Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

I have to rave about this sea-view room! The location is absolutely amazing, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the entire ocean. You can even see the lighthouse, and the view is unbeatable. Waking up to the beautiful blue sea every morning instantly puts me in a good mood. The room was spotless, the layout was cozy, and the facilities were complete, showing great attention to detail. Overall, it's excellent value for money, very comfortable and relaxing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room style is pretty good, and it offers a nice mountain view. The space is quite large, over 160 square meters, easily accommodating a family of five. The butler was also very enthusiastic and quickly resolved any issues! Not bad at all~~~!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to where I needed to go. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and there were no strange odors. The soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was enthusiastic, and they even helped me store my luggage. It's definitely worth staying here.

This villa truly exceeded our expectations! The environment is clean and beautiful, and the butler, a young man, was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. Any request in our group chat was answered instantly, whether it was ordering takeout or arranging a shuttle, everything was taken care of immediately. The restaurant manager was also very nice, genuinely sincere and down-to-earth! The set menus at the restaurant are great value for money and the food tastes good too 👍 Plus, the villa is connected to the Renaissance Crown Plaza, sharing the same beach, which I really recommend!

The room was surprisingly good, and my whole family loved it. The front desk staff was warm and attentive. The young man who helped us was also excellent—quiet but very handsome! He patiently guided us through check-in, helped with our luggage, and even told us which floor the parking was on and where the 'L' level was, which was super convenient for food deliveries. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and the complex itself was lovely with great privacy. They even covered our parking fees. I'd feel bad not giving them a five-star rating! Huge thanks for the care and daily housekeeping during our stay. All in all, fantastic value for money and a great experience. Seriously, for this price on a vacation, what more could you ask for?

The apartment's location is absolutely fantastic! The direct sea view is incredibly therapeutic – watching the ocean every day really lifts your spirits. We stayed in Building 3 for three nights, but couldn't extend our stay there, so we moved to Building 2 for another three nights. The 17th floor in Building 2 was superb! It's about a 20-minute walk to the duty-free shop. Swimming in the downstairs pool was so much fun; I loved watching all the happy kids splashing around every day. Atlantis Waterpark is just a pleasant 7-8 minute walk away. The cleaning service was very thorough and responsible. Compared to a regular Airbnb, a serviced apartment like this has the added bonus of daily cleaning, which is great. Everything was perfect except for the slow internet connection. I hope it's better next time I visit!

The crystal-clear pool, like a piece of jade inlaid in the center of the courtyard, reflects the blue sky and white clouds. Neatly arranged lounge chairs and elegant parasols await the lazy hours under the sun. Green plants stretch quietly along the walls, while floor-to-ceiling glass doors act like picture frames, cleverly connecting the indoor and outdoor scenery—even at first glance, the heart is at peace. During the day, the pool is a sanctuary for the soul. Leaping into the cool water isolates me from the outside world's noise, leaving only the gentle caress of the flowing water. Floating with my eyes closed, it seems as if only the gentle ripples of water remain, the sunlight softly penetrating my eyes, and time itself seems to slow down. In the ebb and flow, it's as if all burdens have been shed. The terrazzo countertop by the pool, warmed by the sun, is a perfect spot to lie, stretching out and letting your gaze drift across the shimmering water, chasing the wandering clouds, bringing a sense of lightness to your heart. As dusk settles and the courtyard lights gradually illuminate the pool, it ripples with gentle, shimmering gold. Floating alone under the starry sky, the world is filled only with the sounds of water, insects, and the dazzling Milky Way overhead—a tranquility so profound you can almost hear your own heartbeat. Stepping into the living room, the spacious layout, elegant furnishings, and fully equipped kitchen all seem tailor-made. The private terrace in the master bedroom is a highlight, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea in the morning or a glass of wine at dusk, surrounded by breathtaking views. This place offers more than just a residence; it embodies a longing. While the price is slightly higher, every moment of privacy, every inch of space offering comfort and prestige, makes it all worthwhile. This small, tranquil haven in the water gently embraced us, transforming us from hurried passersby into masters of our own lives—between the azure waves and the starry sky, we finally lived the life we ​​had always dreamed of. Living in a pool villa isn't just about moving into a house; it's about moving into a lifestyle.

The location of the homestay is very good. In the city center, clean and convenient parking. Children like the pool very much. You can rest assured. 5 rooms have 6 big beds. You can live in 10-12 personally. The price is very high.

The room was clean and tidy, and I slept really well. It had all the amenities I needed. The best part, though, was the excellent service. They have a 24-hour butler service, and even though I arrived late, they proactively communicated about my arrival time, which was a really nice touch. The room was also very spacious, and it was super convenient to get to the beach. Highly recommend!
