The booking thru trip.com was super convenient… I booked this place just for a quick transit and because it is sooooo cheap. Won’t complaint much as I could have a good sleep and wake up fresh the next morning. Hotel provided basic amenities - one mineral water and a soap (small size for traveller). But what I appreciate much is there is someone who opened the door as I arrived around 12:30am after midnight (following the ETS arrival time). Getting the grab to and from this hotel was also easy. Amazing Stay — Definitely Worth It! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel and honestly, everything was better than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience felt comfortable, smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is definitely one of the biggest highlights. It was very convenient to get around, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and places to visit nearby. I didn’t have to spend too much time travelling around, which made the whole trip much easier, especially when I had a packed itinerary. As for the room, I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. The room was spacious enough for me to move around comfortably, and everything was well arranged. The bed was also really comfortable, which was honestly important after a long day of travelling and walking around. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I really appreciated how clean the bathroom and sleeping area were. I also have to mention the cleanliness because this was one of the things I noticed immediately. The room felt fresh and properly maintained when I arrived. Towels, bedsheets and the bathroom were all clean, and the overall environment felt very comfortable. It’s always nice when you can come back to your hotel after a tiring day and just relax without worrying about anything. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were happy to help. The service felt professional but still warm, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was also really nice. It felt comfortable and relaxing without being too formal. Whether you’re travelling alone, with friends, as a couple or with family, I think this hotel would be a great choice. It’s the kind of place where you can actually look forward to coming back and resting after a long day outside. For the price, I honestly think the hotel offers great value for money. You get a comfortable room, good service, a convenient location and a pleasant overall experience. Of course, every hotel may have small things that could be improved, but personally, nothing during my stay affected my overall experience. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay here and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay without spending too much. Definitely one of the hotels I’d happily come back to! 9/10 ⭐️

No pictures to share. The location is very good and easy to find. The lounge area is spacious but only has two chairs. The carpet isn't clean enough to sit on. The bathroom is okay, but the toilet isn't clean, and no slippers were provided for the toilet. The pump was broken. The bedsheets and towels smelled sour, as if they hadn't been dried properly. In my opinion, the cube sleeping area is only suitable for small people. Check-in and check-out were easy. Information from the owner was very fast and accurate.

I booked a 4-person family room (with 2 beds) on the first floor for 2 nights. During checkout, the cleaning staff on the second floor were so loud it was impossible to relax. It really disturbed our rest because both the first and second floors have wooden flooring. However, the room walls were well soundproofed, so we didn't hear our neighbors. The beds were decent and comfortable enough. The shared bathroom wasn't too bad. The best part, though, was its location in the Street Art area, very close to the 'Children on a Swing' and 'Kids Playing Basketball' murals. We could walk there anytime, which was super convenient. It's also near the Chew Jetty Food Court. This is a great area to stay in. For future stays, I'd recommend booking a room on the second floor with a balcony.

I mean what could possibly ask for a lot with this price but the location is convenient after all.The room is small & the toilet is just mobile toilet and the hair dryer was broken when we stayed there but they came & replace it with a new one in the morning.Check in is easy just with passcode but it’s hard to contact to property on time actually.The bed was not too soft but it’s okay for travelers.Overall Clearly needs renovation since the room is dusty & hallway is quite smell.

Overall, we had a decent and comfortable stay, especially considering the affordable price. The hotel is definitely budget-friendly and a good option if you’re looking for somewhere inexpensive while still having the basic necessities. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable enough for two people. I also appreciated that fresh towels, a floor rag, and bottled water were provided every day. The hallways were quiet, and the staff were nice and accommodating throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the windows aren’t really soundproof. You can clearly hear outside noise, including cars and motorcycles passing by, people talking on the street, and even the garbage truck around 10 PM. There was also a noticeable buzzing noise from what seemed to be an AC unit or other equipment directly outside the window. These weren’t just faint background noises—you could hear them quite clearly. Fortunately, the hotel is located in a relatively remote area, so the amount of outside traffic is still limited. I personally use earplugs, which blocked the noise completely, so it wasn’t a major issue for me. There were also a few things I noticed during our stay: our room didn’t have a hair dryer, slippers, or toothbrushes. We were given two small round bars of soap for our entire 4-day, 3-night stay. The TV remote also only had one battery, so we couldn’t really use it. However, the TV wasn’t a smart TV anyway, so this didn’t really affect our stay. I’m not listing these as complaints, just mentioning them so future guests know what to expect. For the price, I think the hotel is still a reasonable and affordable choice. The room was comfortable, reasonably clean, the staff were friendly, and the daily replacement of towels and water was appreciated. Overall, this is a decent budget hotel with a few areas that could be improved, particularly the soundproofing and some of the room amenities. If you’re a light sleeper, bringing earplugs would definitely be a good idea. For us, though, the stay was comfortable enough and the affordable price made it worth it.

This hotel is perfect if you're coming by ferry! You can take bus 801 from PENANG SENTRAL bus station directly to the hotel entrance; walking would be a long detour. The hotel is clean and the room is decent. If you're catching an early train the next morning, there's a food court nearby with plenty of affordable and hygienic options. The room has Wi-Fi; just ask the front desk to connect you. The only downside is the poor soundproofing, but everything else is fine!

Saw the few not good comment in review ,expected it is average level hotel.But while I check in, the room is clean that I expected,and it is better than I expected. Just hope they can provide toothbrush in future.

For my first time, I chose this place. - The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was cool. - All the essentials were provided: microwave, cold and hot water, tea, coffee, and a shared hairdryer at the front. - The bathroom had soap and shampoo. - The Wi-Fi was good. I was quite impressed! The fact that you use a code to enter the room instead of a keycard or physical key is excellent and very modern. - The location is good, making it easy to walk to food options. 7-Eleven and Family Mart are close by and within walking distance.

A decent option for an overnight stay near the airport. It has good air conditioning, two ceiling fans, a shower with hot water, nice bedding and towels. There's a water cooler with hot and cold water (located in the smoking area), and an iron available at the front desk. They immediately provided a plug adapter at reception upon request. The staff are friendly. A taxi from the hotel to the airport costs 10-15 ringgit. Regarding the downsides: you have to take off your shoes at the hotel entrance, but they provide a shoe locker with a key to keep them secure. I was also given a room whose window faced the reception, specifically it was right behind the receptionist's back, but it was quiet at night and I managed to get a good night's sleep, so that didn't bother me.
