I had a conflict with this hotel, I didn’t stay there and my money was not refunded. When I tried to report this to trip.com service team and they contacted the manager, the manager made up some details of our conflict, lied to trip.com that I “shouted loudly and scolded the staff”, which is absolute nonsense. The thing is the receptionist who is the only staff member left the hotel, while i was waiting for him to give me motorbike for rent, which has been agreed before. He didn’t say a word to me, he just disappeared. Later , when I contacted the hotel by number from their business card, the other person has told me, that the receptionist is her husband and he went to another hotel to help other guests check in. They have several hotels and don’t have staff, so the receptionist guy does shuttle runs between hotels. Just for the note, the description of the hotel says 24 hours front desk. Empty front desk. The biggest problem is that the manager, the wife of the receptionist, has told trip.com that I was being impolite, because I made my decision to not stay at the hotel, where I would constantly need to wait for the service (due to their problems of staff shortage). And she lied, said I was yelling at staff. Which staff, I don’t know. The guy, who btw doesn’t even speak English, was not there. How could I yell to anyone, if I was all alone at the lobby waiting for the receptionist. And when I realized, this hotel is not where I would be comfortable, I cancelled the booking and I told the manager that I did so. And left the key. I wouldn’t think I won’t be able to get my money back. The manager is a liar. And they didn’t give me refund.

Excellent service, convenient location, and extremely helpful staff. I'm in utter love with this place. The décor of the brand-new room was sophisticated and elegant. The hotel employees provided excellent service, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Leila, in particular, was kind and thoughtful in setting everything up for us, and she always comes with a big, genuine smile, which makes us even happier. She went above and above to make my stay as enjoyable as possible by planning my routes to visit various locations on my own, explaining in detail how to get there, and reserving my ticket to the airport. We want to express our gratitude for making our experience spectacular and incredibly memorable. Overall experience can be expressed in 3 syllables Fa Bu Lous, can’t wait to go back.

這是一家值得花長時間去寫comment的酒店！ 地理位置：離白沙灘非常近，酒店也有buggy過去；去sunset town，打車30塊，自己租摩託車也才15分鐘就到了；酒店附近有本地菜市場，下午五點去很多便宜海鮮！ 房間設施：圖文完全一致！design非常有品味，廚房用具都是高端品牌，住了三天都是自己下廚，對於小孩吃不慣本地菜實在太友好！酒店員工每天還給我們一些米飯給小孩吃，非常友好！ 價格合理：我們定了房間+客廳的方型才370人民幣，這個價格在春節期間也太優惠了！ 員工友善：前台接待的女員工和給我們米飯的男員工和酒店的女老闆娘都非常非常友善，能看出是在用心經營這個酒店。我們離開的時候自己也打掃和收拾了房間，因為很漂亮，真是不忍心弄亂:） 明年春節帶家人來，還會繼續住這裏！ This is a hotel that deserves a long time to write a comment! Location: Very close to the white sand beach, and there is also a buggy in the hotel; to sunset town, a taxi costs 30RMB and it only takes 15 minutes to ride a motorbike to there. there is a local market near the hotel, and there are a lot of cheap seafood there at 5 p.m.! Room facilities: The pictures and texts are exactly the same! The design is very unique, the kitchen utensils are all high-end brands, and I cooked by myself during my three-day stay. It is very friendly for children who are not used to local food! The hotel staff also gave us some rice for the children to eat every day, which was very friendly! The price is reasonable: We booked a square room + living room for only 370RMB which is a great price during Chinese New year ! Friendly staff: The female staff at the front desk, the male staff who gave us rice, and the boss of the hotel are all very friendly. It can be seen that this hotel is operating with love and care. We also cleaned and tidied the room by ourselves when we left because it was so beautiful that we couldn't bear to mess it up :） I will bring my family here for the next Chinese new year and will continue to stay here!

I booked out a week here for local scuba diving . The location is directly across from the beach, there’s a pool close by, and the suite had everything. Washer, all kitchen amenities, stocked bathroom, etc. It was off season and the Scuba shops were all closed but the front desk girls got me sorted out with EVERYTHING! Scooter rental, places to eat and things to see , they were a HUGE help and totally made my trip memorable. Also, English is not widely spoken and without the staff I would have been lost. A 10 out of 10!!

First time this has happened that I am so badly missing a hotel, I think there can't be no better location than this, this hotel is situated in a dream land , nearby is vinwonder which is an awesome place also, if I had money I had visited there every month , a little girl I think her name is hue takes all care of the hotel, Grand world is better than Venice I personally feel

Amazing place! The bungalow itself is huge. It comes with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Beds are also soft and comfortable. Service was working very well. I got free tea, coffee and water daily. The area is very quiet, there's not even street dogs there. Pool was one of the best I've seen in Asia. It's rare to find a deep pool. On the downside, you must eat at local restaurants here, unless you take moped to the city. So food options are very limited if you are walking. There's a lovely shop across the street that sells fresh coconuts and water, make sure you check them out too.
