You can definitely relieve the fatigue of trekking in the main area by swimming in the hotel... The location is a bit out of the way, but the price is cheap and the breakfast is good.

We were a group of four, and the apartment was spacious. It had a mini-kitchen fully equipped for cooking. It was a super short, 3-minute walk to the Gudauri gondola lift, very close indeed. The Spar supermarket was only a 1-minute walk away, so the location was incredibly convenient. The apartment also came with a locker for storing sports equipment. It was warm inside, with several radiators for heating, plenty of electrical outlets, and a washing machine. The owner handed us the keys and had everything ready for us, and was always in touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 👍 The only minor drawback was the lack of a simple foldable drying rack for clothes. We had to dry everything on the backs of beds and chairs. Such a small thing would have made our stay even more comfortable. 😃

I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

The housekeeper is making a lot of effort. It is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden facility. The hotel also has a sauna. Everything was good.

The hotel is simply superb! Responsive staff. We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest. The room is clean, stylish, cozy. There is everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs and even nail files. A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you. The breakfasts are simply incredible, they set a whole table, a girl and a guy, sorry, I didn’t ask their names, everything is very tasty, satisfying. Breakfasts were included in the price, but the variety of dishes simply impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner. Separately, of course, this is the view of the mountains, cars drive by, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, breathing in the mountain air. I will attach several photos. I want to finish my review with the expression: ”Everything for people”. I wish you luck and prosperity, I want to come back to you and I will recommend you to my friends.

The room is not big, but relatively comfortable. It is convenient for skiing. You can slide in and out of the hotel. The snow in the ski resort is good, suitable for beginners. The breakfast is rich in variety and the red wine is great. The hotel's outdoor hot tub is a highlight. If you are a family with children, there is an indoor swimming pool on the ground floor of the hotel, which is relatively small and enough for children to play in.

Most beautiful hotel so nice and easy to go everywhere around very nice staff and completely relaxed with nice service everything available in the room .

Всё было просто замечательно! Очень приветливые хозяева и персонал, в номерах чисто, номера большие и светлые, удобные кровати. Прекрасное расположение, со стоянкой никаких проблем, до подъемника реально метров триста, но в гору. Но мне 54 и вес за 100, в лыжных ботинках и с лыжами доходил минут за 10 :) Спускался на лыжах. Нормальный континентальный завтрак, голодным не уйдёшь, творог молочка домашние, в общем всё вкусно. В гостинице работает кафе с национальной кухней, тоже всё вкусно, ценник адекватный, единственное мы при заселении не совсем поняли, что желательно заказать заранее, пришлось немного подождать, но это вина не кафе, а наша, так как оно не проходрое, работают под заказ, зато всё свежее и готовят специально для тебя. Но ничего посидели пообщались, в течение часа нам всё приготовили. Так как перевал закрыли пришлось задержаться на сутки, к сожалению не получилось продлить гостиницу, было всё занято, но хозяева договорились и устроили нас в другое место. В общем мы остались очень довольны, спасибо большое хозяевам, в следующий раз приедем сюда же!!!

A truly delightful family-friendly stay with a super-fast check-in. Our room offered stunning mountain views, and we could even spot a church. At 6:20 AM, we stood on the balcony and witnessed the breathtaking 'Golden Peaks' as the morning sun illuminated them – an absolutely perfect and memorable highlight of our stay. Breakfast had an impressive variety, tasted delicious, and catered perfectly to my preferences. Overall, the hotel facilities were excellent, with the only minor hiccup being the shower's water temperature, which was a bit difficult to regulate; everything else was fantastic. It was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Very very very perfect 1. The breakfast was very good and rich, but it was opened a bit late and only started at nine o'clock. Again, cherish his breakfast. I felt that the cabin was in poor condition and I would not recommend it to people who have requirements for accommodation and meals. Room budget and grabbing rooms are big issues, but this one is extremely cost-effective. Let’s talk about the bad points: We drove here, so it was very convenient to go anywhere. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the supermarket near this hotel, and there are very few places to eat nearby, and they are also concentrated in supermarkets.
