"Place is good location and convenient bc it has microwave and fridge. The shower / tub was weird bc the shower door was only halfway. The location was good bc it was next to many restaurants, a grocery store, and train station around 7 minute walk. I was there Saturday and Sunday and sadly most stores were closed on Sunday. I like the layout studio, but maintenance is poor bc the bathroom mirror was broken in some places, holes on the wall in the bathroom, mold near microwave. It’s clean but just keep those in mind. The receptionist I talked to Mario and the other guy didn’t get his name, but thankfully they both spoke English and were friendly to help."

"Location is good for driving into Strasbourg. Ample of free parking around it in a safe neighborhood. Easy to get to city centre with the team. Clean and sufficient studio unit. Had a cosy stay. Breakfast can be better though."

"This is a service apartment without much service, the price doesn't include room cleaning and the lobby doesn’t have a concierge 24/7. The room has a kitchen and decent cookware. The room has no ac but has a fan, you'll be fine unless a heatwave hits. There's a super market just 3mins down the street, extremely convenient to do some cooking and trying out local fresh ingredients. Walk to city centre is about 20mins, it's a nice walk tho."

"We were on the journey, in the quite large apartment we needed everything, including a comfortable bed, a good sleeping sofa, everything was clean, breakfast was okay, the staff was especially friendly. The arrival was a little unsighted because in the dark was not so easy to detect where we had to go now with the car, parking, hotel entrance, here might eventually help a sign on the street ... ."

"The hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect, right in the center of Strasbourg – 5/5. However, unfortunately, our room was street-facing, and it was a real sound nightmare: the tram passes right by and stops in front of our window. The noise is constant, as if we were next to an airport. For a 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable. The poor soundproofing makes the stay very difficult and prevents us from enjoying Strasbourg. Sleeping is impossible with all this noise, at least for me, which is a real shame. This 1* (which is already too much) is for the night noise; for everything else, I'd give it 5*. If you're a deep sleeper, this hotel is really good, but otherwise, I absolutely do not recommend it."

"We were on the transit and we sleeped here one night, great hotel for this, but for a few days to explore the environment with your own car also great, we had a studio, spacious room with kitchenette and table and 2 seats. Bedding good and everything was hygienic. Douche in the bathroom, it's to take account. Breakfast was fine and was completed in time. A few restaurants around. The staff were friendly and helpful . Car at the door or next to the building."

"This was a convenient and affordable hotel for us to stay at when we visited over Christmas. We would compare it to a university dorm experience but at least it is close to the train station (10 minute walk) and not too far away from the old town area (10-20 minute walk to most major attractions). The hotel breakfast is great if you like croissants and dairy products. There isn't much around the hotel and it is a bit of a walk to any stores or restaurants. There is a halal shop within a 5 minute walk so if you're here over Christmas that is convenient because most places are closed early Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The room had a decent bed that was larger than expected and it had two small pillows. The room also has a long desk area that has two closets for storage, a small TV and it was warm in December. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, small microwave, a two burner hot plate, a kettle and enough dishes for the two of us. We appreciated that they provided a kitchen sponge and a small container of soap. When we got the room all the dishes were a little dirty so we had to do some cleaning up before dinner. The bathroom was where we got the biggest dorm vibes from because it was a bit smelly when we arrived and that might be due to the hot water tank that had a leaky PSV. The shower was a bit small and while the head was adjustable, the bar grip was broken so we couldn't keep the shower head up high. There was some brown goo inside the shower and it could use a more thorough cleaning to help with the appearance and all. We were surprised that the hotel rooms didn't have a hair dryer or bottle opener. The Alsace region is known for wine so we were able to get a nice bottle but we had to go to the front desk to borrow the opener. Hair dryers are available from the front desk but it is worth asking for these early to make sure you get one in case you need it. They had luggage storage behind the front desk that we were able to use when we arrived and the day we left so we could maximize our time sightseeing. Visiting Strasbourg was fantastic and we would recommend this hotel if you're looking to save a bit while travelling through the area. We were happy with our stay and chose it because it also had an affordable breakfast option but we may look elsewhere if we return to Strasbourg."

"The room floors were very dirty. They cleaned the room once a week, but the floor was still dirty. Parking was very expensive at 18 euros. The reception staff were very curt, but they did their job and resolved issues. The lighting in the rooms was very poor; if you want to read or study, you'll have to go to the lobby. The kitchen was very well-equipped, but there was no table in it. You had to eat at the desk, which was very uncomfortable for two people. The internet was very good, and it was quiet for sleeping."
