It was a beautiful experience at the Taj Swarna, Staff were pleasant upon arrival - quickly checked in and directed to the lift. Staff were presentable and approachable. Taj Swarna has all the required amenities for a nice stay, it is only outdated with furnishing. Location is very close to a mall within 3 mins of walking. Room service was good - a little bit on the expensive side. Breakfast was good. Overall stay was good.

Overall the stay was pleasant. There were no coffee sachets in our room, requested twice but never came. There was no TV remote control so I had to turn on & off manually. Housekeeping did come but could not solve the problem. Told us that he'll ask the engineer to look into it but he didn't turn up. On the other hand, the male front desk office was very obliging. I regret not taking note of his name. He is a Hindu as he was wearing a string tied to his right wrist plus a silver bangle. I highly recommend him.

I have stayed in this hotel several times in the last 10 years. Always the best place to stay. Tried and tested. Price is a bit expensive and went up in recent times but overall an excellent place to stay.

The sound insulation effect is not good. Someone in the night next party opened the party and the hotel staff repeatedly stressed that it still failed to effectively persuade it.

The area around the hotel is almost deserted, and shopping is not very convenient. But the service is still good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that is open until eleven o'clock in the evening. The room is clean, but it is very inconvenient without a car.

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.
