**5-Star Review of Kyoto Homestay** Our recent stay at this charming homestay in Kyoto was nothing short of magical! Located just a 10-minute taxi ride from Kyoto Station, it offered the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The host was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The highlight was the traditional hotpot dinner, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. It was a delightful experience to enjoy such a unique meal in a cozy setting. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, reflecting the rich culture of Kyoto. We loved the serene garden view from our window. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations and provided a memorable Kyoto experience. Highly recommended!

Rinn Shiki Juraku is such a lovely property. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The Townhouse 5 is so spacious, with a comfortable bed. We were very pleased that the TV supported Netflix for watching a series after a busy day exploring. The bathtub is huge and takes over an hour to fill. You must check on the water temperature halfway through because the hot water runs out and the tub will fill with ice-cold water. The air conditioners are also a bit noisy. The reception area offers earplugs if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping. The location is good for walking to Nijo Castle, which is a recommended tourist attraction (and worth it). Other areas such as Fushimi Inari or Gion, it is recommended to use Uber or the metro. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Located approximately 5 minutes from the kyoto station. It has 4 floor which the top floor being a bathrooms and a bed. There are no cleaning service but have to pay extra if wanted. There are 3 bedrooms with 6 single bed and a queen size bed up to 8 people. The bedrooms is pretty clean and the beds are very comfortable. There amenities include fridge, microwave, silverware, plates, bowls, and chopsticks. Washing machine is on the top floor. Overall it is a very good stay, recommend.

It is a temporary but nice and spacious home in Kyodo. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, and the facilities are very good. The beddings on the tatami floor are so good that I slept like a baby for all three nights. The only inconvenience is that there’s no cleaning service for my three-night stay, making the trash bins a bit messy! But all in all, it is super great experience to stay in this lovely Japanese old house, with all the modern convinience such as floor heating, for a Kyodo holiday.

Traditional Japanese-style squatters, suitable for family stays, our group of 6 adults and 2 children is very suitable, although breakfast is not provided, but there are many convenience stores nearby, travel is also very convenient. If you check in, you need to go to Bell Kyoto Station. After check in, there will be a staff member to send you to the room. You can also store your luggage for free.

I had a wonderful stay at Rinn Kujofujinoki Central. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Kyoto. The location was convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere made the stay enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto and would gladly stay here again!

Highly recommended! A family experience that is very satisfying. I am very grateful to my friend for recommending this Kyoto Machiya. The double-storey house can accommodate four of us, as well as outdoor baths. Although I only stayed for one night, I will definitely stay again next time I return to Kyoto!

Front parking. There is an awkward kerb placed and reversing your vehicle might mount the kerb (not sure why it was badly placed there). Accomodation is lovely, modern redefined of a Japanese house. Bedding was superb. WC located on both L1 and L2 is a plus for us.

This year, Kyoto's red leaf season ended a little later, and luckily booked a room far below the November price. This door is not big but there is a hole in the sky inside. It feels like there is a townhouse built in 4-5. Our check-in time was relatively late, and the small requirements made to the front desk lady were met. There are two floors, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our couple is a bit extravagant. It should not be crowded next time we bring our parents again (it is estimated that it is inconvenient for both parents to come). The block is very quiet, not far from Nijo City, about seven or eight minutes from Omiya Station, we dragged our suitcases on the quiet street at night a little embarrassing: D. Overall satisfaction, if the price is right, I will choose next time.

The hotel is a single-family old Kyoto house, with a small two-story area and complete functions. The front desk and the phone have Chinese service. The reservation communication is very convenient. The front desk and the room are in two places. After the check-in, there is a staff car to the residence. The open-air bathtub experience is great. Enjoy the exquisite Japanese garden. In winter, it is equipped with outdoor heating. The house is not soundproofed for a long time. It will be awakened by the vehicle in the morning, but the whole is still a quiet residential area. If you book, please pay attention to the mailbox. You can reply to the service of a Japanese mattress by email. You need to reply to the email two days in advance. Since there is no timely reply, I didn't experience it! The overall is great. I want to feel the traditional local culture of Kyoto. It is recommended to book here.
