Welcome to Villa Paloma Blanca, your private oasis in beautiful San Jose del Cabo. This is a single 2 story home with 2 beds and 2 full baths in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the Sea of Cortez. There is also an optional separate casita which makes the property a 3 bed 3 bath option allowing sleeping for 6. **This additional space is available for an additional $60/night*** The main home includes it’s own garden area full of lush tropical plants and a fully private pool area with sun loungers and a bar. From the pool deck area you can see up the coastline with the mountains to the right and the ocean to the left. Costa Azul beach is famous for it’s Zippers surf break so any day you’re likely to be able to watch the surfers and during the right season you can also watch the whales making their way along the coast. You can gaze into the ocean waves and sky from lying in your comfortable kingsize bed and both the bedroom and living room open up to a large balcony that overlooks the sea of Cortez. The TV system features over 1000 channels from around the world and there is a triple filtration water system in the kitchen and ice cube maker will give you peace of mind about drinking the delicious water. A small boutique hotel is also located on the grounds so you can take advantage of their three delicious restaurants, spa, pickle ball and tennis courts, as well as 9 pristine pools with a swim up bar and a bar within the hotel. You will feel comfortable, safe and well taken care of within the compound of Casa Del Mar's excellent staff. The facility is located on a very low density section of the beach where the buildings are low and spread out and there are not many beach vendors. It is a very quiet beach compared to Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo proper (no rock and roll music and not many beach vendors). About half the year the beach is swimmable and the other half of the year you can walk 10 minutes down the beach to where there is a safe cove to swim year round. Every November through March you can see the great whales playing from your balcony most of the day. Fantastic snorkeling is only 5 miles in either direction of the resort in Chileno Bay or Palmilla Beach.Beach chairs/towels and fins are provided for snorkeling or hanging out on the beach. Horse rides are common to view from the deck and easy to purchase.Your comfortable, romantic get away is located half way between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo and this location couldn't be any better. Unlike other units that have limited seating, there is comfortable seating for 6 to 7 in the living room. Like the bedrooms, there are unobstructed views of lands end from these rooms.
