Extremely satisfied! The guesthouse owner personally escorted us to our room and gave us a detailed introduction to the local attractions and dining options, especially how to get to the beach and the best way to walk there. What's most noteworthy is how close the guesthouse is to the sea; you just walk out of the complex, cross the road, and you're there. The beach is beautiful; at sunset, the sea is bathed in a golden glow, even the waves shimmer with gold, and there are many small birds foraging on the sand. Strolling along the beach, chasing the waves 🌊, I was completely enchanted. In the evening, going clamming is an excellent choice, and the guesthouse thoughtfully provides tools and sand toys for kids free of charge. This trip was a bit rushed, so next time, I'll definitely make sure to set aside more time to play!

I stayed at this hotel in Xiamen back in 2017, when it had just opened, and I was really impressed with both the room facilities and the service. For this family trip, I specifically chose to come back here. The location is super convenient, right next to Powerlong One Mall, and most importantly, I honestly couldn't find another place with better value for money for this two-bedroom type (in my opinion)! However, I have to admit the rooms are definitely showing their age. And for some reason, this room type had a strong smell. We switched to another room which was a bit better, but there was still a musty odor. The staff's service attitude was impeccable, though. I guess it's all about the value for money here.

The location is absolutely fantastic! We had stunning views of the Yanwu Bridge and the beautiful offshore overpass. To the east, you can see Xiamen University and Nanputuo Temple, and to the back, there's Shapowei. The scenery from our room was incredible – truly a prime location. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped, quiet, clean, and hygienic. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends!

The room's location is fantastic, near Xiamen University, with a shopping mall right downstairs, making travel very convenient. The room facilities are good, and the hygiene is also quite nice. Outside the window, it's half mountain, half sea, though Block B obstructs the view a bit, it's not a major issue. The host was very enthusiastic, helping to recommend delicious restaurants and New Year's Eve activities. Overall, it's a highly recommended place.

The location is fantastic, the room is clean and bright, and the facilities are complete and high-quality. Staying here was so reassuring! Hygiene, service, environment, and value for money were all top-notch – the value for money is truly exceptional! I'll definitely prioritize this place next time I visit and have already recommended it to friends. I sincerely recommend everyone stay here; you won't be disappointed!

The apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

This guesthouse is perfectly situated on Huandao Road, one of Xiamen's best tourist areas. It offers panoramic views of Gulangyu Island and Xiamen University's Baicheng Beach, with all sea-view rooms. The night view is mesmerizing, and by day, it feels like you're flying above Xiamen with clouds at your feet. The service is warm and attentive, especially friendly to cat lovers. Step downstairs, and you're right on Shapowei Pedestrian Street, which is fantastic! The street is packed with incredibly good value Xiamen specialty foods, a feast for both the eyes and the stomach. This place offers exceptional value for money.

During the Spring Festival, I took my family to Xiamen to travel and lived in this Lancang Seaview Apartment. I booked a comfortable big bed room. The boss was very good. He gave us a free upgrade to the tatami room type. The room was so beautiful. The children liked it very much. There was a beautiful bathtub. , Clean and tidy, neatly arranged, The traffic is also very convenient, the location is easy to find, just inside the World Trade Center Twin Towers, you can see the calm sea view outside the window, the cruise ship is slowly moving, watching the cruise at night, especially dazzling, during the day, you can see the observation deck many people punch in there, take pictures, and add two days. There is a traffic jam in Xiamen, you have to rent a battery car or share a bicycle to play

剛開始找不到酒店在外面轉了半天，問了客服才知道，煩請外面貼個醒目標示，不然都不知道在裏面坐電梯上四樓。如圖，設施有破損，衞生間出來的水有很多黑色雜質，搞得我都不敢洗漱了，層高很有限，還好我矮，不然高個兒點的都容易撞到頭，房間很悶，我開着空調送風才舒服點兒，床頭桌這個並不能用，不知道是不是已損壞。開門見樓梯，上來還行，下去有點兒陡。電梯老等不到。等了好幾趟都是滿員，後來有個人不是特別多的，我硬擠上去了。店主估計也是社恐，貼紙條説早上退房直接把房卡放桌上就好了。
