"To be fair, wasnt able to stay in the hotel since realised only 1 day before check in date that - there isn't luggage holding or storage available - yamato does not pick up luggage from here - go apps does not help since no taxi driver accepts pick up from this location As we were travelling as a relatively big family with more than 6 big luggages and owner did not response to my reachout timely, the location and inconveniences to arrange for transport resulted in us changing our itinerary and missing out on staying in the hotel. We feedback to owner and Trip.com for mitigation if we can get some refund back, but to no avail. All in all while we understand its not owner's fault, I do wish they could reply promptly on enquiries and also review their cancellation and refund policy."

"Review Title: Unsafe Staircase – Serious Safety Hazard When we first entered the unit, we were shocked to find a long, narrow staircase—laminated, steep, and slippery, with no resistance strips on the steps. We managed to walk up slowly with our luggage, exercising extra care, and enjoyed a pleasant evening with the convenience of a full kitchen. However, the next morning during check‑out, the worst happened: one of our guests slipped and fell, suffering a broken leg that required surgery. As the hotel operates on a self check‑in and self check‑out system, there were no staff present to assist, and we had to call an ambulance ourselves to avoid delaying treatment. We wrote to the hotel requesting an incident report, but received no response. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. Key concerns: No signage to indicate slippery stairs. No staff presence to provide assistance in emergencies. No response to our incident report request. This was a traumatic and preventable incident. The hotel must urgently address these safety lapses to protect future guests."

"There was a projector and a whirlpool bath, so I enjoyed the inn life! There were fashionable cafes, shops, supermarkets nearby, so it was convenient. It's easy to go by bus from Zushi Station!"

"This is my 5th time staying here. It's a wonderful house in a beautiful location, with everything you need inside. However, I'm always disappointed when they can't provide extra blankets; there often aren't enough when two guests share a bed. The reception is online, and there's no breakfast, but we always go to neighboring hotels for breakfast, which isn't an issue. Otherwise, everything is great. The price-quality ratio is fair."

"A great place to rest on the ocean shore. Next to the apartment there is an exit to the beach at once. Very comfortable and large on the area. Everything is clean, comfortable. For me it was a huge plus a big bathroom! From stopping the train minutes 7-10 on foot. There is lawson nearby. The hosts are very friendly and are ready to help at once. Registration is very simple. We enjoyed resting in this place"

"It was my first time to stay at private nights, self check-in, etc., but it was smooth and I was relieved because the exchange with the host was speedy after the reservation was completed. I chose this one this time because up to 3 small dogs were OK. Because there are few acceptable places if you have multiple heads. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, I couldn't get the jacuzzi I was looking forward to, but in the dog run on the third floor, the artificial turf was firmly thick and the drainage was good, so I could let the dogs play immediately after the rain. It was good because I came. The equipment was also available, and I was able to relax during my stay in a clean, fashionable and comfortable room, and the bedding was good. I'm convinced that there are more repeaters. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is great, but I felt that the parking lot was a bit difficult because there was a lot of traffic on the road facing it."
