I can’t easily check in the night time due to my late arrival at 11pm, take very long time to wait for the service. Unfortunately the hot water is not available and it needed to repair, water is rather weak. One thing that was not reminded is the check out time is morning 9am, i got penalty when i chyout at 9.45am, fir sure it’s not a pleasant experience

Hotel is nice to stay for couple nights. I don’t recommend breakfast there — it’s just some bakery and coffee. It’s better to go in of of diners nearby and have a breakfast. Also my room was non-smoking but had smells of smoking from previous years I guess. But with opened window that was okey.

The place is amazing, has some games you can play, places to chill, a super nice sauna. Also the staff is quite friendly and helpful, you can also rent there whatever you need for surfing and the beach is walking distance. Totally recommended.

Very close to the metro station. Very nice and clean. Very friendly and helpful host. I would book again!

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from JR Hamin Valley Station. There is a seven eleven and a burger shop across the road. It takes about 10-15 minutes to leave the sawn mountain cable car.

Facilities: Fully equipped. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Very convenient location; tram lines are right outside, making it easy to get to the city center; not noisy at all. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the supermarket at the bus stop is cheaper than the convenience stores.

We used a room with a kitchen of 4 beds. it was only a little far from the main line Very quiet, the room was large, and the children were spending time playing in a two-stage bed. The exhaust of the smoking area near the entrance was weak, and it smelled a little cigarette from the entrance, and it was a little disappointing. Other than that, it was beautiful and I was able to spend my family slowly Thank you. I would like to use it again next time.

My child and I stayed here to visit the school my child was going to attend. It was nice to be able to study quietly in the spacious space. We could hear the footsteps of the children of the guests staying on the neighboring floors as they played. The minimum cooking utensils were provided so we were able to cook our own meals and didn't have to go out to eat, which was helpful. There was a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so it was also convenient. I have one thing to say, but I have allergies to house dust and other things, so my nose got really stuffy when I slept. I wish the futon had been dry cleaned. 非対面のチェックインとチェックアウトは初めてで少し不安でしたが、自分のペースで行動でき快適でした。 ロフトは使っていませんが、部屋の設備をちょっと確認した時にみつけて、ディズニー仕様になっていて驚きでした。 見てるだけで楽しかったです。 アメニティも充実してて｢あれば良いな｣と思う物が全部揃ってて不便なことは全くありませんでした。 ただ、築年数が相当経っているのか、時々隣室の話し声が聞こえるのが気になりました。話の内容までは聞き取れませんでしたが、恐らく海外の方の様でした。睡眠を妨げる程の音量ではなかったです。 あとリビングの照明が切れかかってチカチカしていました。 全体的に快適でした。ありがとうございました。
