"Just came down from Huangshan! I can't recommend Baiyun Hotel enough! Staying on the mountain is absolutely fantastic. No need to trek up in the dark before dawn to catch the sunrise 🌅 👉The location is unbeatable! It's super close to Bright Summit. In the morning, you can just bundle up in your blanket and walk 10 minutes to the viewing platform. After watching the sunrise, you can head straight back to your room for more sleep – this experience is just perfect! ✨The room was better than I expected! I thought conditions on the mountain would be really bad, but it was very clean, and there was plenty of hot water. It is a bit small though, so it might be cramped for two people with large suitcases. 💖Excellent service! The front desk staff proactively offered hiking poles and even helped us plan our route. Although the restaurant's prices are a bit high, the portions are generous. I recommend the Smelly Mandarin Fish! ⚠️Heads-up: The soundproofing isn't great; you can hear neighbors packing in the morning. I suggest choosing a higher floor for better views~ Overall, just go for it! For those who want to see the sunrise but don't want to overexert themselves, this is definitely the right choice!"

"The dinner buffet was great and really suited a Chinese palate. There was a wide variety of dishes, including many different snacks. I didn't get a chance to try the mini hotpot, but I was already full from all the stir-fried dishes. The river view room had an excellent view, and the room was well-stocked with amenities like towels."

"Our trip to Huangshan was absolutely wonderful! We even got to see the sunrise from Danxia Peak 🌅. The Xihai Hotel was great, they arranged toiletries for our child and even provided an extra duvet. The room was incredibly quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff thoughtfully gave us some shāobǐng and tea-cured tofu as a small gift, and when we checked out, they even gave us bottled water. Thank you for your thoughtful service!"

"Before coming, I compared almost all the hotels and guesthouses on the mountain, and Beihai stood out as having the best value for money. The room size was quite decent, and the concierge service from Xinyi was excellent – she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and routes. The location is also good; it's about a 10-minute walk to Monkey Watching the Sea, which is currently the closest viewpoint for sunrise. Bright Summit is a bit further, probably a 45-minute to an hour walk for the average person. The closest to the hotel is the Yungu cable car, about a 20-minute walk, making it very convenient for going up and down the mountain. The hotel restaurant's breakfast spread was very generous, and the à la carte dinner dishes were also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the old chicken soup – so fragrant! The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. There's also a cat named Yundou, who's plump and adorable and often wanders around the hotel entrance early in the morning. Right outside the hotel, there's also a medical station, a police station, and a coffee shop, which makes the facilities incredibly convenient. While prices on the mountain are high, it's understandable, considering all the food and drinks are carried up by porters. I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the money was well spent."

"This older hotel still offers great service. Our butler, Danny, reserved a river-view room on a non-smoking floor for us in advance. After check-in, he also arranged for a welcome fruit platter to be sent to our room. The staff proactively asked about our breakfast preferences, and their attitude was excellent!"

"My top choice for trips from Hefei South Station! The self check-in with facial recognition means no queues and it's super easy to use, which is a lifesaver when you're rushing for a high-speed train – no time wasted. The room is fully smart, equipped with Xiao Ai (a smart assistant), so I could control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning just by calling out from bed. It's incredibly convenient and frees up your hands. The amenities are comprehensive, with all sorts of extra supplies available, showing great attention to detail. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared fresh welcome fruits, which was a lovely touch as soon as I entered the room. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm transiting through Hefei!"

"Hands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again."

"This homestay is really worth recommending, and the overall hardware facilities are very complete. The public leisure space is spacious and transparent, equipped with a tea area, coffee bar, and professional bartenders can make special drinks. The mountain atmosphere is full, and the film is very popular. The room has complete appliances and bathroom facilities, and the comfort of staying is very high. The location of the homestay is very superior. It is located around the scenic spot. It is very convenient to go to and from major temples. The mountains are quiet and stable at night, there will be no noise, and it is very worry-free to travel. The butler's service is meticulous and warm, including the round-trip pick-up and drop-off of Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area, free afternoon tea and freshly ground coffee, and the buffet breakfast is full of meat and vegetables. The room hygiene is very meticulous, the bedding is soft and dry, and the quality of sleep is particularly good. The price is full and the value for money!"

"The connecting rooms are perfect for a family of four. Hygiene: The hotel is clean. Facilities: There's a children's play area next to the breakfast area. Service: The service was excellent. We woke up late and thought we'd missed breakfast, but the hotel staff specially arranged for us to dine at the executive lounge upstairs. The welcome fruit was also a nice touch. When it rained in Hefei, the hotel provided umbrellas for us to use temporarily. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming!"

"I stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience, so when I was passing through Hefei again, I chose the Grand Hyatt! The service is consistently excellent, and they even upgraded me to a suite for free. The first time I stayed here, I was also in a suite, and I really love the layout of the suites. The living room is quite spacious, the TV can cast content, and the night view from the corner window is absolutely fantastic! The soundproofing in the room is good, which is great for light sleepers. The lighting design is also very reasonable, the air conditioning is comfortable, and it has a double-sink vanity. The only minor drawback is that it's not a smart toilet. There are a limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel. Although I called ahead to reserve a spot and was told they'd call back, I never received a call. When I arrived, I waited a bit, and a car just happened to leave, so I got a spot. I think this point is a slight deficiency; their internal coordination wasn't great. The location is excellent; MixC shopping mall is right downstairs. But every advantage has its disadvantage – it gets very congested! There's no robot delivery for takeout, so you need to pick it up yourself, but if you contact the butler, they can help deliver it. Overall, the stay was quite good. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei!"
