The room was pretty good. The decor is a bit dated, but: 1. It was clean and tidy. 2. The soundproofing was decent. Even though it's on a main street, I slept well and wasn't disturbed by noise at night. 3. It's very close to the duty-free shop, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Food delivery can also be sent to the front desk. 4. The front desk staff effortlessly switched between English, Chinese, and Korean, making communication smooth. The cleaning lady always greeted me with a smile, and the doorman warmly said goodbye when I left. 5. Check-out is at 11 AM, but you can store your luggage for free downstairs. 6. Korean duty-free shops are just too good! I'll definitely consider staying at this hotel again next time I visit!

At check-in it was very welcoming Unfortunately Staffs working there weren't very informative Couldn't give me answers about making local phone calls from room even i was willing to pay if they had to, I end up using taxi drivers phone to confirm reservations. And asked to check out late till 4 or 5pm but they had to charge full amount and when I was there to check out, front staff asked 10000 Korean Won more, $7-$10 would not make much difference but than why i feel i was overcharged and that made me feel unpleasant I expected good food here but it wasn't fascinaingt or any special. Worst of all when I was off from taxi or getting taxi, men working(doormen) outside would not call taxi for me nor help handling my bags or luggage Very different from most of other hotel in Korea Am I going to use any of Silla Hotel service? More likely never will happen

Check-in was easy and all the service staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable. The bed was the softest and most comfortable we've had across all our stays in Korea. Seating on the terrace was quite comfortable too. When I went downstairs to ask fo more water, the service was prompt, with a bag at my door by the time I was back at my room. The restaurant food was also quite tasty and reasonably priced for dinner and a wide selection for breakfast, with some options changing from day to day. The hotel also has an area where cars can easily drive up to the door, making taxi/uber services simple for pickup and dropoff. Would definitely stay here again.

Facilities: There's not much around here. Getting a taxi is difficult. Hygiene: The room was clean. Service: It's good enough that there was no discrimination. Environment: The smoking area door in the lobby stinks terribly. I couldn't stand it every time I passed by. There's not much to do in winter. Wouldn't really recommend it.

I live in Jeju City and occasionally stay here when I'm in Seogwipo. My job is in the hotel industry, so I have a natural tendency to meticulously review accommodations during business trips and travel. And compared to other hotels in the Seogwipo area, I found this hotel to be exceptionally well-maintained (especially in terms of cleaning). The bedding was in excellent condition, and the staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful and helpful. While there isn't a ton of parking inside the hotel, there are public parking lots and street parking nearby, which made it convenient. Furthermore, they sent me a text message before check-in, so I didn't experience any inconvenience. As someone in the hotel service industry, I don't usually write detailed reviews because I feel bad about causing any inconvenience to other hotels. However, Zinc is a place I truly love, so I'll just share a few things I found disappointing (aside from the hardware issues that required renovations, I believe could be improved). The hangers in the closet were too thin, which was inconvenient, and there weren't enough of them. (It was especially winter, so I needed more.) The sliding bathroom door was a bit stiff to open and close. The water temperature fluctuated during the shower, which was inconvenient. (I tried to take into account the times when hot water is most needed—just before bed and check-in—but the temperature fluctuations were still severe.) It would have been nice if there were foot towels in the bathroom towels (because the bathroom floor is inevitably a bit slippery). I feel like I've mentioned too many of my shortcomings, but I personally use this hotel often and really like it, so I wanted to write about it in the hopes that it would be loved by even more guests. The bottom line is, ”There's no hotel in Seogwipo City that offers this kind of value for money!” I had a great time and will definitely be staying here again! ^^

The hotel is located in downtown Jeju Island, directly opposite the Shilla Duty Free Shop. There are plenty of food and shopping options nearby, as well as a shuttle bus, but be sure to check the operating hours. The hotel lobby offers luggage storage, but you can only check in after 3 PM – that's an important point! The room size is decent, though the facilities are a bit old. Overall, it offers good value for money! They offer Chinese service at check-in and provide Olive Young discount coupons! Around the hotel, you can find local Jeju delicacies like black pork, fried chicken, pork backbone soup, and abalone porridge. However, don't expect too much from the taste; none of it was particularly outstanding. A barbecue meal for two usually costs over 300 (Korean Won/Chinese Yuan, please specify if you know). There are several Olive Young stores nearby where you can get immediate tax refunds, which is quite convenient! If you arrive at Jeju Airport on an early flight and don't know what to do, I suggest heading directly to Dongmun Market near the airport to kill some time. Seven Stars Street is also close by, with many sports brand stores!

This stay was amazing. My favorite part of the resort is the sky pool. It's so beautiful. The pool is so warm while it's so cold outside and it's a really magnificent experience. Make sure you go before 20:40 PM because that's when the sky pool bar closes. I also loved the Jaju store in the premium mall. They have very high quality items for low prices. I especially like their bras. They had a sale while I was shopping so I got a great bra for only 9,900₩. Karaoke is a must while you're at the resort. They have coin noraebang close to gs25. Also they have arcade noraebang in the the bowling alley arcade. So much fun.

Much smaller than expected. It's suitable for a solo business trip, but not really for a leisure trip due to the cramped space. A 25-square-meter room with two 1.5-meter beds leaves no room at all. On the bright side, it's clean and tidy, and the pedestrian street downstairs is very convenient. However, paying 1100 a night before the May Day holiday simply doesn't match the conditions... For families, I'd suggest sacrificing a bit of renovation for a bigger room, seriously. By the way: I'm not used to the customs here. I've been spoiled back home, and coming here truly feels like a hardship... The supporting facilities are just too far behind.

The location is excellent, with very convenient transportation, making it easy to get anywhere. However, if you book a one-day tour through Trip.com that includes pick-up service, this hotel's location isn't covered. 😂 The room is small, but it doesn't feel cramped and is quite clean. If you don't need housekeeping, you have to bring used towels to the front desk to exchange them and pick up drinking water there. If you do want housekeeping, you need to leave your room card at the front desk before 11 AM. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Second time staying at this hotel. The sea view room offers a great view, especially on a clear day. For the price, it's really excellent value for money. There's a bus stop right downstairs and a CU convenience store, making it quite convenient overall. Getting to the airport or city by taxi is also easy, perfect for those who enjoy a slower-paced trip. Worth mentioning is their fried chicken – it's absolutely delicious! Make sure to eat it while it's hot; it's incredibly, incredibly tender. Highly recommend!
