I stayed for four nights and experienced both the Family Room with twin beds and a view, and the Tent-themed Family Room. While both had the same square footage, the Family Room felt a bit cramped in its layout. The twin room was the most comfortable, with a great view of the bridge and the Yimin River, absolutely stunning after the snow. The Tent-themed Family Room had a slide, which kept the kids entertained in the room. The service was outstanding, truly exceptional. One thing I particularly want to commend is the hotel's TV setup. You can directly log into iQIYI and Aurora Cloud TV, unlike some hotels where you only get Aurora TV for a fee, and even screen mirroring costs money, or there's nothing good to watch. They even provided extra small chairs for the beds, which was a nice touch. Originally, for two nights of our trip, we had planned to try a different hotel and booked at Hanting, but we ended up canceling that and staying at Arivon Manor again.

From the moment we arrived, our stay was truly exceptional. What stood out immediately was the staff—every single person we encountered, from the front desk team to the housekeeping crew, was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

The decoration is novel and the environment is comfortable. The hotel is located in the city center and is convenient for transportation. The facilities are complete, the room is very clean, the restaurant dishes are very delicious and the price is not expensive. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. I will visit Venice Hotel again if I have the chance.

They always greeted guests with a smile, creating a really warm atmosphere. Room service was prompt; whether we needed fresh towels or other items, they were delivered to our room very quickly. The staff provided attentive service, from the concierge to the housekeeping aunties, everyone had a smile on their face, making us feel right at home. The staff were very professional and resolved any issues quickly, which I was very satisfied with. The breakfast selection was also very extensive, and there was a free car park, making our stay very pleasant and comfortable!

The overall feeling of the hotel is quite good. The location is very good. It is very convenient to get to the city center, the night market and other places. There is a parking lot at the door, which is also very convenient. The breakfast is especially unique, and the fruit salad is also very delicious. I walked around and stayed in this hotel when I entered Hailar, and I also stayed in this hotel before leaving Hailar. It is worth recommending. The wontons are also very good.

Breakfast was really good and there were many choices. Also i had free coffees during my stay. Additionally, i like your tea time in the afternoon. The room was very clean and there was welcoming fruit too. Thank you for the service. Please keep those services. Highly recommended!

The environment is very good. I didn't expect that there is such a good and cheap place in Hailar. For more than 100 yuan, I can stay in an environment similar to that of a star hotel. I give a big thumbs up to the business

The accommodation is clean and hygienic, the service is thoughtful, the food is sweet and delicious, the roasted whole lamb is very good, the variety is complete, the price is reasonable, the price is high, the entertainment horse riding, archery, performance, go-kart, grass skating, travel photography and specialties, the beef dried cheese is very good, the boss is warm and hospitable, the facilities are complete and worth recommending

We had such a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was always cleaned very thoroughly and we had wide selection of quality pillows along with comfy mattress. The grassland tea was a delight. We had interesting mix of Chinese and Mongolian breakfast. We loved housekeeping staff could communicate with us in Mongolian. They were very friendly and helpful. The staff was attentive and welcoming. We only wished they could speak basic English at least. We had no trouble communicating with Google translate though. Location is okay, Hohhot is a widespread city with everything everywhere. It was easy to get a taxi anytime.

The hotel parking lot was spacious, making parking a breeze. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was attentive and attentive to every detail. I'll definitely stay here again! When checking in, the front desk couldn't find our reservation, and it was frustrating that someone who arrived later than us was able to check in first. Although the front desk lady apologized sincerely, I hope to investigate the reasoning. Upon check-out, both cards were refunded, and they sent a message saying they only received one. Shouldn't they have checked in at check-out? Or should they have confirmed how many cards were received?
