"Great Stay at a Brand New Hotel – Comfortable, Spacious & Family-Friendly!
We stayed at the KSL Esplanade Hotel for a family trip of 4 and booked the 2-Bedroom Suite. Since it’s a newly opened hotel, all the facilities were sparkling clean and in top-notch condition. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely return!
Room & Amenities: The suite was fantastic. The highlight was the master bathroom's oversized bathtub—extremely spacious and luxurious! Toiletries were generous, and the shower gel and shampoo smelled amazing. They also thoughtfully provided large eco-friendly glass bottles of drinking water.
Soundproofing & Layout: Outstanding sound insulation! My kids were watching TV in the adjoining room at a loud volume, but we couldn't hear a thing from our bedroom. The suite comes with 3 bathrooms (including a powder room in the living room), which was super convenient for a family of four.
Bed & Sleep Quality: The bed was remarkably comfortable—we all slept soundly through the night. The only tiny improvement would be adding extra pillows, as each bed only had one.
Breakfast: Included in our room price (around 750 per night standard, though I managed to reduce it to 650 with promos and Trip Coins). At ~45 per head, the breakfast feels a bit overpriced unless you are a big eater, especially with so many dining options at the adjacent shopping mall.
Parking & Accessibility: Parking is shared with the mall and can be quite confusing on your first visit due to unclear directional signs. It might be slightly inconvenient for families with toddlers and heavy luggage. Also, elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours, but they run very fast otherwise (from G to 21st floor).
Overall, a solid option in Klang with impressive rooms and comfortable bedding. Highly recommended!"

Very Good
NNelly RI couldn't recall how many times I have stayed in Concorde Shah Alam. This hotel has always been my number 1 choice every time I come to Shah Alam. It's very convenient- the location, the hospitality, the amenities, the food, and the city view of Masjid Shah Alam. I can also hear Azan from the masjid- very calming. Keep up the good work, Concorde Shah Alam.

IIMAAN JEFFRY AMIRAI had a pleasant stay overall, with several aspects of the experience standing out positively. Special mention goes to Zul, the receptionist, who handled everything professionally and was very helpful throughout the check-in process. He also explained the walk-in breakfast rate of RM61.50 per person and kindly offered a more affordable option of paying upfront at the counter for only RM35.00 per person, which was a great value.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also well designed and clean, while the water pressure was excellent—definitely one of the highlights of the stay.
I also tried the room service through Roomie. The order took around 30 minutes to arrive, which was reasonable. I ordered the Kampung Fried Rice and Oxtail Soup. The food was average in terms of taste and could be improved, particularly with seasoning and overall flavour. However, the pricing was surprisingly affordable considering this is a 5-star hotel.
Breakfast was probably the least impressive part of the stay. The selection was fairly average, and there was nothing particularly memorable or outstanding.
Overall, the stay was comfortable, with excellent service from Zul, a spacious room, and good value for the food pricing. With improvements to the food quality and breakfast offerings, the experience could be significantly better.

While it's not in the city center, the hygiene is much better than hotels and guesthouses of the same price range downtown. However, the coffee cup in the room clearly looked used and unwashed.

Dear Management Team,
I recently completed a stay in Room [Insert Room Number] at a rate of over RM900+ per night. Given this price point, I expected standard luxury hospitality and clean facilities. Unfortunately, the room fell far below acceptable hygiene standards.
During our stay, the bathroom basin was completely blocked and would not drain. Upon inspecting the pop-up drain stopper to see what was blocking the water, we discovered it was covered in thick, black grime and mold. Stagnant soapy water remained trapped in the sink, making the bathroom unhygienic and unusable.
Paying premium rates for severely neglected plumbing and poor sanitation is unacceptable. I have documented this with photos, which are attached for your reference.
I would appreciate a response from the Duty Manager regarding this stay experience and how management intends to address this matter.

Stayed at Tune Hotel KLIA and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, especially for travellers who have an early morning flight or need a place to stay near KLIA.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a simple hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but it provides the basic necessities for a short stay.
The biggest advantage is definitely the convenience and proximity to the airport. It’s a good choice for an overnight stay before or after a flight.
Overall, a practical and convenient hotel for airport travellers. 👍🏻✈️

The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you forget you’re just minutes away from the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a short getaway.
The swimming pool was well-maintained and great for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the overall ambience was calm and refreshing.
If you’re looking for a relaxing staycation without travelling too far, I highly recommend Cyberview Resort & Spa. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and spend quality time with your loved ones. Looking forward to coming back again! 💚

醫醫師The hotel facilities are satisfactory, and the pool and gym equipment are well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, and the taste is suitable for Hongkongers. It's super convenient to get to the theme park, just across the road. Walking to the mall only takes about three minutes, and there are plenty of restaurant choices inside. However, transportation is a bit inconvenient; I'd basically recommend taking a taxi to get there.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a good view with ample space that is surrounded by trees. The room is comfortable and conducive but the bathroom was not clean . The shower stand was not fit properly. One of the table lamps was not functioning. There was a misscommunication happened upon my checkin whereby the receptionist told me my booking was cancelled. Nearly 90 minutes of messaging through the trip service assistant to resolve the problem. Luckily the officer of trip.com confirmed me that he will settle with the Saujana Hotel KL. Thanks for the assistant that made my stay remain.

WWan RashdanWe just had an amazing time at Marriott Putrajaya and I have to say, the service here is truly top-notch. From the moment we checked in, the staff were so professional, warm, and attentive. Their hospitality made us feel like VIPs.
The swimming pool was a huge highlight for us. It’s clean, spacious, and has a great view. It’s also very *kid-friendly* with dedicated kid pools and wet playground, so my kids spent hours there and didn’t want to leave. The whole resort feels very family-oriented.
Food-wise, everything was excellent. We tried the breakfast was delicious with great variety.
What really stood out was the team. Every staff member we met was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared. They went the extra mile to make sure our family was comfortable.
If you’re looking for a place with *great service, good food, excellent facilities, and a welcoming vibe for families*, Marriott Putrajaya is the best choice. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

SSub_ZeroThe room was incredibly small, so tiny that it was difficult to even open a suitcase! There were no amenities nearby; the closest convenience store and restaurant were a 15-20 minute walk away. To enforce their no-smoking policy, they even locked the room windows to ensure you'd be caught and fined if you smoked. I couldn't even open a window to air out the room or get some fresh air. This is the first time I've encountered such a bizarre situation. I definitely won't be staying here again.
