Staying at this Best Western in Kutaisi was such a breeze, exceeding my expectations! For my trip to Kutaisi, I chose this Best Western right in the city center, and overall, I was really happy with my stay – I just had to share! The location was the biggest and most pleasant surprise! It's right in the heart of the Old Town. Just a short walk brings you to the White Bridge, and an evening stroll along the river is incredibly relaxing. If you need to grab some water or snacks, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so no need to go out of your way. Getting to the cable car or the Galaktioni statue was super convenient, whether on foot or by a quick taxi ride – we didn't waste any time commuting at all. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly welcoming. When we first arrived, we had a lot of questions about sightseeing routes, and he patiently explained everything, even recommending some delicious local restaurants. It felt very thoughtful. The room itself was clean, the linens had no strange smells, the WiFi connection was stable, and there was no noise from the air conditioning at night, so getting a good night's sleep was no problem. The most unexpected bonus was the small rooftop bar. Going up there in the evening to enjoy the breeze and chat created a fantastic atmosphere. Of course, there were a couple of minor downsides: the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, so after two days, it got a bit repetitive. Also, the standard room we booked wasn't huge; after opening our 28-inch suitcase, we had to be a bit careful when walking around. However, for those driving, rest assured the hotel offers free parking. You might have to wait a bit between 8 PM and 10 PM, but it's generally not an issue. If you're visiting Kutaisi for sightseeing, I highly recommend this place. The location and service are top-notch, and it offers great value for money. I'd very likely choose to stay here again next time!

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5) Stayed: July 2 – July 4, 2025 Room: Standard Double or Twin Room The hotel is decent for a short stay. Room was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Staff was polite, but not very proactive — had to follow up twice for extra towels. Location is a plus if you're exploring the area, and it's walkable to a few cafes and stores. Breakfast was average — enough to get by but not much variety. Great value for budget travelers, but don’t expect any luxury touches. ✅ Worth it for short stays or transit.

I often stay at high-level hotels around the world and I can say confidently: This hotel in Kutaisi meets the highest premium standards. Space, design, light and air here create an atmosphere of calm elegantness, where you feel in harmony and comfort. Each detail is designed so that the rest is not just convenient, but inspiring. I would especially like to note the work of the resepshen, namely Nino. His smile, attention and sincere willingness to help made my stay really warm and perfect. The settlement passed quickly and easily, my wishes were taken into account, and I got a magnificent room with the view of the mountains ideal place for rest and restoration of forces. I also want to thank the waiter at the Guri restaurant for the attention and sensitivity that made every meal a special one. And I thank the manager of the Lane Hotel, whose participation and care made my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. It is such people who create the same aurora of the premium hotel when you feel like a valuable guest.

We spent two wonderful days in this hotel. We lived in the central building, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there is a sofa, table, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, tea/coffee. Clean bottled water for each guest. All plumbing works properly. Breakfasts are served in the restaurant on the 1st floor, everyone can find something tasty for themselves. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, there are recreation areas with hammocks and swings, access to the river. Play area for kids. Several swimming pools, sauna and hamam. Guests ”from outside” also come to the pool, so there are a lot of people until the evening. Although, perhaps it was like that for us, because of the weekend. We had dinner on the hotel grounds, in a restaurant in the form of a kvevri, they cook quickly, deliciously. In general, we were 100% satisfied with the place.

Uh, although the introduction page says that there is free parking, but in fact, there is no, you have to go to the roadside to find it yourself. But the room is quite good, the wooden furniture is very beautiful and exquisite, the room layout and quality are one of the best in this Georgian journey. It is said that the house is a remodeling of the former residence of historical figures, so there is no elevator, and it takes a hard time to carry luggage. The hotel's own restaurant, Doli, is delicious and can go.

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

Good hotel without inconvenience to use good accommodation, recommended ~~~

Good hotel. Located a little far from the center, but overall it is not critical. The room is spacious, clean, the room has everything you need. We were settled in a room in the balcony and with a good view that was very pleased. Every day was cleaning, changing towels and toilet paper, adding water, tea and coffee. Breakfasts are delicious and quite diverse. There is a terrace on the roof with bar, calyenne, music and beautiful view. But we never used it. We decided to check in there before leaving the hotel and see what was there and were pleasantly surprised. We had an evening departure, so after checking out we decided to leave the luggage in the hotel and pick it up in the evening. There is no separate luggage room in the hotel, we left the luggage on the recession, but everything went well when we returned, the luggage was on its place, nothing was missing. The only minus of the room can be called a bad solution of the shower, namely the gap between the threshold and the glass intersection through which the water penetrated and flooded the bathroom during the bath. Otherwise, it's all right.

Тоже все как обычно - соотношение цены и качества топ. Кухня - отлично. Основной плюс = это речка. Теплая и чистая. Можно заселится с собакой, что тоже очень хорошо.
