"Traveling to Changbai Mountain and stopped over in Changchun, I chose Yatai Hotel. It's an old-brand hotel that's reliable in terms of both service and facilities. There were welcome fruits upon arrival, and the room was comfortable. After coming back in the evening, I felt a bit under the weather due to the cold evening breeze in Changchun, but a hot bath made me feel much better. What needs improvement is that the bathroom shouldn't just be vacuumed; it would be better if it were mopped as well."

"Traveling to Jilin with two kids, we chose the World Trade Markham Hotel, and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is right by the Songhua River, and opening the window in our high-floor room offered a magnificent river view – the kids were absolutely thrilled looking out. The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and they even provided children's slippers, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a rich variety of options, including many that the kids enjoyed. The heated swimming pool was the biggest surprise; after a day of sightseeing, taking the kids for a swim helped us relax and shake off the travel fatigue. The location is convenient for getting around and dining. The service was prompt and responsive. Staying here with two kids was stress-free and comfortable, making it perfect for a family trip."

"This is an older hotel that's been renovated, and while the bedding was decent, everything else was really... quite old and a bit dirty. The shower pressure was extremely low, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The staff, who were all a bit older, were actually very good – warm, welcoming, and polite. As for the complimentary shows, popcorn, and such, you can pretty much ignore them. They were almost nonexistent, just a gimmick. Someone would just sit there, play some music, and lip-sync for a bit, which was quite funny. The best thing about it is the location. Xishi Market is right downstairs, which is very convenient. It's also not far from the famous '网红墙' (influencer wall), so we could easily stroll back after dinner."

"”I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Changchun Station. However, the signs leading from the station to the hotel through the underground tunnel weren't very clear. I ended up taking a longer route above ground and had to go back down into the tunnel to finally find it. On the day I checked out, I followed the staff's directions but it still took about 15 minutes to walk to the station. It wasn't as close or convenient as I had imagined. The hotel decor is a bit outdated—for instance, there are no USB charging ports. That said, it was generally clean, and hot water and a hairdryer were provided. The room size is acceptable for a solo traveler, but it would feel very cramped for two people. They left a complimentary bowl of Chinese sweet soup on the desk; although I didn't eat it, I thought it was a warm, welcoming touch. The hotel restaurant offers a buffet breakfast with a good variety, mostly focusing on Chinese options. Overall, I only stayed for one night, and it felt clean enough for a short stay. However, if I visit Changchun again, I probably won't stay here. I believe there might be better options available in Changchun for this price point.”"

"I was very satisfied with my stay this time, and I especially want to commend Tina at the front desk for her service. The staff were all warm and polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, with no long waits at all. They were patient and meticulous when answering questions, and proactively provided important hotel information. When a small issue arose, they responded quickly, offering thoughtful and attentive service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I had a great stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, it's highly recommended."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across the river from the famous Floating Market and adjacent to People's Park. The lobby is grand, and you need to swipe your room card to access the guest floors. The breakfast restaurant on the 24th floor offers a wide variety of options, with fresh sushi and omelets made to order. They even have original and red date/longan flavored soy milk. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the cityscape of Yanji feels fantastic! 👍 The hotel owner is Korean, so there are many Korean tour groups – about six large groups during my stay. The room amenities are well thought out: the curtains automatically close when you leave and the power turns off, which helps maintain the room temperature. The toilet only flushes *after* you stand up. Why do I specifically mention this? Because on my road trips along the 331 highway in Northeast China last year and this year, some hotels had toilets that flushed when you sat down and again when you stood up, which felt unhygienic and wasteful. This hotel's equipment is properly adjusted from the start. The faucets are also extended; if you've done renovations, you'd know these extended spouts are specially chosen. The benefit is that when washing hands or clothes, the spout is centered in the sink, so you don't have to bend over awkwardly. The mattress is also comfortable; I didn't check the brand, but a mattress that feels this good would cost around 10,000 RMB for home use. The tatami mat is particularly noteworthy – perfectly fine for one person to sleep on. The entire room is simply and comfortably decorated. My two-day stay was pleasant and relaxing. When I checked out, the hotel manager even gave me a small gift. If the hotel wants to improve further, I think the quality of your bath products could be upgraded. The black packaging looks a bit low-end, and I preferred to use my own products because yours weren't appealing. Exiting the hotel, turn left and walk uphill for about 5 minutes, and you'll reach the North Gate of People's Park. The hotel's first-floor restaurant, Ban Dao Xue Niu (Peninsula Snow Beef), is worth trying, and you get a 10% discount with your room card."

Even before checking in, I called to discuss room arrangements, and Diana was incredibly patient and meticulous throughout the entire process, helping me coordinate everything smoothly and easily. From check-in, through my stay, to final check-out, the whole process was well-organized and hassle-free. The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable with a great ambiance. The guest room was spotlessly clean and the hygiene details were impeccable, making for a very pleasant stay. Diana was professional, thoughtful, and responsive, handling everything reliably. You could tell she genuinely cared about the guests. It's thanks to such excellent staff that the entire stay felt so secure and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will prioritize it for my next visit. I also hope the hotel acknowledges Diana for her outstanding service!"

"Experienced the newly opened Atour, tell the heart! The biggest advantage of the new store is that all the equipment is brand new, the room is bright and clean, and there is no need to worry about the old facilities. I like Atour's bed the most. I lie down for a day and decompress it. The sound insulation is also online. The front desk partners are gentle and check in is not delayed. The public area bamboo living atmosphere is very good, you can sit for a while in your free time. Self-service laundry is really a boon for long-distance travelers! A new store that pays attention to detail and is full of temperature, recommended to friends who want to come here."

"Staying at Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel offers a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and relaxation! This was my first time in Changbaishan, and choosing a hot spring hotel was an incredibly smart decision 😁 The hotel is right by the North Gate (Old Gate), just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient. This gate is exclusively for hotel guests, so there are very few people. You need to book your tickets 7 days in advance via WeChat Mini Program. The hotel front desk will issue a paper voucher, and you can enter at your reserved time. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the transfer center. For the return journey, you'll go to the new North Gate, and the hotel provides a shuttle service there too. All in all, it's extremely convenient! The hotel lobby has direct access to the hot springs, and you can enter as many times as you like during your stay. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike is just incredibly comfortable 😜 The Garden Restaurant on the first floor offers a rich buffet breakfast. For dinner, they have hot pot sets that are great value for money. Coming back from hiking to a warm hot pot is simply delightful! The hotel's back garden has pets for viewing. The alpacas are plump, and the sika deer are very friendly and super cute! Our stay included two activity options: off-road vehicle and cable car sightseeing (at Heping Ski Resort) and adventure溪溯 (at Julong Volcanic Pumice Forest Cold Spring). Both were excellent! You need to book one day in advance, and the hotel provides a paper voucher and arranges transportation. The scenery was stunning, we had a fantastic time, and took many amazing photos 🤗 The hotel assigned us a dedicated butler who was responsible for our entire stay. They communicated with us in advance to arrange high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, and reminded us of various important details. This made our stay effortless and worry-free, and the overall experience was superb!"
