To all the staff. Thank you for your help. Staying at Serenity Island Resort for three nights was the highlight of this trip. If I had time, I would have liked to stay longer. It is an island resort with a good location and a quiet place to stay. The food is very delicious. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner while listening to live music were all delicious. The cookies and coffee I had at tea time were also very delicious. The furniture and refrigerator at the Bure where I stayed were clean. The shower temperature can be adjusted. You can also borrow a hair dryer. Amenities were also available. There is also air conditioning. The Bure where I stayed was very comfortable. I fell in love with the atmosphere at Bure. I was impressed by the facility in harmony with nature and the hospitality of the staff, and I was able to stay very comfortably. I also had the impression that the activities were planned with a wide variety. There is also a clean and spacious gym. It is not a large resort facility, so it is especially recommended for those who want to spend a quiet time. I do not recommend it for those who hate insects, flies, and mosquitoes. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay here again. Lastly, the staff members spoke to me in a way that I could understand even though I am not good at English, and they enjoyed listening to my stories. I hope you stay healthy! We sent an email to the hotel 20 days before check-in to confirm the way to get on and off the island. The email was not read or replied until the day of check-in, which made us miss the right time to get on the island. We also didn't get any reply after we arrived on the island. The island is relatively small, and the food is very average. There is no food available between 9:30 and 12:00 in the morning. The water quality and corals in the surrounding snorkeling waters are not very good.

Stayed for 2 nights and felt that the house was clean. There was no hot water for showering on the first day, but there was hot water on the second day. The living environment is good, you can see the sea from the window, and the hotel has good greenery. The food was generally good. I had four main meals, one was simple, and the other three were rich and self-service, with meat and vegetables, moderately salty. Breakfast is a little simple, with juice, milk, bread slices, etc. You don't have to pay extra for the fried eggs you want. Drinking water is provided for each meal and is provided by yourself. The service attitude is also OK.

This hotel has a very good value for money, and the service is also very good. When entering and leaving the island, there will be people playing guitar to welcome and see you off. Treasure Island is also a treasure island, very quiet, and the scenery is beautiful.

My recent stay at Plantation Island Resort was absolutely delightful! The location was stunning, with pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The resort itself was immaculate, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of activities for all ages. I especially enjoyed the delicious food and the lively entertainment. Overall, I highly recommend Plantation Island Resort for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

Choosing Mana Island was the right choice! I had a wonderful, fulfilling stay on this remote island. I enjoyed snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, and there were several events planned throughout the day, so I was never bored. Snorkeling is available on both the north and south sides, so even if the wind or waves are bad, you can still swim on either side. You'll have to take a boat from the main island to Mana Island, but be aware that it's incredibly expensive. (As of August 31, 2025, the one-way fare was 12,000 yen. 😂) If you're going, I recommend staying multiple nights! Diving with Aqua Trek Mana, a Japanese-based resort, requires you to either stay at the hotel or take a day trip.

If you ever have a chance to go to Beachcomber you must. It's such a small island but full of life. The staff and facilities are great. Snorkeling is walking off the shore. Loved every moment

Overall it's pretty good, the scenery is beautiful, the room is big and clean, the snorkeling activity is worth it, we saw dolphins and turtles, most of the staff are very warm and friendly, especially the farewell song is very nice and touching, but don't expect to get the same price resort service. However, on the first night of check-in, the hotel fire alarm ran out of power and made a very sharp and harsh sound. We were really tired, but it woke us all up, and it rang every once in a while, and we couldn't sleep. We called the front desk and they said they would call someone, but they didn't come for half an hour. In the end, we had to remove the battery ourselves. The hotel just said sorry lightly without any compensation. In addition, we booked two orders for the same room type, which is equivalent to staying for one more night. We contacted Ctrip customer service and the hotel to communicate that the original room could be unchanged. When we arrived, the staff said that we needed to change rooms. Well, it's okay, I can understand it. I confirmed with the front desk the night before that I wanted to change rooms. In the morning, I packed my luggage and went to the front desk, and they said that I didn't need to change. There was no notice, and they even said they wanted to change rooms the night before.

I saw some reviews saying this Sheraton is better than the one on the main island, and I agree, especially regarding the rooms. The beachfront rooms we stayed in had amazing views and felt very private. However, this hotel is much smaller than the main island's Sheraton. The buffet food was just okay, but the à la carte options were decent. For those on a full-board package, lunch and dinner can be ordered à la carte, with three courses per person. The Sheraton's service, environment, and hygiene were all excellent.

The location of the hotel was breathtaking everything was so green the ocean was clean and the most beautiful blue color imaginable. We were greeted by the staff on the beach when we arrived the staff was extremely happy kind and caring, they treat you wonderfully. There are a few drawbacks the is not much to do for entertainment there are no televisions If you want Wi-Fi in your room that is an additional charge and there are no telephones in the rooms either so if you need anything you have to walk to the office first it. There is only one restaurant on the island and the food is not very good. But if you are going for a new experience the hotel is very nice. They do have a spa and a dive shop where you can book excursions. The people are what make this resort special.
