Extremely clean, modern with the most complete buffet breakfast you can find at this price point! The pool has a great view, the rooms also have unobstructed views specially higher floors. The gym is well equipped & has proper A/C. Wifi works seamlessly in the rooms & the entire facility. Restaurants, pharmacy & even a hospital is walking distance & Multiplaza mall isn’t too far to walk to or a short Uber.

The room is very large, and it's spacious enough to store your luggage. Convenient transportation. There is a subway station nearby within a few minutes' walk. There is a 24-hour convenience store next door downstairs, and there is a 24-hour restaurant at the intersection further east. Everything is very convenient. The front desk manager CESAR R. was very nice and upgraded me to a suite, which made my six-night stay very comfortable. I will choose this hotel first next time I come back.

We just stayed for one night, but it was a good experience. The hotel is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom are spacious. There was little light in the room and the airconditioning only stayed at 23 which was a little warm for us.

This hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown! Clean and spacious public areas! It has an inside bar with a pool table, restaurant, beer pub and outdoor beer garden. The outside areas were filled with beautiful green tropical plants and flowers and the pool was clean. Love the decor all over and even in the elevator!! Our king size bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean, stocked well and had plenty of hot water. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the carpet could be replaced but it was clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the beer garden to the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to couples and large groups! Oh, they have a workout room also!

I checked out early after 4 rooms in 4 days! Staff I dealt with at front desk were helpful especially 1 in particular when he saw what the 1st room issues were & looked like that I was given. Out of the 4 rooms I was shown & moved to, i slept in 2 rooms but decided I needed to checkout early after 3 nights. The 2 rooms I slept in & 3rd room I was shown (all after the horrible original 1st room I was given) were much better than the 1st room but also had some issues. Cleanliness rated poor is regarding the 1st room as it should've NEVER been flagged ok for checkin by housekeeping. First impressions are lasting impressions!!

Front desk staff are all very helpful. The cleaning ladies are all very kind. The room furnitures and fixtures are kind of old. Breakfast is wonderful with a lots of variety.

It started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a ”standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed”. That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card. We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service. We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe. I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable.

The hotel location is very good , very close to the main places in the city , so is easy to move around . The hotel room is ok , is big and spacious and the furniture is new . The hotel decoration is alright just like a normal holiday inn hotel , looks more for a business trip . It has a nice swimming pool on the top of the building too . The only problem I saw is that because of eco friendly tiles there are no water bottles at the room , there is free water tanks and the lobby so to drink you need to drink at the lobby , or take water from outside the hotel , but there are no shops close to the hotel , so you need to pay a higher price for the hotel vending machine or just drink water at lobby , I was thirsty the whole stay haha . But I recommend it for business people

The decoration of this hotel is a bit old, but the health is very good, breakfast is included, cost-effective, has its own restaurant, convenient to eat, surrounded by supermarkets, markets, convenient shopping, very close to the beach

The scenery of the hotel is beautiful, many mangoes fell, and it was very pleasant to run downstairs in the morning. It is very convenient for business trips. I will book here next time. It's very good👍
