"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Pengcheng Square subway station, making it very convenient to visit nearby attractions and night markets. The room offers expansive city views from high above, truly making it a landmark building in Xuzhou. Front desk staff member Xiao Shi (Sherry) was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. She added me on WeChat before check-in to ask about my needs, sent me a local travel guide, and even helped upgrade my room. Furthermore, my child accidentally left their braces on the table during breakfast and we left. Liu Jing, a restaurant intern, immediately helped us search for them, even sifting through the garbage bin. There was also a female restaurant manager (whose name I regrettably didn't catch) who helped with the search. A huge thank you to both of them! Xuzhou is great, and this hotel is fantastic. I'll definitely be back!"

"For this business trip, I stayed at the Atour Hotel Nanjing South Railway Station, and the location is absolutely fantastic – within walking distance to the high-speed train station, so there's no need to rush for your train. The staff were very kind and provided meticulous service. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all, and all the facilities were new and worked perfectly. The entire room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was neat, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, it offers great value for money and is my top choice for business travel. Five-star rating!"

My only minor complaints were that the hairdryer was quite weak, and the self-service dinner was just average. Our butler, Alice, was always available to help with any issues, which definitely deserves praise!"

"First off, the location is excellent. You can easily get there from Metro Line 2, Shilu Station, Exit 12. Just go straight, then turn right, and you'll see a mochi vendor at the entrance. Take the elevator up to the 7th floor for check-in. The hotel itself can be a little tricky to find, though. The shopping mall right behind the subway exit is MixC World, which is super close. Shantang Street and Guanqian Street are also nearby, which is very convenient for tourists. If you take a taxi, it's only about a ten-minute ride. Overall, the hotel environment is pretty good. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the sanitation is generally clean. The room is very soundproof, but it does feel a bit stuffy since there's no window. I'm not sure if I didn't use the TV correctly or what, but when I tried to cast, it would inexplicably jump to other videos after a while 🤔. If you like this Japanese-style aesthetic, it's worth a stay."

"Service: Excellent! The lady at the front desk was so kind and gentle. She helped us check in, told us all the important details, and personally escorted us to our room. The air conditioning was already on, so walking into a cool room right away was fantastic. Facilities: The room has an automatic toilet, smart home features, a refrigerator, and all the amenities are new and high-quality. The accommodation area, elevators, and even the room doors have facial recognition, which makes it very secure and convenient since you don't need a key card. Environment: Located on Lindun Road, it's a bustling area, making it super easy to order takeout – robots even deliver it right to your door. It's also close to many attractions and the train station."

"The hotel's location right on Guanqian Street makes it super convenient to get around. The front desk staff were all so dedicated and enthusiastic, providing excellent service. The hotel is well-equipped with facilities, including laundry and drying machines. Our room was clean and quiet, with smart controls which made things very convenient. The housekeeping staff always greeted us warmly. Deliveries from outside are brought right to your door by a cute little robot, which is a great touch. There's also a beautifully decorated small terrace on the 6th floor that's worth checking out."

"Located in the heart of Yaohu Town, Lakeside Mansion was upgraded to a more comfortable room by the front desk manager. Leo provided warm and attentive service, calling to confirm our arrival time before check-in and picking us up after we arrived in the town. He also patiently explained the things to know about visiting Yaohu Town. The hotel's large viewing terrace offers a clear view of the nighttime Dragon Soaring Water Show and fireworks."

"This was my first stay at Intercity, and it exceeded my expectations. My husband and I have been checking out various hotels, from luxurious ones to cozy guesthouses, and this Yangzhou branch was by far the most comfortable and relaxing. They truly made us feel at home. Every staff member treated guests like family, which was incredibly warm. On our first day, the doorman meticulously washed our car because we had driven a long distance and there were many 'bug corpses' on the windshield. We were genuinely touched by his thoughtful gesture. Their enthusiastic service continued until we entered the elevator. Such small details were perfectly executed, which made me think that the rest of our stay would be just as good. And indeed, the breakfast was another pleasant surprise. Although the dining room was small, the dishes were exquisite and plentiful. Moreover, the service from Restaurant Supervisor Mu added another layer of excellence; honestly, there's nothing to complain about. (Also, Mao Mao from the laundry room was very patient and meticulous, and the laundry equipment was spotless, completely eliminating any concerns about hygiene). During our interactions, I learned more about Intercity's philosophy: to foster mutual respect and closeness, bridging the gap between people through the best service possible. This is truly a wonderful thing. We are very grateful for the warm service provided by every staff member at Intercity 💕. We will definitely be back 😊💕.
