"After a twenty-day trip through Yunnan, I stopped in Shijiazhuang for a night on my way back to Beijing. I booked the Hilton because I was having dinner with a friend at China House on the second floor of the hotel. The hotel lobby is on the 31st floor, so you have to check in there first, and then take another elevator up to the 40-something floor for your room. This back-and-forth can be a bit inconvenient, especially when ordering takeout. You either have to pick it up yourself or wait for hotel staff to deliver it, as external deliveries aren't allowed in, and there don't seem to be any robots either. Overall, the hotel environment is quite good. Being on a high floor, you get nice city views. The toilet in the room isn't automatic. The shower water pressure was good, and the room was quite spacious. All the drinks and water in the fridge are chargeable. There's a 600 RMB deposit required per room upon check-in, which is refunded to your original payment method upon checkout. Parking is free in the underground garage. There's a shopping mall nearby. The hotel is about 7 kilometers from Shijiazhuang Station, roughly a 20-minute car ride."

"The room was nice. While the location is a bit out of the way, it's not far from the highway exit, which makes it very convenient for a stopover. There aren't many shops nearby, and ordering takeout takes a bit longer, but it's acceptable."

"Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the autumn foliage! Front desk staff, Mali Jiao, provided excellent service. The hotel is built into the hillside, and a stunning panorama of colorful forests greets you right from your window. The autumn colors were absolutely perfect during the National Day holiday. The room had fantastic natural light and an unobstructed view. Sitting by the window in the afternoon, watching the autumn breeze rustle the leaves, was so peaceful and therapeutic. The breakfast quality was great, and the service team was professional and kind. Even with the large crowds during the National Day period, everything flowed smoothly without any delays, making for a very comfortable stay."

"I just wanted to spend some time by the sea. I visited during the off-season, and Côte d'Azur was much less crowded than Aranya. I also snagged a great deal, a 2-night stay at Marriott with flexible dates. The brand speaks for itself; the service and facilities are excellent. My needs were met with high satisfaction and quick responses. When I checked in, I asked for a room with a sunrise view, and they arranged it immediately. For check-out, my high-speed train was scheduled much later, so I requested a 2 PM check-out, which they also arranged perfectly! Superb!"

"I was very satisfied with the room; the mattress was super comfortable, and there were several pillow options to choose from. The wardrobe was spacious, and they provided plenty of hangers, enough for lots of clothes. The slippers were also very comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the window had a wall section in the middle, and there were no smart devices. What I particularly liked was the comfortable guest flow in the restaurant. I'm not sure if they control the capacity or if it was just a weekday, but there weren't many guests, so the experience was great. The staff wasn't too rushed, allowing them to provide more attentive service. The front desk ladies in the hotel lobby were also very thoughtful. I stayed for two nights, and when housekeeping cleaned on the second day, they left extra bottles of water, even though we wouldn't use them all. It felt very heartwarming. I'd love to stay here again next time."

The rooms are decorated in a modern yet cozy style, and the soft, comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is a great choice."

"The location is excellent, right in the city center, with a shopping mall nearby making dining and shopping very convenient. There's a park directly across the street and a museum diagonally opposite. The room facilities are also great, with a large bed plus a smaller one. The food was good too."

"I highly recommend the NOAH ANNAYA HOTEL, and I must give a special shout-out to our dedicated butler, Wendy. Our stay this time was truly warm and unforgettable! Before we even left, I was constantly asking questions about the various attractions in the Anaya resort. Wendy always responded patiently, clearly explaining the entry procedures for the park, how to use the shuttle bus, and other important information. She even helped us plan our itinerary based on our travel times and thoughtfully reminded us about the significant temperature difference between day and night by the sea, suggesting we bring light jackets. This saved us a lot of hassle in planning. On the day of check-in, the process was efficient and smooth. Wendy meticulously introduced the hotel room facilities and detailed the hotel's amenities. We had pre-booked the much-anticipated 'Deck Time,' and were really looking forward to it. However, we got delayed en route and realized we wouldn't make our original session. We thought our reservation would be void, and we were quite disappointed. On a whim, I contacted Wendy. She was incredibly understanding of our long-distance travel and the potential disappointment. Instead of just saying it couldn't be changed, she proactively and repeatedly contacted the 'Deck Time' staff, coordinating and communicating with various parties to help us adjust our experience slot. Finally, we successfully made it to 'Deck Time'! The view from the deck was fantastic, and the accompanying drinks and exquisite snacks were delicious. The ambiance was perfect, and the breeze was incredibly soothing. Throughout our stay, no matter how big or small our request, a quick message to Wendy on WeChat usually got a fast response, and everything was taken care of. Her service was attentive and thorough throughout, with a great sense of discretion – never intrusive, but always there when needed. The hardware of the NOAH ANNAYA HOTEL is excellent, but Wendy's thoughtful and professional butler service was truly the biggest highlight of this trip. The next time we come to Anaya, we'll choose this hotel again, and we'll definitely ask for Wendy!"

"The hotel room was clean, and its location within Thaiwoo Ski Town was excellent. The price was also quite good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. The only drawback was that the room was very hot in the summer; it was cold outside but hot inside, and the AC wasn't cooling. Opening the window was an issue because it was noisy at night, and I have severe allergies. Also, the breakfast wasn't great; the fried dough sticks and bread were rock hard, like baguettes. The variety was average for a 4-star hotel. The connecting rooms that Hyatt has an agreement for with Trip.com are quite unique and perfect for a family of three adults and one child, or four adults and one child. It's very suitable for families with kids. My grandpa's room had a problem with the bathroom ventilation system; he could always smell smoke, probably from someone smoking in a room upstairs or downstairs. I'm sure the hotel can improve this. I'd give it a 4-star rating."

"I was in Tangshan for a business trip and decided to bring my parents to Hetou Old Street to celebrate my mom's birthday. The last time I stayed here, Iris Yao Jiajing was my DM, and she made my stay so wonderful that I chose InterContinental again for my parents' visit. This time, we encountered a few minor issues with the room facilities, which is understandable given the hotel's age. However, every single problem was promptly and effectively resolved by Manager Yao Jiajing. She also proactively checked the room availability and upgraded my parents' room for free, which was a lovely surprise. When she learned it was my mother's birthday, she thoughtfully arranged a tea break with a cake for us. Throughout our stay, she also checked in to see if we needed anything else. I am incredibly grateful for Manager Yao's professionalism and attentiveness; she has truly left me with a positive impression of this hotel, and her service made our family trip exceptionally smooth."
