Pontos positivos: funcionários bem educados e comunicativos, hotel bem localizado, café da manhã bom, área da piscina muito boa com ótima vista e variedade de bebidas, bem instagramável.
Pontos negativos: ar-condicionado não tão fortes, mas ao sair chegaram algumas equipes para fazer manutenção, tive problema com o ar-condicionado em um quarto, mas me mudaram imediatamente de quarto. O café fica enjoativo se vc ficar muitos dias, pois são coisas básicas que mudam.

A very strategic and good location, with affordable price..
Unfortunately we stay in a room with the window turned to the hotel's inner wall, without light or view .
The air conditioning was disregulated, breakfast was in place needing more cleanliness.The swimming pool area was with bad smell of waste ...

The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

I liked the food and pre-service, the team as a gentle and demanding whole, and I only have a reservation ( suggestion) for the facilities, and for the air conditioning control, I would like a furniture beyond the fixed on the wall. And from a map of the hotel highlighting the main locations, such as: restaurant, how to reach rooftop, academia ... But the hotel is of great quality.

Unfortunately, the room was not wearable from the rough
It smells to wet fungi. Therefore we had to shorten from 2 days to 1 day. The money as promised at the reception is of course not there until today. So, here I'd like Airbnb and finger away from this hotel.

1st day a broken cabinet in the guard .
2th day No lights of the room - two days to concert

6th day was over the hotel water 14h promised to return in half an hour
18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable
I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite .
I exchanged . Suite only with cold water
7th day shower of the suite opened normally and when the hot water began disappears
Finally a complete disaster .

Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet. Riesige Auswahl. Eierspeisen und Tapioca frisch zubereitet. Sehr aufmerksames Personal.
Wir hatten ein einfaches Zimmer gebucht, aber es war mega klein und nach hinten raus, ohne Balkon. Für 100 R$ Aufpreis pro Nacht haben wir dann ein Zimmer vorne raus, mit Balkon, erhalten. Leider aber ist der Strassenlärm nachts sehr störend. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast und somit nicht schalldicht.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in front of the beach, near the Passarela do Carangejo, the excellent swimming pool, excellent decoration at the entrance with sofa and balancing chairs, the rooms style a village, but the room infrastructure left a lot to desire.
The bed looked like a boat, because there were higher and lower parts, the floor of the incarded bathroom, the towels looked so harsh waste, the wood of the degraded doors, the last day rained so much that it wet part of the room through the window. The breakfast was tasty, but I found it with little variety.The excellent service of all staff and the receptionist. I think that because it is a 5-year-old hotel and because it has a poor care, it could have more maintenance, we know about the depletion because it is a beach because of the salithre, but it has things that I see are not justified.
