"We had room 410 with a lovely view over the city to the castle and church, a really wide, comfortable bed, and everything you could need (safe, refrigerator, hairdryer, water, coffee). Modern bathroom. The only downside was the breakfast, which had a limited selection and was of average quality at best (e.g., coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon)."

"I stayed at the Portugal Boutique Hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the amenities provided throughout the hotel were excellent. My room rate included breakfast, which featured a variety of hot options, different pastries, an in-house bakery, and a cold section with meats, fruits, juices, and yogurt. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a refilled glass bottle of water and in-room coffee. Twice during my visit, I received special treats delivered to the room—once a small bottle of local alcohol, and another time, traditional Portuguese egg custard tarts. The hotel’s location was ideal—very close to public transit, including the metro, and within easy walking distance of many major sightseeing spots. The only consideration is that some noise from the nearby metro can be heard in the rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers. That said, I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again."

"Slightly rustic by North American standards, but clean and comfortable. Elevators were very small and very slow based on the capacity of the hotel. A bit isolated from shopping and other amenities. You definitely need a car or arrange your transportation if staying there. Nice beach nearby within walking distance. Good breakfast and facilities like pool, spa and massage. Staff were polite, but when we complained about a noisy heater fan in our room, their solution was to simply turn if off instead of fixing it. Not a bad experience overall. It is a very quiet and relaxing area."

"NOT A PARTICULARLY WARM WELCOME GIVEN WE were RETURNING .Very old furniture which dates it .No walk in showers .Breakfast was ok but rubber fried eggs cooked much earlier .However when I told the waitress she thanked me for informing her and reappeared with 2 very nice freshly cooked eggs .However I had finished by that time. Good locatiom for airport and good barman . We use the chain a lot but found it disapppinting this time"

"The location is great, with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get around. There are McDonald’s and cafés within walking distance, so food options are easy to find. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and even helped me print my train ticket. The breakfast selection is quite complete and reasonably priced—better than looking for breakfast outside. I didn’t really like the bathroom design , it’s not convenient for hanging clothes or getting changed, and it can be a bit troublesome if two friends are sharing the room."

"Your experience in this hotel will be mesmerising for some reasons : first, the location is very convenient and everything is at your disposal. "This hotel is ideally located, just a three-minute walk from a metro station and twenty minutes from the city center. The welcome we received was particularly outstanding: although we arrived early, we were able to check into our room two hours ahead of schedule, which is a rare and much-appreciated perk. The staff, especially the French-speaking receptionist on our first day, was very helpful in explaining how the public transport system works. While the rooms might seem a bit small, they are perfectly adequate and represent the only minor drawback in an otherwise ideal stay in every respect."

From start to finish Dom Carlos Park did not disappoint. Helpful staff took our bag up stairs on arrival. Storage was available until our room was ready, map was given when requested to help us find our bearings. Room clean with fridge with selection of minibar which could be purchased, safe was also available. Towels were large and fluffy. Bed comfortable, with lovely pillows, black out curtains to help sleep. Room service used first night with excellent food . Breakfast was excellent good range of food. It was occasional busy and we were asked to wait in the lounge area but again well looked after and as soon as space was available we were taken in to wait. Hotel is in a good location, a gentle walk down the avenue liberdade everyday to where the action is, such as Rossio Station where we caught the train to Sintra. Great hotel would stay again. Cab from airport to hotel €24 , Uber to airport €7

The room with bathroom inside the room with balcony. No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy. There is elevator, no problems with luggage. There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My overall stay at this hotel in Lisbon was excellent. The room was spacious and newly renovated, and the front desk staff provided exceptionally high-quality service. A major bonus was the unlimited complimentary bottled water available upon request, which is a rare find in Europe where most hotels only offer one free bottle. Another highlight was being able to watch the light show directly from my room every evening. Although the hotel isn't in the absolute city center, it's conveniently located right next to bus and metro stations, making getting around incredibly easy. The only minor drawback was that the room cleaning wasn't always as thorough as it could be. Occasionally, there were lingering stains or residue on towels, cutlery, or bed linen. I'd recommend checking these items upon arrival and simply calling the front desk for replacements if needed. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I'd highly recommend this hotel; its service quality is top-notch in Lisbon.

Pleasant and well-located hotel. I'm only not giving it 5 stars because of the room service, which needs improvement (bed linen sometimes torn and one of the mini-fridges seems to be malfunctioning). But generally speaking, I recommend it, as it's a comfortable space good for families and has a good breakfast.

The place is beautiful, and the amenities were great. We really had a good time. But I have to be honest about a few things that were negative. We booked a room called the lovers room which was ~600 euros per night and the photos advertised were showing a room that was not the one we got. The room we got was still amazing, with many amenities, spaceous, great design, but it was not what was advertised. We even hired a photographer because it was our 1 year anniversary assuming we would get the room advertised which was two floors and had great views. We also called to mention that it was our anniversary the day before and the only thing they could offer was a wine bottle or a cake which is ok, but the service didn't make anything special about it. I think they have to be trained better for these things, because at the dinner, they sat us in a pretty bad table and we had to ask to be changed to a better one, but they should know this since I called in to tell them it was our anniversary. The dinner was also very slow. We sat for 1 hour with only bread. And the food was ok, not bad, not great, we paid 200 euros for an ok meal. And we had to wait hours because they were under staffed. One lady was serving near 10 tables. It was not a good experience. Finally, a boutique hotel that opens the sauna at 11am feels not well thought of. I think they have to figure out how to make the recovery amenities open from very early around 6/7am to very late around 10/11pm to accommodate for all guests. The final thing was that there was no butler and guests are expected to carry bags from the the parking to the lobby. I think they need to hire a butler at the entrance. Thats basically my feedback for this hotel given the price which is what you pay per night at the best 5 star hotels. Apart from that, again, the service was kind and helpful, the hotel design is beautiful and the location is insanely gorgeous. The rooms are also very well done.

The room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.

Stayed before but was worse this time. Bed and pillows were really poor and wouldn't come back because of that. It genuinely gave me back pain and affected my sleep The room was also too hot. The internet was sufficient  The breakfast is and was good and the value for money was decent Location is useful - Bolt to the airport costs less than 5 euros.

We truly enjoyed our time at hotel Rossio. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The daily room service was excellent and never intrusive. The room had everything we needed, and my only constructive criticism. Would be a nice cup of hot coffee. The breakfast was amazing but we relied on a machine for our coffee that didnt cut it.

The common rooms of decoration is elegant and beautiful. Very suitable to take photos and I love the huge Christmas tree in the hall as I took many beautiful photos there. Breakfast has a lot of choices and you can order cappuccino and latte, they brought them effectively. Overall, it is very good. But I don’t know why they gave me the room at the very end of the building.

We were originally scheduled to fly home on the same morning as our son, but on different flights. Around 5 AM that day, we found out our son's flight was canceled, while ours was still on schedule, leaving us with very little time. Our son wanted to stay an extra day at this hotel to use their gym (we had stayed there for a night two days prior). In my haste to book, I accidentally put my husband's name instead of my son's as the guest. We quickly checked on it after our flight landed, and thankfully, our son successfully checked in. So grateful! 😊 The Uber ride from the hotel to the airport was only CAD$6.
