"Not bad at all. It's one of the few five-star hotels in Luohe, though the facilities are a bit dated. I checked into the Four Points by Sheraton Luohe - Jianye in June 2026. Check-in at the lobby on the first floor took only 3 minutes. The basic 25m² room had no carpet, but came with an intelligent toilet and Xiao Du voice control, and the soundproofing was good. The 25-meter heated pool was uncrowded, and there was always a lifeguard on duty. The breakfast offered Hulatang (spicy soup) with freshly baked bread, which was excellent value for money at 39 RMB. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Exhibition Center night market, and parking is free. While the hardware is a little old, it's well-maintained, and the service is proactive. It's a top choice for business layovers."

"It rained at night, and I could clearly hear raindrops on the roof. I hope the soundproofing can be improved. The hotel management team would understand this clearly if they stayed a night during the rain. The phone on the desk in the room was out of order, but the one by the bed worked, so it didn't cause any major issues, but it was still a poor experience. I checked in at 12:50 PM, but there were no high-floor rooms available. The front desk staff kindly offered bell service. After dining on the 39th floor, I returned to the front desk at 2:00 PM to get my room card. After entering the room, my luggage didn't arrive for nearly 40 minutes. My child's medicine was in the luggage, so I couldn't administer it. When I tried to call to inquire, I found the phone was faulty. When I finally got through on another phone, I was told the luggage wasn't on the 1st floor and I had to go to the 1st and 38th floors myself to find it. This was quite frustrating. Also, I suggest providing a trash can in the washroom area. It's inconvenient not to have a place to easily discard disposable items like toothbrushes. Overall, I'm satisfied, but I hope for improvements in these details. Good review."

The room was spotless; I even took a photo from the bathroom's perspective, showing how bright and spacious it was. The lobby is grand with a lotus painting, and the upstairs carpets feature plum blossom designs—all very artistic. The service was fantastic; I was greeted everywhere I went, which made me feel very welcome. I didn't get to try the shuttle service this time, but I'll make sure to experience it next. Highly recommend it! I'm not sure if I'll be back in Xinyang, but I'll certainly recommend this hotel to my friends."

"It's in an alley, but the sign is clear and can be seen from the opposite side of Shaolin Avenue. We arrived before dawn, and the boss came out from his sleep to open the door for us and let us store our luggage. He was such a nice guy. We came back after climbing the mountain in the afternoon and checked in at around 5 o'clock. They also helped us upgrade the room. The room was so beautiful and clean. Thank you again, Jiayun Ruishe gave me wonderful memories of this trip."

Our stay at Luoyang Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Luoyang. The hotel corridors are brand new, and the rooms are fully equipped, offering an extremely high level of comfort. The butler service was exceptionally attentive and responsive, even arranging car services for us, so we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. The infinity pool was the absolute highlight. The views were completely unobstructed, offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains. Watching the sunset paint the sky crimson in the evening was breathtaking. If you're looking for attentive service and a chance to truly relax amidst nature, this is definitely the top choice in Luoyang. We'll be back!

This was my first time in Zhengzhou, specifically to see Zhou Shen's concert. I only stayed one night, but the Jajin Hotel left a deep impression on me. Every staff member was incredibly friendly during check-in, and they even upgraded my room and gave us a complimentary afternoon tea. They promptly provided information about the shuttle bus times and locations, and added us to a WeChat group. They flawlessly organized seven shuttle buses to and from the Olympic Sports Center for hundreds of 'Shengmi' (Zhou Shen's fans) – not a single person was left behind! A big thank you to the entire concert service team: Wang Youxing, Fu Wei, Yin Junpeng, Shang Jianghao, Lü Keying, Liu Jian, Liu Chengyu, and Wang Huibin! And of course, all the staff who assisted me during my stay. My first trip to Henan was absolutely perfect!

Hygiene: The hygiene was exceptionally poor. I arrived quite late and went straight to bed. The next morning, I woke up with my whole body itching. When I pulled back the covers, I saw a lot of skin flakes at the foot of the bed! It was incredibly dirty. Beneath the scent of the detergent on the sheets, there was a strange, acrid smell. The other bed in the twin room didn't have this issue. The picture shows one large skin flake; I cleaned up the smaller ones myself. I was shocked when I saw it. My exposed skin has been itching for days, even after applying medicine. Two of the complimentary bottled water bottles provided by the hotel were placed on the sink in the bathroom. Given that there were already two bottles on the minibar, why put another two in the bathroom sink? I personally found that a bit unhygienic. I hope the hotel changes the bedsheets for each guest. Service: The front desk staff and other services were quite good. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was rich and varied.

I came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty. It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

This hotel is simply fantastic! First off, the service was impeccable. I booked an airport transfer, and they had someone waiting for me right on time. There was even a thoughtful welcome gift 🎁. Check-in was super quick and easy, and the front desk staff, a lovely young lady, was incredibly warm and attentive. She even upgraded me to a wonderful room with a balcony that offered stunning lake views – bridges, flowing water, pavilions, and towers, all surrounded by lush greenery. The Chinese garden design is absolutely beautiful, making it a perfect spot for a vacation. The room itself was well-equipped, comfortable, spacious, and bright, with a grand, luxurious, and exquisite decor. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. All five stars really don't mean that the hotel is done well, but just mean that I really want to make the hotel good and Jiaozuo good. It has been 9 years since the last stay. As a Jiaozuo local who has stayed in many five-star hotels, I feel that the hotel is okay. After all, the price is there, but in fact, according to the real positioning of the hotel, the room rate should be a little higher, about 398-498 per night will better reflect the value. While raising the room rate, I feel that the hotel's exterior walls should be cleaned again, the breakfast should be more refined, and the front-line customer service staff should receive more professional training, so as to usher in new opportunities with a new look. Of course, this also requires a strong owner to work closely with relevant government departments to coordinate and arrange. In the current Jiaozuo market, an international five-star hotel is indeed needed to support the facade. In the current prospect of a hot tourism market but a not-so-prosperous economy, I hope that the hotel management can have the awareness of doing a good job in the 3D Days Hotel as a career. After all, a five-star international hotel may really become a city's business card.

As a pleasant surprise, the front desk lady even gave us two complimentary souvenirs when we checked out!

Great homestay with friendly and serviceminded hosts The Dengfeng Youlu Homestay was a very nice experience and can be highly recommended. The rooms were very clean and modern. Spacious and with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also modern with nice amenities. The location is a little outside the city, but closer to the main attractions to Mount Song. So easy to reach with taxi. We found the location very good and convenient since we wanted to go to the scenic areas. We had breakfast included and found it very tasty and nice. It was plain and fresh and a nice selection of nutritious food before starting the day. The service was very good. The hosts didn’t speak much English, but we used translator apps so absolutely no problem for foreigners. The Dengfeng Youlu honestly has a nice compound with a Chinese garden. They also have a pool. It looks very comfy and cosy to sit and enjoy the garden, but we were there in beginning January so it was wintertime. The room we got had nice view of the garden and the mountains. We can for sure recommend this homestay and we think the reviews written so fare are very correct.
