"Comfortable location, from the station waiting 10 min walking. The apartments eat kitchen, plates, dining appliances, only pan, no jar.
The staff was responsive, at the request brought the tug and allowed to leave the things.
There is not enough hanging in the room to hang the top clothes and only 1 chair. But super thing is there is an electric towel dryer, after a rainy day to dry things what is necessary.
Hotel recommends, its price is appropriate"

"The hotel parking lot is spacious enough, the inside and outside of the building are clean and good. Especially because it's a family of four, I mainly sleep on the sofa bed, which is the most comfortable of the capital sofa beds so far. The daily cleaning is very clean and the breakfast quality is good. It is located between Verona and Venice, so it is a good location to explore both places. The outdoor swimming pool is also comfortable and worth using."

"The temporary room booked is particularly good, the checkin time is very flexible, and there is no extra service fee, and it can be contacted and communicated in time. "The rooms are clean and air conditioned. The rooms are 2 rooms, so you have to share the bathroom and kitchen. That was not a big problem, we managed to use the bathroom without many difficulties. Clean and functional bathroom. The hotel is very large and has large beds."

"Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, nice 2 bathrooms and kitchen is fully equipped with condiments, dish washer and oven. The room also has a big balcony which is very nice. Katherina was helpful with helping us with our requests. Taking the bus outside from hotel to venice station was a bit further than expected however it is a direct bus to venice so it is good."

HHave to travelAlomost perfect but “Check in Guide”
As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests.
Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room.
The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel.
BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good.

The room and bed were very spacious, and the living room had an open feel. The kitchen has an oven and washing machine, which is very convenient for long-term trips. The staff were very kind and we were able to check in smoothly.
Venice isn't that large, so you can basically get to the tourist spots on foot. It's also about 3 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, so it was perfect for using the water bus!

GGuest UserThis was the best place we stayed at in Italy! Really pretty and big with all the essentials you need. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything including free snacks, juice, soda, water, tea, coffee and fruits. They also provide us we slippers, lotion that smells really good, bathroom essentials and other things we didn’t find in a lot of other hotels/airbnbs. The service was phenomenal and the people here are so friendly. We were presented with some welcoming gifts and lots of help during our stay. This hotel also has its own private dock which was very convenient for us to go to the train station with a booked private water taxi through the hotel. The taxi brings us right to the side in front of the station and we didn’t have to carry our luggages up the stairs and across the bridge had we gone on a public water taxi (the price is pretty close). Definitely recommend and would come back again next time in Venice!

JJapaneseNameI highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to everything — the arena, the main square, bars, and restaurants — so the location is very convenient for sightseeing.
I was also upgraded to a one-bedroom room! The staff were all very kind and friendly.
The amenities were great as well: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tea bags, coffee powder, and more. Toothbrushes seem to be available upon request.

GGuest UserWhile the accommodation was fine the checking in process left a bit to be desired. We booked the Cannaregio II Apartments but actually stayed at the Venice Apartments. I don’t know if we ended up in a better standard of accommodation but it was closer to restaurants, etc. Notwithstanding it wasn’t the accommodation we thought we were booking and as a result I left my travelling companion at the wrong location while I checked us in and we had to walk further than was needed. I also felt like I got a bit of attitude from the reception staff when I was checking in.

The accommodation is on another island from the tourist attractions of Venice. On this island there are cozy restaurants and shops within walking distance, but to get to Piazza San Marco, you will need 15-20 minutes by vaporetto.
There is no reception in the apartment, so the check-in process is done by sending personal data by e-mail. After a dozen warnings from the booking system not to send personal data by e-mail, I was a little nervous when the hotel staff asked me to do so.

There is tim downstairs. On the first day, I bought a mobile phone card and the communication was convenient.
