimatsuyama Station next door."

"I used it on a business trip, but I was able to spend it very comfortably. The hall and guest rooms were clean, and the corner 々 was well maintained and I was able to stay comfortably. The bed was comfortable and quiet, so I was able to get rid of my tiredness. The staff were polite and I was able to use it with peace of mind from check-in to check-out. The location was good and there were restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Considering the price, the satisfaction is high, and I would definitely like to use it if I have a chance to come nearby."

"The hotel is clean and new. For a business hotel, the breakfast is varied and good. They even have a coffee machine. The baths are hot springs, and the women's bath has a rock sauna, which is relaxing, but even when I turned up the shower temperature, it wasn't very hot, and the bathtub wasn't that hot either, so I felt cold when I got out. The air conditioning in the building felt a little cold. There is a sink in the room, but the restrooms are shared on the floor, so I guess that's what you get for a cheap hotel. You can choose your shampoo and body soap at the front desk, but I wish they'd provided cleansing soap in the bath. I feel like people's opinions on these points vary greatly."

Our stay at Hotel Green Core was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! If you are traveling with a family, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Here is why we loved it so much: - Incredibly Kid-Friendly: Traveling with young kids (a 7-year-old and a 3-year-old) can be challenging, but this hotel made everything so smooth and relaxing for us. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and they really understand how to accommodate families. -Spotlessly Clean: Cleanliness is always my top priority, and this place exceeded all expectations. The rooms and common areas were perfectly maintained and immaculate, which gave me such peace of mind. -Flawless Experience: Literally everything was good. The service, the comfort, the attention to detail—it was all just perfect and well thought out. We had a wonderful time here and it made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. A true 10/10 experience, we will definitely be back!

Quiet remote location, great for a getaway from busy Tokyo, only 2.5h by train, then a 20min local cab ride. A bit rustic but surprisingly modern amenities. Only caveat is the spotty WiFi from from some cabin. Good night sky visibility from the viewing platform, provided someone didn't turn on the unused restaurant light (someone did when I was taking photos and messed up my shots). Reminiscent of the weekend chalet in East Coast Singapore, where people come mostly for BBQ.

At the price, it is a high Cp value. It is natural to see an oasis in the countryside. In addition to the facilities, it is very old, but there are some. There is also a YouTube laundry room. The restaurant also has a focus on providing bathrobes. Water dispenser vending machine. Shampoo and hair care. The bath milk is also available. The attitude of the service staff is comparable to a five-star hotel. The disadvantage is that it is old and small.

This is my third time using this facility (in about a year). Reasons for using this facility: - Since I was using a car, the parking lot was large and easy to park in! - Reasonable pricing: Breakfast (choice of set meal) is included!! - Facilities: Open-air bath available! Prices of products in the vending machines are on par with convenience stores! Excellent cost-effectiveness! I will use this facility again if I have the opportunity, so I look forward to working with you again.

I stayed here for the first time for work the other day. It was my first time staying at this type of accommodation, so I was honestly a little worried, but the hotel staff were wonderful!✨The hotel was also very clean and I liked it so much that I booked another day to stay there again. It was a weekday so it was empty, which was great for me. If it weren't for work, I could have taken my time, but...it's a shame that I only stayed there for the time being. If I had the time, I would have liked to stay several nights, just on weekdays (I don't like noisy places), and explore the area. Anyway, I took some photos so I hope you'll find them useful.

Although my carry-on suitcase was small, there was enough space to open it. There was also a long counter and chairs, and there was a full-length mirror and a smaller mirror on the wall that could be used for applying makeup, which was very nice. The water tap? was closed from the start, and even when I tried to move it, it wouldn't open, so water accumulated in the tap, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it was very nice.

It was a beautiful hotel close to the station. I asked because there was a guide that I could book a breakfast buffet at check-in. It was a pity that there was no fruit because it was a two-part system, and it was a pity that there was no fruit because it was in the latter half, but I think it is good for 500 yen with rice, bread, salad and side dishes. The room is not so large but clean and you can also use a large communal bath on another floor. (I didn't use it because I personally don't like it, but my husband seems to be satisfied.) I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I chose this hotel because it remained affordable even though prices were inflated due to the Konosu Fireworks Festival. It's also conveniently located near the station, making it a great stopover if you plan to head to Karuizawa or Nagano early the next morning.
