Check-in was a breeze, and then came the surprise of a lifetime — we were upgraded to a 3-bedroom suite! Talk about starting a trip on the highest possible note. It set the tone for what would become one of my most memorable hotel stays ever. Service: The Heart of J Residence If I could bottle the warmth of this staff and take it with me, I would. Blum and Shelly were absolute standouts — genuinely kind, attentive, and made us feel like honored guests rather than just another reservation. But honestly? Every single staff member we encountered was a gem. They were patient, friendly, accommodating, and incredibly responsive to our needs. Oh, and they speak English, which made communication seamless and stress-free. In a city where language barriers can sometimes be tricky, this was a huge relief and added so much comfort to our stay. The Room: Spotless, Spacious & Stocked The suite was immaculate — and I mean spotless from corner to corner. It had every amenity you could possibly need, plus extras you didn't even know you wanted. The views from both the bedrooms and the living room areas? Breathtaking. ❤️ Waking up to that scenery and unwinding with it in the evening was pure magic. It was the kind of space where you immediately kick off your shoes, sink into the couch, and think, ”Yeah, I could live here.” Breakfast: A Feast with a View The buffet breakfast was next-level. An incredible spread of food and drink options that went far beyond the standard hotel fare. Whether you're a savory breakfast person or have a sweet tooth, there's something (or ten somethings) for you. And yes — the views from the breakfast area were just as stunning as the ones from our room. Eating pancakes while gazing out at Guangzhou? Chef's kiss. The Vibe: Clean, Chic & Convenient Everything — and I mean everything — was spotless. The property radiates a sense of care and attention to detail that you don't find just anywhere. Bonus perks: There's a movie theater, KTV, and a cool cocktail bar right downstairs on the first floor. Just step outside, go next door to the left, and you're there — it's that close! Perfect for a fun night in without going far. Location: Prime Real Estate for Exploring You couldn't ask for a better spot. K11, tons of shops, diverse food options, the metro, and buzzing bars are all within easy reach. Whether you're in the mood for high-end shopping, local street eats, or a night out, it's all at your fingertips. Easy access to everything you'd ever need or want. The Verdict I love, love, LOVE this hotel. It has officially earned its place in my top 3 favorites in all of Guangzhou — and that's saying something. "Amazing veiw and cozy room. Actually i dont like high and new but it gave me comfortable feelings. And clean. Perfect and so cheap i feel so sorry to enjoy in this room.... I know they r people service for me th3y even never speaks english. But i can feel their kindness. They r complete all my requests through wechat. I feel very thank you the cleaning lady who gave me water even i didnt ask. I feel greatful and sad to leave here. Chinese people r sooooo nice to me 🥲"

"The location of this apartment is truly a plus point. It’s right next to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, making it convenient to walk to Dafo Temple and various historical sites. The service provided is very heartwarming; the housekeeper sent a location and check-in instructions in advance, and was patient in guiding online regarding equipment issues during the night. The room facilities are well-equipped, with a small refrigerator for storing beverages and fruits, a sanitizing cabinet for easy dishwashing, and well-maintained household appliances. The hygiene is impeccable; the entire apartment has undergone thorough cleaning, the bedding is clean and fluffy, the bathroom is free of standing water and hair, and every corner has been wiped down. It’s quiet and tidy. If I were to visit Guangzhou again, I would definitely choose this place."

"After comparing several options, I chose the Ocean View Apartment, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! It's a huge three-bedroom, two-bathroom loft, more than enough space for four people. The room is fully equipped, and the 100-inch projection TV offers a fantastic visual experience. Having a bathroom on each floor means no one gets in anyone's way. The front desk lady was incredibly attentive, sending detailed check-in instructions, how to operate the AC, and was responsive online. The apartment's location is excellent, very convenient for sightseeing and for crossing the border to Macau via Gongbei Port. Five stars, highly recommend! 😊"

"We traveled from Guangzhou South to attend a concert. The hotel is super conveniently located, about a 40-minute subway ride away. There's a subway station and a mall right outside, and across the street is a mall perfect for fan support activities. The concert venue is just one subway stop away. The room was clean and upscale. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for future concerts in Foshan!"

"This place deserves special praise. The hygiene standards far exceeded expectations, and the entire apartment was meticulously cleaned to leave not a speck of dust behind. The rooms were fully equipped and brand-new, and the audio-visual equipment provided a great experience. The staff were extremely attentive throughout the stay, arranging convenient pick-up and drop-off services at the port. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly. It’s just a short walk from the East Gate business district, offering everything you need for travel, dining, and entertainment. It’s highly recommended for friends visiting Shenzhen."

The light luxury decor is incredibly stylish, and the crystal chandelier creates a fantastic ambiance. Both the sofa and the large bed are incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxation. The front desk service is attentive and responsive, and the bathroom is clean and spotless. "We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment, and it was extremely complete and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including utensils and appliances, which made the stay very convenient. Having a washing machine was also a huge plus, and we really appreciated being able to make tea and feel at home during our trip. The breakfast was excellent every morning. One of our favorite parts was the fresh juice machine where we could squeeze our own juice. The selection was very good, and the chefs and restaurant staff were always attentive, professional, and kind. The concierge team was absolutely amazing. They helped us many times with directions, locations, transportation, and even our orders. Communication was very easy because their English was excellent, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who truly made the experience exceptional. On the second day, the housekeeper noticed that I was washing clothes and kindly brought a drying rack to the room so we could hang everything properly. She even arranged the clothes for drying herself. She also left thoughtful notes whenever she was unsure about personal items — for example, one day there was a teapot on the table, and instead of removing it, she left a note saying she did not clean it because she was not sure if we were still using it. These small details showed genuine care and attention. The location was also extremely convenient. The hotel is directly connected to the mall, which made shopping and moving around very easy. There were trendy bakeries and cafés literally next to the entrance, and we loved trying them during our stay. We could also simply cross the street to reach Taikoo Hui for luxury shopping, and Grandview Mall was only a short walk away. There were plenty of convenience stores nearby and even some halal food options around the area, which made everything very comfortable and accessible for us. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and felt very welcomed throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend Fraser Suites Guangzhou and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou."
