Top-notch view! ✨ Just checked out and I have to rave about this amazing guesthouse! The location is incredible, only a five-minute walk to the beach. Evening strolls watching the sunset were so therapeutic. The room was clean and cozy, and the smart home features were super convenient to use. The floor-to-ceiling windows framed the entire sea view perfectly, and waking up to the sun in the morning was pure bliss~ The owner even thoughtfully prepared local snacks and a travel guide. The value for money is absolutely fantastic, I'll definitely stay here again next time! 👍

The location is super convenient, really close to the subway station. Our room was spotless, and the staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were so kind and patient. You can walk to Jiefangbei in just ten minutes, and the Cloud Eye observation deck and Yangtze River Cableway are right nearby too. Plus, the room offered an absolutely amazing view for night photography!

I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Chongqing and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were especially convenient for longer trips. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, Somerset Chongqing offers outstanding value for money with excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing.

The room is very close to the subway station, right outside the exit. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bedding was spotless. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even when our train arrived very early in the morning. Nearby, there are traditional hot pot restaurants and various local snacks, all delicious and affordable. We truly experienced the warmth and hospitality of Chongqing people. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Chongqing.

As a long-time Marriott loyalist, I have mixed feelings and want to give an objective review: First, the pros: 1. Excellent service. The doormen downstairs were proactive, offering umbrellas, opening car doors, and helping with luggage! Because it was rainy and humid in Chongqing, customer service helped me choose a few rooms. They then brought me a dehumidifier and arranged for my bedding to be dried. This deserves praise. Service gets 5 stars. 2. The room is very spacious. It's rare to find such a large room at this price! Very suitable for families! You can cook, and there's a washer and dryer in the room, which is a huge convenience! 3. Overall clean and hygienic. Although the facilities are a bit old, the cleanliness standards are very high! All the above positives come from the service team. Kudos to you! Now for the cons - addressed to the management team: 1. On rainy days, the room had a musty smell. This smell made me seriously doubt this was a Marriott; even the hallway felt comfortable, but once inside the room, it was unbearable! I checked out after one night. 2. The bed pillows are too high! I didn't sleep well all night. I strongly recommend changing the pillows! Take a cue from Atour! The pillows were also damp and cold! 3. Given the rainy weather in Chongqing, although a dehumidifier was provided, its effect was indeed minimal. A portable blanket dryer should be prepared! [I've included a photo of it] 4. The shower in the bathroom is truly difficult to use! Not only is it easy to mistakenly turn to cold water, but after applying shower gel, it gets very slippery, and you simply can't turn the round faucet! I was just standing in the shower, frustrated! [You should try it yourselves]

Location: Situated inside Chongqing's landmark 'Grand Sail' building, directly above Raffles City and with direct metro access. Within walking distance to Chaotianmen, Hongyadong, Jiefangbei, and the pier. There are three hotels in the 'Sail' building: InterContinental Raffles City, Hotel Indigo, and Ascott. Ascott is wholly owned by CapitaLand, the developer of Raffles City, so its quality is undoubtedly top-notch. Facilities: Positioned as a serviced apartment, the public areas are compact yet comfortable and practical. The lobby offers complimentary tea and fresh flowers. A significant portion of the public space is dedicated to guests. The gym is well-equipped with at least two treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes, as well as a full set of resistance machines. There's also a yoga room with river views, comparable to a small commercial gym. It provides hot/cold water, sanitizing wipes, towels, and even headphones with sterilized covers. The swimming pool was closed during our two-day stay, so we hope to check it out next time. Below the hotel is Raffles City's urban garden, leading directly to a river-view platform – a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle. Room: We were fortunate to be upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, so spacious it was astounding. It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a bathtub in the master. It includes a washer and dryer, perfect for families. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and range hood. A complete set of dishes and cookware is provided. The facilities are excellently maintained; the microwave and oven looked almost unused. The room offers a pillow menu and abundant storage space. Due to its unique location, Ascott's rooms offer either unbeatable river views, stunning city views, or like ours, views of both. Service: Special thanks to Miss Genny at the front desk, who was incredibly patient during our check-in, attentively asked about our needs, and efficiently arranged our room. We arrived early, intending only to store our luggage, but to our surprise, we received our room key immediately. We are very grateful. All hotel staff were exceptionally proactive, friendly, and helpful – carrying luggage, greeting us upon sight, making us feel right at home. The staff member on the ground floor was also wonderful, assisting with getting in and out of cars/moving luggage and patiently giving directions. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

This was a very beautiful Room at this B&B. Location for this hotel is super and it’s central to all the main attractions. View from the Room was so beautiful. As this was Airbnb they had a mini fridge and washing machine with detergent available so you can wash your clothes. This bnb does share the space with others. Only minor issue for us was that we couldn’t flush toilet papers and instead needed to throw them in the bins. Bins can be emptied everyday as long as you request before 2pm. The owner is really quick at replies most of the time. There is a construction happening recently next to the bnb so It can be quite noisy in the mornings. I would still recommend this bnb overall. There is two massive wholesalers shopping mall right right next to the bnb so if your keen to shop around with a reasonable price, I would recommend them as well. Everyone was very welcoming and we had a lovely stay in chongquing.

The owner was incredibly welcoming. They came down to meet us when we checked in and even helped with our luggage. When I wasn't feeling well on the day of check-out, I asked if we could have a late check-out, and the owner kindly extended it for us, as it didn't affect the next guests. 🙏 _P.S. There's a spot next to the hotel with a really beautiful view!

After comparing a few options, I finally chose this hotel on Trip.com because it's right by Jiefangbei, with a subway station and a snack street just outside – super convenient! When we arrived with the kids, the room wasn't huge, and the facilities weren't brand new, but it was incredibly clean, had an excellent location, and fantastic service. They were always willing to help and happy to answer any questions. There were plenty of charging outlets, and they thoughtfully provided disposable toilet seat covers, face towels, and paper cups. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a great view of the Yangtze River, and I felt completely safe. It left a really positive impression.

Choosing Kuanrong Suite Hotel for my trip to Guanyinqiao, Chongqing, was honestly the best decision I made! My entire stay felt less like being in a hotel and more like being at home – so relaxed and comfortable, I didn't want to check out. I have to give a huge shout-out to the service here! The front desk staff were professional and gentle, offering thoughtful assistance from check-in onwards. They spoke softly and responded to every request immediately, without any overwhelming 'over-service' feeling; their sense of boundaries was just perfect. The most impressive part was the meticulous, thoughtful service: as soon as we arrived, they proactively helped us take our luggage to the room, saving us the trouble of lugging heavy suitcases ourselves. If you left dirty clothes outside the door before heading out, you'd return to find them washed, dried, neatly folded, and returned to your room – a true blessing for anyone who doesn't want to deal with laundry while traveling! Even more surprising was the breakfast service. The day before, they'd confirm our preferred delivery time and taste, then deliver it punctually to our room the next morning. No need to rush for breakfast; just leisurely enjoy a warm meal in your room, which instantly elevated the joy of the trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-planned layout that felt anything but cramped. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a great night's sleep until morning. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of the Guanyinqiao business district, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The overall stay was impeccable. Whether for leisure travel or business trips, this place is my top choice. Next time I'm in Chongqing, I'll definitely stay here again!
