"We stayed 3 days in this beautiful resort with our dachshund, we paid an extra 15 euros per night but it was worth it. They gave her a much appreciated welcome package and the opportunity to stay with us in the areas dedicated to her! Furthermore, she could stay in the room alone even in our absence, so we were also able to enjoy some extra services such as the horse ride which I recommend to everyone and the very beautiful and relaxing spa! Sore point is the food, a little expensive and breakfast does not include lactose-free products, but above all there are no arborea products as one would expect"

"The hotel is in a good location, not far from the city and 20 minutes from the airport, so I have plenty of time. The hotel service is average. There is no water in the room, so you need to buy it yourself. Only on the first day. The room is a bit small, and the bathroom is also very small. If you go to the toilet, you will bump into other people when they come in. Breakfast was pretty good"

"Perfect place next to bus station and 5 minutes from train. Has a safe. Cons: Hot water isn’t hot enough. Heat isn’t hot enough so you have to still get smothered under the blanket. Triple beds was very nice"

"Very beautiful structure and in a perfect location to visit so many beautiful beaches, very nice and prepared staff. The services offered are many, the restaurant advice for the excellent quality of the dishes, the barman also makes excellent aperitifs, however all staff from the portier the garbage and the room staff were very kind. We hope to return to this structure soon."

"Our stay was simply wonderful overall – we felt completely at home and would return anytime! The rooms are beautifully furnished, modern, impeccably clean, and above all, incredibly quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The entire property also appears very well-maintained, new, and stylish. The underground parking directly at the hotel was also a big plus for us. The breakfast was truly excellent by Italian standards – and absolutely decent even compared internationally. We had no complaints here. We were particularly impressed by the private beach with its accompanying beach club. The beach itself is beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the entry is pleasant and straightforward. In our opinion, the location is one of the best on the island – especially for sunset views. Many people from the surrounding coves gather around the beach to watch the sunset, so it can get quite lively there in the evenings. In contrast, the private beach club is much more relaxed. The beach is about a three-minute walk from the hotel, so you don't really need the shuttle. Nevertheless, the buggy service is, of course, very convenient and a nice addition, especially with beach gear. Although we were told at the hotel that there were only a very few free sun loungers for hotel guests at the beach club in September, we had no trouble finding an available one on each of our visits. Alternatively, there are also very nice daybeds for about €70, which we therefore didn't need to use. If one were to look for a small suggestion for improvement, it would be the consistency of service. Some staff members were exceptionally friendly, always had a smile on their faces, and were very attentive and courteous. Others also did their job very well but were a bit more factual and less warm. This is explicitly not a negative point and did not affect our stay at all – as a small piece of feedback for further optimization, a bit more consistency here might be nice. The hotel's location was perfect for us: by car, you can reach the city, numerous restaurants, and the harbor in about 5–10 minutes. At the same time, the hotel is pleasantly quiet, and with the private beach, you have a real highlight right on your doorstep. Overall, it was a thoroughly successful stay for us. Five stars and a clear recommendation – we would definitely come back!"

"Unfortunately, I don't have much positive to say. It could be so much better, but it was impossible to open the bedroom curtains even once because everyone had a view of the bed. The bedspread was torn, there was no decoration whatsoever, and the lamps had exposed wires and bulbs as soon as you got into bed. I requested a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, I had two people constantly smoking outside my room. The staff were very kind and helpful. It's a shame they didn't have proper work trolleys instead of shopping carts, and that I had to carry the trash myself. A toaster at breakfast would be a nice touch. There were some positive aspects, but many small things were missing to make it a more pleasant place. I feel I paid too much for my week for this type of service. For example, the pool overlooked the road and the parking lot. It would be good to improve a whole host of details to bring more enjoyment and smiles to the guests."

"We enjoyed the pool and the location a lot, the service was great and the breakfast buffet was also great with gluten free options. The only thing was there was no power chord for the mini fridge so we were unable to cool our water. But otherwise, I would recommend. Great value for money!"

"Supertolle Lage direkt am Strand. Traumhafter Blick beim Frühstück oder Abendessen direkt aufs Meer. Zimmer waren sehr schön und die tägliche Reinigung hervorragend, auch die Damen des Zimmerservice muss man hier besonders loben. Aber auch die Kellner (sprechen stellenweise auch gutes Deutsch) verdienen ein besonderes Lob. Wir kommen gerne wieder…"

"Rooms are clean & comfortable, the showers were disappointing as it is a narrow plastic cabin. Shower gel & shampoo were only provided the first day & in a very tiny quantity. Rooms don’t have an iron nor has the reception which is a tad surprising & disappointing. The staff are very friendly & helpful despite the communication issues as we speak very little Italian & most of the staff don't speak any English. The pool: the hotel page says it has a seasonal swimming pool & 2 beach bars which is not the case. When we asked we were told “They are in other locations”. The hotel’s page & our booking both say ”cooked-to-order breakfast” included which turns out to not be the case. At the checkout, a receptionist asked us to pay for all the breakfasts except 1 coffee & 1 croissant each. Obviously, we disagreed as this was included & paid for. They then changed their version & said we only need to pay for orders after 10h30 without any signed or timestamped receipt as one would expect from a decent hotel. We had a few dinners & drinks at the restaurant & we were given a bill every time & the payment was made straight after like everywhere. The breakfast misadventure was an exception, why do they hold this until checkout & without any signed receipt? Is this intentional or just amateurism? I can’t tell. Also, the hotel was not able to provide us a checkout bill like other hotels. They said ”they don't do this” The receptionist also declined to give us a passport until they check that ”nothing is stolen” as she said!"
