We were traveling by car, parking was free (parked on the roadside in front of the hotel), the room was spacious, well-equipped, clean and tidy. But it doesn’t matter if there is no toothbrush or toothpaste. The key is that the price is low and the cost performance is extremely high. It is convenient and cost-effective for friends who drive. It is very close to the ancient city of Avila and less than an hour away from Segovia. It is worth recommending.

Todo muy correcto. Pagas las vistas a la ciudad, la amplitud de los jardines y el parking gratuito con 10 minutos de camino hasta el centro, eso sí, pasando por el maravilloso puente romano. La atención, excelente. El desayuno por el precio podría ser más variado y completo, pero es correcto. Las instalaciones, servicios y limpieza son propios de un parador, muy buenas.

It's super big room though this is 12 occupants but still very huge room, I stayed at room 19 , old yet clean and big kitchen and big common area. I love the high chair and best of the best the coffee even without breakfast they provide free coffee with milk,tea clean dishes and utensils. So close to all landmarks and attractions. I love also the staffs they are helpful and very accommodating. There's a storage room as well for your staffs. Highly recommended this hostel and value of money. Higher my expectations. I booked this hotel for a stop in the middle of a car trip, as we arrived at the hotel, I, my husband and my 7 and 13-year-old children, and gave some divings to the city then to dinner. The explanation they gave was that there was an unforeseen, without any further explanation and without any guarantee that the next morning would be open. The next morning was open, so we decided to go to the city to relax a little before we continue our trip. However, our moment of relaxation became a moment of suffering because the air was breathless causing irritation to the level of eyes and nose due to the treatment they probably applied. The hotel has been in a very nice way, and it is not a good hotel for the hotel.

La ubicación es muy buena, pero la habitación que nos tocó tenía una mancha y grieta de humedad bastante grande , el sumidero del baño olía muchísimo a cañerías ,no fue agradable por la noche, supongo que por la antigüedad del edificio. Nos tocó una habitación interior , sin vistas ,pero desde el pasillo las vistas a la catedral son preciosas. El desayuno muy bueno,,zumo recién exprimido, y en recepción muy buena profesional.

El hotel está muy bien situado y muy nuevo. La entrada con las llaves virtuales súper sencilla. Venía con todas las necesidades. El único problemilla fue que la calefacción no se podía regular, iba a venir un técnico a la mañana siguiente pero dijimos que lo, por lo que la atención del personal muy buena.
